I have been coming to Pho on Broadway for many years and love their food, and their outstanding service, they make you feel extremely welcome and almost like family! The owner really takes the time to get to know his customers, and he now knows our order when we show up! Unlike most pho restaurants this one has a variety of options for food choices as well as drinks, my favorite would have to be the Vietnamese sandwiches as well as the crispy chow mien! Not to mention they also serve beer!! You wont be disappointed if you try this place! read more

The soup was not fresh when served. I grew up with Vietnamese food and this did not come close to the freshness I am use to. If you have higher standards of pho I would go elsewhere. Also, the beer and sandwiches (not that great either) are over priced. read more

Pho On Broadway has been in business for many years, but I have not stopped in until recently. I figured that, since they have been there for so long, that they must be good. Wrong! Medicore, at best. I will say that the service was good, but the food was not, and the prices are really high compared to other pho restaurants in the area. I paid nearly $15 for a soft drink, one spring roll, and a small bowl of veggie pho. The peanut sauce that I got with my spring roll, tasted nothing like peanut sauce; rather it was more like cheap teriyaki with some peanut crumbs on top. Also, I am a very big fan (like most) who enjoy Hoison sauce with their Pho. Well, their Hoison is SO watered down. Hoison is supposed to be thick. I couldn't even dip my soup contents in it because it tasted so terrible. I requested ice water instead of a soft drink and no server ever brought me any water. I would not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys traditional Vietnamese cuisine, especially pho soup. Oh, and the judge talk show on the fuzzy tv made a great ambiance. read more

I'm pretty easy going so I've tried this place 3 times. Each time wasn't very good. The owner seemed to be working each time. He didn't greet me, hardly looked at me, barely interacted with me while taking my order, never checked up on me, and didn't say good-bye although he was sitting at the counter the entire time. The food was consistently among the lowest quality I've tried. It seemed to suffer from the same lack of attention as the customers. The broth was acceptable, but the noodles, beef, and onions seemed sprinkled in as an after-thought. The last time I was there, the owner was going on and on with a customer friend about politics. I'm actually all for talking about politics, but not loudly and obnoxiously in front of all your customers for 30 minutes. I went here once a year or more ago and it was decent. The owner was friendly and the soup wasn't the worst. Then, I might have given it 3 stars. I visited again, on a whim, this week and I will never go again. I used the drive through to get an order of fresh rolls. The drive through is convenient, for sure, but the whole parking lot smelled strongly of dumpster/garbage. I was eager to get my order and drive home. When I got home, the fresh rolls were terrible! I would have returned them except that I live 20 minutes away. The rolls were rubbery and gummy and lacked any flavor at all. What they did have was a sour odor. The outer wrapper smelled like a sour sponge. The dipping sauce (hoisin? peanut? couldn't tell) tased like it was cheap from a bottle. The sprouts were bordering brown. Just thinking of this place makes my stomach turn now. No thank you. I eat A LOT of pho and will never come here again. read more

This is the worst PHO I have EVER had! I will NEVER go back! Don't waste, and I mean waste your money or time. We were greeted rudely, basically as if he didn't want us in there. I'm assuming it's the owner who people refer to as "Harry". What a joke! The place is a dump, and the portions are small and way overpriced. The PHO is not authentic. It's gross and taste like cheap beef broth. He treated me and my guest as if we were the dirt on his shoe. What a jerk! I do not recommend this dump to anyone. It's dirty and bad, bad food. I am what I call a PHO pho-natic...and I have eaten at many PHO restaurants. This is the worst ever! read more

Pho was good but the service was horrible. Getting even a glass of water was a hassle. It wasn't busy, there was 2 tables including mine, but still we were continuously ignored. Crab rangoon was terrible. read more

I was a regular at Pho on Broadway for a few years. It was the closest Pho place to my house and was convenient, despite the price being a little higher than most pho places. The sandwiches were phenomenal. The last visit I had made me change my mind. I ordered a sandwich, beef pho and lemonade. The lemonade that I got had moldy lemons in it and only when I pointed it out, did the owner get me a new one. I was starting to feel my stomach churn by that point. The next was the pho. The beef tasted rancid. Didn't look it, but TASTED rancid. If you've ever had bad meat, you recognize that taste. When he brought out my sandwich, I mentioned it to him. He told me it was the same meat they had used all day, that it looked fine, and nobody else had a problem. I tried to explain to him that it might look fine, but it tasted bad. He went into the kitchen, and brought out a plate with the beef on it and said "See? It fine. It fine. Not'in wrong with it." Again, I tried to explain to him it might LOOK fine, but it TASTED rancid....which means it IS RANCID! When I went to go pay, he didn't try to compensate at all for the moldy lemons or rancid meat in my pho. He charged me full price and when I raised an issue about paying full price for bad food, I flat out told him that I would NEVER return there. When I got home, I looked them up on the Department of Health and found that every other time they have been tested, their refrigerated temps are always too low. No wonder their meat goes bad! I highly recommend NOBODY go there. They will likely get sick from it! read more
