Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.
