This restaurant says it's "authentic Vietnamese", but I think it's actually Korean-owned. There are posters on the walls, but some of the words are misspelled. For example, "khai vị" (appetizers) is written as "khai vò," and "tráng miệng" (desserts) is spelled "traùng mieäng" on the poster.. My friends and I ordered one beef pho and one vermicelli with grilled pork. The pho was decent, but it definitely needed hoisin sauce and sriracha to give it more flavor. The grilled pork in the noodle dish was really tasty, but the nuoc mam (fish sauce) was a bit bland and could've used more salt. We ended up pouring all of it into the noodles to add some flavor. The service was good, and the staff were friendly.

I didn't taste the pho, but I docked stars off due to lack of following instructions and taste on the shrimp spring rolls. We ordered delivery from here and the shrimp spring roll was no bueno. First they didn't follow directions with request of only shrimp and noodles and secondly it was sour. There was pickled carrots. Who does that? If it was just the shrimp and noodles as we asked for maybe it would have been good. But even putting a lot of hot sauce couldn't disguise the sourness.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Yum! Good local spot that's actually pretty clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good service and decent food. I got the grilled pork vermicelli/bun and could've saved half for another meal bc the bowl was so big!

Always on the hunt for a great pho place & Pho Saigon did not disappoint!! Not all Pho is the same, I've had a few not so great bland tasting broth. I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the broth is here. The egg rolls were also just as delicious. Service & ambience is great, we will definitely be back!

I was originally a little skeptical about this Korean pho place since it wasn't ran by Vietnamese, but turned out pretty good. Only one Waitress but she was efficient, attentive, and friendly. The kitchen also churned out food quickly. The inside is very typical seating. Nothing special. And not much decor. But that doesn't bother me, I'm here for the food. I ordered the bbq pork and brisket pho combo. Comes With 2 egg rolls or 1 spring roll and a soda. About $19. The egg rolls were crispy and good. The bbq pork changed the flavor of the original pho, but in a good way. Makes it much more flavorful. It actually had loads of meat, which kept surprising me. It also had brisket, which was nice and tender. Good quality meat. Overall, we enjoyed the food here and would come back.

My mom & I frequent this place and it always hits the spot. It's our go-to pho spot for well over 10 years. We always order the pho combo which is a beef brisket pho, two egg rolls and a fountain drink (Coca Cola products). Toppings are always fresh. Broth for pho is flavorful, meat is nice and tender and Thai teas are made to perfection. Sometimes we'd bring my grandpa and he'd love the grilled chicken plate. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Restrooms are clean and always available. What more could one ask for?

Updating my review to 5 stars since I've been to Sup Noodle Bar several times since my last review…read more The pho is still so delicious. The soup is light and flavorful and meat is so tender. I did end up trying the lomo saltado with another protein (filet) and it was excellent. The meat was so tender and flavorful. I also discovered that you can get free noodles if you're still hungry for your pho, which I have opted to do a few times when I just want one (or two) more bites. The other thing is that it does get super busy during peak time, so I would definitely try to check in when you're closer to the restaurant and maybe run an errand or two if it the wait is long. Also, want to shout out all the workers there, who have been so nice and helpful each time I go there. Sup noodle bar has become my favorite go-to pho place.

The broth was decent, but nothing really stood out compared to other pho places I've been to. I also wish they were a little more generous with the meat. We also tried the Lomo Saltado. The filet mignon was tender and cooked well, but the fries were quite soggy after being mixed with the sauce. Personally, I don't think fries, filet mignon, and rice make the best combination, so it just wasn't my favorite dish. On the positive side, the restaurant was very clean, and our server was friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout our meal. Overall, it was a good experience, but not memorable enough for me to make a special trip back. Since we were just in the area, I'm glad we gave it a try, but I probably wouldn't return.

The back of my mind is just the pounds of sugar in his recipes, but oh well! Located in a strip mall, with many Korean restaurant contenders, Mr. Paik has a pretty steady trickle of customers. You order at the counter and pick up once your beeper buzzes. I ordered a jjajjangmyun (black bean noodle) and tangsyuyuk (fried pork) to share with my sister. The portion makes sense with the price. I must say the best experience is to eat there while the food is piping hot. Mr. Paik hands down the best jjajjangmyun and tangsyuyuk that I had... the texture, sauce and everything was just perfect. They had other items that I want to try next step, like the stir fried jjampong! Reviews on their seafood jjampong didn't seem too popular, but ordered one to go to try and it was good too!!! This is the one time I shouldn't have trusted the negative reviews. Can't wait to come back again!

Right when you walk in, you'll go to the counter and order before seating yourself. You'll also fetch your own water and napkins. Our table of 3 got the following to share: 1. Jajangmyeon: Comes with pork and veggies and lots of black bean sauce! This dish was very flavorful and I enjoyed the nice chew of the noodles. I did feel extremely thirsty after the meal though, and I think this may have played a big part in that with all the flavor haha 9. Beef Jjamppong: It was nice to get some additional veggies in and some soupy goodness, but I still preferred the experience of the Jajangmyeon more. This one was fine but did not stand out too much. 22. Sweet & Sour pork: I like that they put the sauce on the side for you to dip, so the pork stays crispy! There's also a couple pieces of wood ear in the dipping sauce.

A year or two ago I got take out for the spicy cold noodle and galbi combo, and recently i had the same order but for dine in. The noodles definitely taste best when you eat there bc after a 30 min drive home it got soggy (as expected but i had an intense craving for cold noodles that day) Nothing wow'd me that day but i thought it may have just been bc i ordered take out so while I was in the area and craving cold noodles again, I decided to give it another try. There's a whiteboard to put your name down when there's a wait, but it didn't seem like they were keeping track of ppl that way anyway. Inside the restaurant it's very cozy with maybe 8-10 tables max. I got seated in the very back of the restaurant near the closet door that houses the restroom, so it was kind of bothersome to hear the door keep clanking open and closed and people walking by to use it. I am super hesitant to try out korean places w/o being w a korean bc i noticed that the treatment isn't as friendly. Everyone else around me had at least one korean speaking person w them. I came before a different party of 2 but when looking to seat the next person idk if she saw me or not or hadnt realized i came before them. They got sat right in front of the cash register area. After I sat down i felt neglected and i noticed the other party who came after me had their order taken first which isn't a huge deal but it did make me feel a bit more neglected hahaha After taking my order the food did come out extremely fast. The noodles came out first with the banchan, there were 6 different ones: cabbage kimchi, pickled radish slices, radish kimchi, savory jelly , kabocha squash w/ a creamy white onion ish dressing, , fish cake. the lady brought out tongs and scissors and helped cut the noodles a bit for me and instructed me to mix it. There was also a small bowl of cold broth that tasted so refreshing on a hot day. In the cold noodles there were more slices of pickled radish, pickled cucumber slices, julienned cucumber, half an egg, some beef, and spicy sauce and some nutty powder :) i loved the strong sesame oil flavor and the noodles went rly well with some of the cold broth mixed in With the combo portion there were 5 pcs of galbi atop a bed of sliced onions on a sizzling plate. I knew i wanted to take food home so I felt like i shouldve known to ask for the check and a box prior to being ready to leave bc once it came time for me to ask for the bill, the feeling of neglect came over me again! LOL Many other patrons were leaving and so they were working on bussing tables. I am in the back so i tried to flag someone down to get the check. a different lady saw me and told the original server , i thought i heard her acknowledge me. Then she gave the check and paid out another party, and the party of 2 after me also left before i could pay out. Then i finally got my turn to pay out my tab! all in all the lady was nice when i did interact with her but it was difficult to ask for anything if i did need to. bill came out to $41 after tax and tip for a galbi bibim naengmyun combo. i'm interested in the other menu items but i probs would not come again unless i have a korean w me! the whole experience took me abt 1 hr, at 12;30 pm on a thursday 20 mins waiting, 5 mins to order, then paid, packed my food, and left at the end of the hour~ although i saw other customers getting to finish a lot sooner who came after me maybe 45 minutes :)

As I was about to place my order at the kiosk, an employee informed me that only takeout orders were being accepted and that dine-in was no longer available. I was told this was due to a policy change from management. What I don't understand is that there was no notice posted anywhere about a dine-in cutoff time. Maybe this is normal for this restaurant, but it is not what most customers would expect. When a restaurant posts a break time of 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, most people assume that orders are accepted until 2:00 PM and that the break time begins at 2:00 PM. That has been my experience at most other restaurants. If dine-in service actually stops at 1:45 PM, then that information should be clearly posted at the entrance, on the kiosk, and online. Otherwise, customers may arrive before the posted break time and still be turned away for dine-in service. In my opinion, if customers need to finish their meals before 2:00 PM, then the restaurant should either post a dine-in cutoff time or list an earlier break time. Other restaurants with a 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM break time typically allow customers to enter and order before 2:00 PM. This appears to be an exception. I made a special trip to eat here and was disappointed by the lack of communication. Going forward, customers should know that a posted break time of 2:00 PM here may effectively mean you need to arrive early enough to finish your meal before 2:00 PM, not simply arrive before 2:00 PM. Because of this experience, I will think twice before returning during lunch hours.
