Food is made fresh! It tastes great! I've tried their teriyaki bowls, combo bowls and their wings! Service is great and fast! It's nice a quiet location that is well kept and cleaned often. One of my favorite go to spots for lunch.

Has became one of my favorite spots to come have lunch at. Great friendly customer service backed with fresh food that tastes amazing! Prices are great for the quality of the food. Would highly recommend recommend giving them a try! Great quiet environment too!

This place is perfect. It has an incredible dining. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef bowl. I chose to eat it in the restaurant it was really good. Do you want to give them a little bit of time because good food is that something you can get in five minutes. Give them a little extra time you won't regret it. The seating is good and the service was very good. This place is very clean people work really hard to keep these places clean in the food fresh deserve a lot of recognition because you can see some of them just really love what they do... I'm definitely coming back here but there's so many different things to drive the next time I come here I am sure I'm going to try the hamburger with no bun... Cheers!

I went to eat teriyaki with my family for father's day. It was around 11am or so we went to catch a movie at the cinema nearby. When we approached the cashier the guy behind the counter seemed annoyed with us for no reason but that didn't stop us from still wanting to try the food. When our food was ready, the same guy just stared at us until we came to the counter... we weren't even sure if it was our order but surely enough it was. The teriyaki bowl with pineapple is delicious. I am very glad that I did not let that man with a bad attitude drive me away because it's amazing! I definitely recommend. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 that they deserve for their delicious food, is because of the employee. Other than that, it's amazing! Oh, and also very affordable!

I usually get the beef bowl, but today I went for the beef and chicken breast plate... WOW!! The popcorn chicken is amazing!! I highly recommend them! Teriyaki bistro has something for everyone and no matter what you crave, you will be so happy!!!

First time here and food is tasty but this guy here handled my money and went straight back to handle the food. No hand washing...and we wonder how viruses are spread #smh. Sad I had to remind a grown man to wash his hands.

Good simple food. I always get the beef and chicken combo. Fits the diet and tastes great. Always enough for 2 servings.

My wife was the one who actually reminded me of this place we were debating what to have for lunch & after seeing all the buzz online we decided to grab some. First, if you've never been, it's a small spot with only a few tables. It's really more of a grab-your-food-and-go type of place than somewhere you'd plan to sit down and dine. I ordered the bento combo. The beef and chicken were cooked well and seasoned lightly, which I appreciated. The rice was on the mushy side, likely because of the volume they're producing. The California roll was warm and soft from the freshly cooked rice not my preference. The tempura, miso soup, and gyoza were all decent, but nothing that stood out. My wife ordered the veggie and chicken bowl. The portions were generous, but overall it was another solid meal that didn't really separate itself from similar restaurants. What surprised me most was how much of the restaurant's popularity seems to come from social media. It definitely attracts a younger crowd, and the online hype has made it a destination. But if you judge it strictly on the food, I think it's good not amazing. One thing I would encourage them to improve is hospitality. Don't be stingy with condiments, make sure you add the proper amount of utensils and when customers ask for a little extra, make them feel welcome. Those small interactions leave a lasting impression and build loyal customers. Overall, I can see why it's busy, but for me the hype exceeded the food. If you're expecting a viral, life-changing meal, you may leave wondering what all the excitement was about. If you're looking for a quick, decent meal to grab and go, it'll do the job.

We walked in and were greeted unenthusiastically by the woman behind the register after she walked out from the back and I tried to make some light banter and talk about the menu, mentioning that we had just seen a video online that made it look like a good spot, and she didn't engage at all. Okay, maybe she was just tired. So my girlfriend and I both ordered a chicken teriyaki plate and out number was called, we began to eat and were looking over the menu, which looked good but was very standard, aside from items where you could put hot sauce or hot Cheetos on it sort of deal. The food was just okay--nothing to write home about. It was a standard chicken teriyaki plate with a soda. Walking in on a day where the World Cup games were going on, one television was turned off and the other was showing a tv show with the volume off. There was no music in the restaurant, which was sort of weird feeling. The only thing in the background that cut through the four people eating and speaking to one another was the chopping of meat in the background. As we sat there to eat, we realized just how bare the menu really was and how expensively priced most items were. There were advertisements taped to the wall advertising discounts that had ended in the middle of last year right next to us as well, which was odd. Do they still honor the discounts or do they just not clean things up thoroughly? The decor was very cookie-cutter smash burger hipster, with the silver paneling lining the walls and the silver tables and chairs throughout. It just felt bland and in desperate need of a redesign and cleaning. Overall, very bland and I personally won't be back. I'll stick with the classics, I suppose! Thanks for reading!!

Overall, the food was excellent, even my Asian parents, who can be pretty critical when it comes to Chinese food, gave most dishes high marks. The crispy noodles had great texture, the West Lake beef soup was comforting and flavorful, and the eggplant portions were generous. The service was what I'd describe as classic Chinese restaurant service. The waitress came across as a little rushed and occasionally seemed slightly annoyed, but she was still attentive and accommodated everything we asked for without any issues. Our food came out at a reasonable pace, and we never felt forgotten or had to chase anyone down. The atmosphere had its own unique charm. The restaurant was playing early-2000s hip-hop while a Chinese gangster drama played on the TV, which made for an unexpectedly entertaining backdrop. The restroom was also clean, which is always appreciated. My only real criticism is the sweet and sour pork. The batter itself was crispy and well executed, but too many of the pieces were mostly breading wrapped around bone with very little meat. It was the one dish I probably wouldn't order again. Even with that one miss, everything else was strong enough that we left very satisfied.

The beef chow mein was good-- while it was lacking some wok hay, the noodles were fried to perfection. Flavor was lacking as well. The beef brisket was tender and the flavor was there but it was slightly tangy/sour-- on the border of doing bad? I've never had this dish taste sour. The typhoon ribs were filled with fried garlic and the ribs came out hot and crispy! I recommend this dish if you like salt and pepper shrimp/chicken-- this is a fun alrernative Service was better than the avg Chinese restaurant. We were 1/3 parties so I'm not sure if it changes when it gets busy. There's plenty of parking.
