This restaurant says it's "authentic Vietnamese", but I think it's actually Korean-owned. There are posters on the walls, but some of the words are misspelled. For example, "khai vị" (appetizers) is written as "khai vò," and "tráng miệng" (desserts) is spelled "traùng mieäng" on the poster.. My friends and I ordered one beef pho and one vermicelli with grilled pork. The pho was decent, but it definitely needed hoisin sauce and sriracha to give it more flavor. The grilled pork in the noodle dish was really tasty, but the nuoc mam (fish sauce) was a bit bland and could've used more salt. We ended up pouring all of it into the noodles to add some flavor. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. read more

I didn't taste the pho, but I docked stars off due to lack of following instructions and taste on the shrimp spring rolls. We ordered delivery from here and the shrimp spring roll was no bueno. First they didn't follow directions with request of only shrimp and noodles and secondly it was sour. There was pickled carrots. Who does that? If it was just the shrimp and noodles as we asked for maybe it would have been good. But even putting a lot of hot sauce couldn't disguise the sourness. read more

I got to give these folks a shout out for always having amazing customer service. Now the Pho, I will order this time and time again but that BBQ PORK PHO SPECIAL is chefs kiss. The broth is so flavorful especially with that bbq pork just enhances that meat flavor. It's a perfect ratio of noodle and protein. They don't skimp out on the meat. The special also comes with 2 egg rolls and oh my words they are amazing. Anytime I want Pho this is where I'm going. Oh they also make their own chili crunch oil, BUY IT!! read more

The service was great I only saw one older lady working and she was able to set the table, take out order with no prob and also in a timely matter. The food quality was on point. I was originally a little skeptical about this Korean pho place since it wasn't ran by Vietnamese, but turned out pretty good. Only one Waitress but she was efficient, attentive, and friendly. The kitchen also churned out food quickly. The inside is very typical seating. Nothing special. And not much decor. But that doesn't bother me, I'm here for the food. I ordered the bbq pork and brisket pho combo. Comes With 2 egg rolls or 1 spring roll and a soda. About $19. The egg rolls were crispy and good. The bbq pork changed the flavor of the original pho, but in a good way. Makes it much more flavorful. It actually had loads of meat, which kept surprising me. I came here hungry and I left kind of disappointed. The food was okay, nothing special. The service was very slow, compare to other pho restaurants. My mom & I frequent this place and it always hits the spot. It's our go-to pho spot for well over 10 years. We always order the pho combo which is a beef brisket pho, two egg rolls and a fountain drink (Coca Cola products). Toppings are always fresh. Broth for pho is flavorful, meat is nice and tender and Thai teas are made to perfection. Sometimes we'd bring my grandpa and he'd love the grilled chicken plate. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Restrooms are clean and always available. What more could one ask for? read more

I call ahead to order the Pho-ritto which I always get. The lady tells me after I purchase that they're no longer offering "the soup" which is the broth with the Pho-ritto. Pho Saigon is amazing! I ordered the wonton shrimp appetizer and pork vermicelli with egg rolls, while my boyfriend ordered the short rib pho. All the food was absolutely delicious- not too salty, not too oily, just well-balanced flavors. Portions were huge, and price was very reasonable too! I also added their homemade chili crisp to all the food. The spice was perfect, and the flavor was different than any other chili oil I've ever had. It was honestly better than Fly By Jing, so you know I had to buy it. I'll definitely be back. read more

I wanted to love this spot because they have shrimp spring rolls. Buuuut...they lacked flavor and I think it's because they didn't have the mint leaves. Because I felt bad ordering one item, I added combination rice. The rice was a bit dry. Almost like it was old and they just warmed it up /: I was mostly disappointed because it was expensive. Definitely try the short rib pho! It is absolutely bomb especially with the red pepper sauce. The meat was tender and melted in my mouth. I can gladly say this place is up to par! Overall a good experience and I do recommend this spot. read more

OK. You would know their pho is amazing for sure, but you really should know their steak fried rice is BOMB. I don't know what kind of steak they use or how they cook it, but it's SO TENDER AND FLAVORFUL. I usually put lots of lime juice on the fried rice and eat it with some sriracha. We we're planning to go to a nearby pho place but unfortunately they are still close for renovation. So we found this on yelp and it got pretty good reviews so ok let's try it. It was lunch time and there's lot of table available, only 2 tables we're taken. Now I know why there's no customers, because it is wayyy overpriced!!!! $16 for pho and its not even huge. If weren't in a hurry to get lunch, we rather go to Cerritos area and get a decent pho. Please don't waste your money and go find a legit pho place. And the reason why they got lots of reviews is because they giving out free spring rolls. read more

Everything was very delicious!! We ordered their pho, egg rolls, and shrimp spring rolls. I had the rib eye pho and the broth tasted deep and flavorful. The spring roll was filling and tasted very fresh. The egg rolls were plentiful and came with veggies to wrap and dip. The owner of the restaurant is very sweet and provided exceptional service! If I came here again, I'd try some other side dishes and get my pho shaken style, as that seemed to be popular. While I don't think the broth compares to my favorites in NorCal, I really like the refill availability and fusion sides. Considering they look a little extra fancy and modernized over a traditional pho place, the prices are still pretty good. Work on that beef flavor!

I will say the service is pretty slow, I'd keep that in mind especially if you're looking for a quick meal. I will say there's about 1.5 people working the front with 12 tables, so it would probably have been better if they had 2 people dedicated to the front. Both soups were good! The menu was a little difficult to tell what the difference between the options were. I wasn't sure what really went into the premium gomtang aside from the fact that it was a combo of meats. I will say that mine was very tendon heavy, so if that's not your preference, I'd lean away from the premium gomtang. My partner liked his yukgaejang. The banchan was good, but I did feel like the kimchi was purposefully on the saltier side as to complement the gomtang. Overall, solid place and would return.

The place only serves a limited staple of Korean food but what they serve they do them so well that it's worth going just for that small menu. Over the years they expanded their menu but their staple imo is the galbi tang or beef bone soup. It comes with 2 pieces of large beef bones. The soup is delicious and is paired perfect with the mustard sauce. There are other delicious offering such as the thistle rice bowl. I'd say because of the limited menu everything is great. The parking lot can be packed especially in the weekend as all the church goes come by. Most of the clienteles are usually middle aged or older so you know they know what authentic Korean food is. The service is extremely efficient and very friendly. The place is clean just like most Korean restaurants. Nothing to complain about. Order the galbi tang and you'll be coming back.
