It was bad. Wasn't impressed with the food or cleanliness of restaurant. The sticky floor should have been a red flag walking in but we wanted to try a new Vietnamese restaurant. My wife ordered her food mild and it came way too spicy. Not an unforgivable mistake, but could not get a server to address it for over 15 minutes. By then we were just ready to go but had to wait another 10 minutes for the manager to come talk to me. He would not remove her food, which she was unable to eat. Food is good but the service is really bad. I ordered my drinks first and got them right before leaving even after asking once to many times. Also i don't know if it was the owners I seen today but they literally had 45 minutes until closing and they shut the kitchen down, costumers were coming in and being told that they weren't serving anyone any more.. all because they were having a get together with pizza and Buffalo Wild Wings. Nowadays Pho restaurants are as common as Starbucks. You seem to find one within a 2 block radius. So finding one that is unique or one that has something that has you wanting to keep coming back is what I look for. Pho on 74th has some good qualities: The dining area is rather large. The restaurant is perfect for large get togethers. The tables are spaced well, not like a lot of the other restaurants. The place is also pretty clean. But the food can use some work. We ordered the fried eggrolls to start and it wasn't good. It tasted like it has been rolled a while ago and they just took it out of the freezer and fried it. And the Pho that we ordered was also not good. The flavor could have been good had the soup been hot. But it wasn't. Let's just say the server was able to hand the bowl to my roommate, and my roommate was able to handle it without flinching. Not sure why the server did this but that was definitely a first. We like to order the steak on the side, but the broth wasn't hot enough to cook them. They also don't serve garlic chili sauce, which is a red flag that the place isn't good. Always remember: No Garlic Chili = Probably Bad Pho. Based on my experience anyway. Last is the service. It seems that no one working here likes to smile. This place management and service is despicable.!!! I have been ordering from this place for a long time but EVERY time I order from here they forget something in my order. Tonight they forgot two dinner entrees and when I got home and Called the restaurant the manager said the delivery guy would be more than a hour. So I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I asked for a refund since I didn't receive the food and they REFUSED to give me a refund. They said they would reheat my food and give it to me. I don't want the food now after having to drive all the way back and they were "reheating" the food. I want my money back. Why would you refuse to refund me if I haven't even received or eaten the food. After experiencing this many times before I am at my wits end. The service is terrible, they are rude and disrespectful. It's a shame because the food is decent but not worth the trouble when they are constantly messing up the order and you have to travel back and forth to get your whole order completed. On top of that no discount or refund for the trouble! ABDURD!!!!! I will never ever go back here again. How they stay in business with this service is beyond me. The manager/ owner is rude! Been eating here for a year. Every meal is perfect and delicious. A must try for the family for dinner or take out for your self.

Bathroom is grimey and musty. Toilet paper shreds on floor and grime build up against wall. Clean your bathroom!!!!

Found this place tonight on Yelp looking for Pho in this part of town. Really good food, the negative reviews are on service from employees that come and go like in any other job of the service field. It's a little hard to see in this low key shopping center, drove past it and never seen it for past 8 years living by here. I've been to Vietnamese places all over Colorado and the food here was authentic Vietnamese, not too common in this area. The place was pretty busy for a Wednesday but staff was very attentive and quick to get us seated, water, take our order, and bring out our food. We paid up front with the same gentleman that seated us took our order and brought our food, not sure if he is the manager or just a very hard worker doing it all, but he deserves a raise and 20% tip for sure. Along with the huge portions of pho, awesome spring rolls, his friendly attitude and fun personality made our night even more pleasant. We had some good laughs over the bonsai tree at the counter that fooled us how real it looked!!! read more

Customer service was average, but the broth was very watery and flavorless even after I added lime, sriracha, and basil. the meat was flavorless and the noodles were too soft. I ate my spring rolls which were also average and went to pay. I didn't touch more than 2 bites of my pho, but I still had to pay full price for the meal the waiter said the person in charge in the back said we could have 50% off but the total for only eating spring rolls was $15 (unless there a charge for salty tap water too) but this place is bullshit. This is the second time we have eaten in the restaurant and the fourth time including delivery. This review is strictly about the restaurant and its service. The food is amazing, now hopefully the owner can match the service with the food. Upon entering the restaurant both times, there was a foul oder. It was not incredibly overwhelming but it made for an unpleasant time sitting. My wife and I both had a hard time getting over the smell and I believe it impacted our enjoyment of the food. It smells almost like sewage. The table was freshly wiped down but the water that was drying on the table stunk like old water. The server came back and wiped it down again with fresher water. The bottles on the table were all sticky and the sauces were oozing out of the tops. We took several napkins to wipe down the bottles. We waited and waited and our food was no where in sight. Finally, 15 minutes later a guy who was not our original server came and asked us what our order was so he could see what the issue was. We ordered our food again and it came out in 5 min. The restaurant looks nice but up lose you can see it needs some help. The owner should invest in more help like bussing and figure out why it stinks in there. read more
