Pho Lily introduced a few more dishes to their menu. I tried to butter shrimp.. Yummy! I loved that it had the right amount of onions, green onions and the dipping sauce is the perfect complement. One of my new comfort food. Price is so reasonable too. We received our orders right away and noticed that the restaurant's decor was also updated. Pho Lily continues to be a local food gem in La Habra.

This is an incredible place to eat! I've had their House Special Pho ! The lovely waitress explained it was a family recipe and we loved it. It was good quality, warm and tasty! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality food at a good price!!

Pho Lily is a solid but ultimately unremarkable option for pho. We ordered the appetizer platter, brisket and steak pho, and the special pho combination with beef rib. The broth was good--comforting and satisfying--but it didn't really stand out from other pho spots in the area. The appetizer platter was mediocre and not something I'd reorder. The beef rib in the special pho was decent, but again, nothing particularly memorable. They also offer Mongolian BBQ, which is interesting, though we didn't try it this visit. Service was hit or miss. Overall it was okay, but one of the servers came off as rude, which took away from the experience. Not a bad meal, but with so many pho options around, this one lands squarely in the average category.

We went here for dinner, and I felt that the food quality unfortunately took a turn for the worse. We got spring rolls, fried rice with salmon, vermicelli with lemongrass chicken, and turon. Note that there's also a 4% surcharge when using a card to pay. In the past few years, the fried rice with salmon was a solid dish. However, the two salmon pieces were a bit small and tasted like they were premade from a freezer as breaded patties. The fried rice was solid. Overall, the dish isn't worth its price. While I was fine with the lemongrass chicken, the vermicelli noodles weren't chilled to my liking. The heat from the chicken seemed to transfer to the noodles. It lacked the refreshing taste I enjoy when eating vermicelli. The spring rolls had shrimp and pork. While they were adequate, the rice paper didn't taste exactly fresh. The peanut sauce was tasty, however. We got the turon after we finished our main dishes. Cut into small pieces and topped with chocolate syrup, it tasted good. Unfortunately, the dinner was disappointing due to the fried rice with salmon; I wouldn't recommend ordering it. Their phos would probably be reliably good menu choices. The ambience was fine, and we got our food quickly.

Parking lot is available so it is quick and easy to park! When we walked in, the staff did not notice us so we walked up to them to be seated. I got the chicken pho and it was good. The broth is good and it's a good portion. I was a bit hungover so didn't finish but chicken is a good amount too! Someone got the mongolian bbq and you assemble it yourself with what ingredients you want and then they put it on the grill and make it right then and there!

We discovered Pho Lily and Mongolian BBQ in February 2025 and have returned many times since. Whether dining in or taking out, everything we've ordered has been consistently delicious. This is now our go-to spot for pho and banh mi. On our first visit, we tried SP2 and SP3--the wagyu beef and rich broth were incredibly satisfying (seriously, get SP2!). We've also become huge fans of their grilled pork banh mi--the bread is perfectly crisp+flaky on the outside, soft inside, and the pork is seasoned just right. We haven't tried the Mongolian BBQ side of the menu yet, but based on everything else, it's only a matter of time. The owner and staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. The owner--a sweet lady--often checks in to chat and make sure everything's good. It's clear they value their customers, and that personal touch goes a long way with us. Funny enough, we'd driven past this spot for years, not realizing new ownership took over during the pandemic. A Yelp search for banh mi finally brought us in--and discovering their wagyu pho sealed the deal. Game over. I highly recommend this local business and encourage you to give them a try.

Today got grilled chicken and grilled rib eye fresh spring rolls. Everything is very fresh and flavors are on point.

Chicken teriyaki plate, spring rolls. The spring rolls came with a delicious peanut sauce to enjoy with them.

My friends introduced me to this spot and treated me to eat here not too long ago. I was encouraged to try the mongolian noodles but I opted for a teriyaki chicken plate and spring rolls. While my food was good, the noodles were exceptionally good, my friend let me sample her plate. I did see all the fresh vegetables, meats, and sauces and spices set up but it overwhelmed me lol so I didn't get it for that main reason, I can get overwhelmed with too many options. I will get it for sure next time though, it was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The owner knows my friends and she came over to chat with them, she is social and a sweet lady. This is a family business and the way she adds a personal touch to catch up with her regulars goes a long way.

We've been here at least three times, and it's always delicious. We've only tried the Mongolian BBQ so far, and it's really good and fresh every time. We were reading reviews to see if we should try the pho next time since so many people were ordering it and it looks like it's a favorite, so that'll be next on our list. Adding an egg for $2 feels a little pricey since eggs aren't expensive anymore, but honestly, we still really enjoy the food. The woman at the register is always friendly and welcoming. One review by Stephen couldn't be farther from the truth I was honestly shocked after reading it. She stands at the register to make sure customers are taken care of and to see if anyone needs anything. She does not have a smug look on her face at all; she's attentive and helpful. This is a walk-up-and-pay style place, and there's nothing wrong with that. Overall, this place is great. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I love the pho here! The meat is super tender and the broth is flavorful. The rare steak was the perfect doneness. The owners are also very nice.

The food here is a bit on the bland side. I give them a A for effort but it seems there is something missing in the kitchen. I ordered a Wonton soup a Shaking Beef and started our meal with Spring Rolls and shrimp wrapped in egg roll skins. The wontons in the soup were not good and the filling seemed to be something different than what it said in the menu (chicken). The shaking beef was tastless and had raw onions, bell pepper, and napa cabbage which was bitter because it was mostly the stalk of the cabbage. The soup stock was off. It was plain and had an aftertaste of faucet water. The interior is nice well lit but the kitchen is failing this place.

Our favorite pho & bun Bo hue near our home. Our kids enjoy their appetizers platter or crunchy spring rolls. Bun rieu is offered as well. Great service and nice ambiance.

The staff was really welcoming and brought the food out to my table once it was ready. They checked on me a few times, and it wasn't too crowded, which made for a nice lunch. I was surprised they weren't available when we looked through the ingredient selection, and I think they'd be a great addition to the menu. Looking forward to coming back and trying more combinations!

After the way they treated me I won't be back here. I attempted to speak up THREE different times that my order was being prepared incorrectly. He couldn't because from the beginning there wasn't any other protein except for beef. His response is we'll tell the cashier and I'll take this home. I'm like and then what, wait another 45 mins because there are 15 people waiting too. He basically shrugged it off like meh not my problem. The solution would have been to get me the proteins I ordered and paid extra for that were missing. But instead I was made to feel like I didn't matter once they got my money.

We ordered the namesake Mongolian Homemade Pies (an order has 3 pieces), cold dish three pieces, and spicy duck blood stewed with beef tripe. The meat pies were delicious with juicy meat, and the appetizer cold dishes were refreshing. However, the duck blood dish contained no duck blood whatsoever. The Chinese name for the dish 毛血旺 literally has blood in the name! The waitress tried to tell us the restaurant does not use pork to be halal as this dish often has pork intestine and pork blood, but I am not sure how that would affect the lack of duck blood. She felt bad so gave us some meat jerky. The bowl was a very large portion so I packed it to-go to make some adjustments at home. The complimentary lamb broth was tasty though undersalted (you can add salt to taste from the sauce bar). I also would have liked the soup to be hotter in temperature. You are also served complimentary milk tea or yogurt upon being seated, so we had one of each. The milk tea was too salty for my tastes but the yogurt was tasty. Overall the food and service were fine and I would come back to try more off of the menu.

His tone was disrespectful, his attitude was hostile, and the entire interaction left me wondering why someone working with customers would choose to speak to people that way. The other employees I've encountered here have always been courteous and professional, which makes this person's behavior even more disappointing. One employee shouldn't be able to damage the reputation that the rest of the staff works hard to build. I don't know what was going on with him that day, but there is simply no excuse for treating customers with that level of disrespect. Hopefully management takes this seriously because nobody should have to deal with that kind of behavior when they're simply trying to enjoy a meal.
