The food was good. Not the best pho I've had but definitely not the worst. The flavors were simple and authentic. The Basil sweet and sour chicken was pretty good flavor wise but the cook on it was a bit off. Seemed a little undercooked at its core. Customer service was good when I came to pick up my order but they do not answer the phone. Not only did I call multiple times before coming in but the phone was ringing off the hook while waiting for my food. The place looks nice inside, clean and modern. Wasn't full by any means and looks understaffed. I like that they include at home reheating instructions as well as a to-go pho bowl instead of leaving the noodles and condiments in a plate. Also included the sriracha and hoisin sauce on the side. Prices are fairly reasonable. Large size may be closer to a medium. Overall, decent place to try.

The atmosphere is nice, but unfortunately, we wasted a lot of time. They don't know how to read English well, and they brought the wrong food. We had to wait even longer, almost an hour, and our food still didn't arrive. I asked the waiter what happened to our order, and he said it's being prepared, but he was rude. They don't know how to read English, and everything went wrong. We don't recommend it at all, not even as a last resort! Zero star!

Stopped here on the extreme cold day. The restaurant was clean, they had great decorations, the servers were very friendly while kept checking on me and refilled water. Highly recommend the chili dumplings appetizer. Will be back

I got a seafood soup bowl it was good . Everyone in the group got some different but they all taste good and look good. My father got a rib pho that meat was thick and there even an extra big meat under the broth. Service was great as well and the place is cute.

I love this pho place and I also love how quickly and prompt they are with bringing you everything! The flavor to the broth is also very rich, sometimes I feel at pho places it lacks flavor but not here. Not pictured but we had their sesame wings & they were also very delicious! Winter is for pho, especially at pho on 74th!

I used to order from them a lot. But lately, they have gone way, way, way down hill. This will be my last time going there. The tomatoes in the drunken noodles dishes aren't peeled, and trying to eat the skins was very unappealing. The other meal we got was ok until I tried to eat the noodles. They were just 1 big congealed mess. Couldn't even use chopsticks on them. There was also very hard stems in the meal.

There amazing I don't know we're to begin I moved to Colorado Springs and I drive down here for the pho. The sesame chicken is the best in Colorado (.) you can get it spicy or original it's crispy and the chicken isn't that fake dollar scoop stuff it's real juicy chicken there pho is bomb and there BOBA you need to get it you can tell it's made with good ingredients not that cheap powder stuff other boba shops use and there is real tiny pieces of fruit in it . Must try !

Yes it is... our pho is completely gluten free. You would have to avoid some condiments like soy sauce and hoisin sauce.

I wish there were more substantial carb options on the menu or a side of bread to add to the salads. The greens are extremely tender and I thought the salad was dressed really well, it's just difficult to justify paying almost $20 for a lunch that is not filling. Atmosphere is very casual and airy, honestly it seems like a good option for a work lunch if you have an office nearby.

As soon as you walk in you can see their hydroponics system growing the most beautiful produce. You can also purchase their handmade dressings and greens to go!! They then use all this incredibly fresh and flavorful produce to craft intricate salads, soups, and sandwiches. All salads and soups can be ordered gluten free, and there are many vegan / vegetarian options. We ordered the lotus salad, lazeena salad, and tomato bisque. I was so jealous of the zhougg sauce on the lazeena that I ordered a side of the sauce for the lotus salad, it was an incredible addition!! The soup was the perfect compliment, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left. These portions are huge! Seriously check this place out for the ultimate sustainable, clean, organic, delicious, and stunning meal.

On my search for the best Pho in Denver, I visited Faifo Noodle House last year and got their Beef…read morePho with extra Beef Rib. The broth was deep and aromatic and the portion size, especially with the beef rib, was massive. Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.

Their bò kho definitely reminds me of my father's recipe, which is rich and not overly sweet. This aromatic Vietnamese beef stew is a fragrant broth infused with lemongrass, star anise, and spices. It's a bowl of distinct and complex flavor profile that balances savory, sweet, spicy notes, with a vibrant brick-red color from the annatto seeds. The cuts of beef shank, flank, and chuck were soft so you know they spent hours simmering to achieve this level of tenderness. The deep beef profile is highlighted when adding bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime juice to cut through the richness and carrots provided a natural sweetness to the savory broth. Bánh canh is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring thick, chewy noodles made from tapioca flour, rice flour, or a mix, served in a flavorful broth with various toppings like pork, shrimp, crab, or fish cake. The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. We'll be back and try the bún bò huế and cá ri.

The dining room where we enjoyed our delicious noodles and beef was so elegantly decorated. I plan on going back and getting more pictures as my phone was getting ready to die. I couldn't take pictures but anyways it was a wonderful experience. I plan on going back the gentleman that owned it. I can't say his name, but he was very respectful honorable and explained the meals to us as it was our first time and he saved us quite a bit of money explaining to us that the order of noodles and beef was big portion and that we did not need to order any appetizers, which was wonderful of him to point out. I came in on a very busy day of the year so am rounding up since the staff was working really hard to get orders out the door. I ordered a large chicken pho and roasted pork fresh spring rolls to go. The portion of pho broth and bean sprouts was great, but the amount of chicken was a bit disappointing (about 6 total pieces of shredded chicken). Broth was just ok, I added quite a bit of sriracha, lime, basil, and hoisin sauce and still felt it lacked some flavor. The spring roll portion size was great and I loved the massive serving of peanut sauce. The roasted pork inside was incredibly dry. I'd probably opt for tofu or shrimp next time.
