HOLY. FREAKING. TOAST!!! Had Pho with rare beef, brisket and meatballs, sumply amazing!! Hubbs had 46 and 50D, we shared fried spring rolls and the Chè Hnh Phúc, I wish my legs were hollow!! The food isn't greasy, it's fresh and very filling, we got take out and 1/2 of everything was left over!! I also snagged a Thai bubble tea, which I loved but Hubbs didn't like, he's picky anyway. 3.75 stars.. my friend and I got the bun bo hue, not much bun bo hue flavor so we had to add extra red chilli oil pepper and a little bit more fish sauce. The service was very good, the food came out super fast as well. The drip coffee was standard for a Viet rest. The husband go the com suong bi with extra egg. I suggest remind them to cook the eggs sunny side and not well done. The portions are massive, but then again i'm from DC not TX.. so apparent those are standard TX sizes. 3.5. My friends back at home raved about this place. The broth was good. Clean tasting and flavorful. I thought it was peculiar how they only had two sizes, small and a large and when I tried to order a medium the server looked at me like I was odd. They're very skimpy on the condiments. The vegetables were so scarce particularly for two people. Service was good though. I've never experienced an employee particularly at a pho restaurant come ask us how everything was. I like their meat quality much better than let's say Pho Empire's. However the broth is so much cleaner and earthy at the Pho empire. Next time I'll be in Dallas, I am definitely stopping at both Pho places to get the fix ;) read more

This was the best pho that I've found in the Dfw area. I'm bummed that it's kind of far away but it's worth the drive if you're craving pho. It is a very flavorful broth with lots of veggies in the soup. When we went in it was full of Vietnamese people so we figured that was a good sign. I stopped by here during my week visit to Texas and it was a great, authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The spring roll was something I have never tried but will order again and again becuase it was light, fresh and wonderfully tasty with an exotic crunch. The pho noodle bowl I had was delightful and although I didn't really like the noodles, it wasn't any fault of the restaurant. The broth was flavorful with the vegetables and meat and the seasonings added just the right touch. I even tried some food that my friend ordered and really like rice, which had a bit of a kick. SOOOO GOOD. It's a family favorite. (One of the things I miss the most after giving up meat in my diet) First of all, right when you walk in... The smell of the broth is amazing! Also, there usually isn't a line and I've been here a lot. As far as what to order, the spring rolls are average... I've heard some of the rice dishes are decent. I've been here in the past and remembered their pho dac biet being okay. After trying several pho restaurants around the area coming back here it has been confirmed, their pho dac biet is no where near in comparison of the others. The broth is salty and it lacks the savory taste you get from a home cooked pho. However, my boyfriend had their beef rice plate and really enjoyed it. That said, come for the vietnamese dishes but don't waste your money on their pho. read more

That was the best pho tai I've had in the entire Dallas area. The broth was very flavorful, the noodles were tender, and the beef was generous. Also, it was sliced very nicely; some restaurants have huge pieces that are difficult to handle, but here it was the perfect size. The service was great, and the remodeling looks very nice. Pasteur is easily the best pho in Arlington if not all of DFW. The ca phe sua da is amazing too!

This place is not up to par. Pho soup is not pipping Hot and the Stew is watery. They do not warm up the French bread which I believe it is standard. Price is decent. read more

This place isn't the same as the one in Carrollton. They do have more of a variety here but portions are a lot smaller. The spring rolls were not authentic, instead of the traditional pork and shrimp they used some sort of pork/chicken spam? This place was decent it helped my hangover. read more

This place is worth the hype! The pho broth is so fresh and so tasty. I started with an appetizer which was meatballs and pho broth, great low carb option. Then the pho for main course. Just not good...bad service...bad food...I got shrimp fried rice that was super dry but still decent. My friend however had the most disgusting pho I have ever seen. We did however enjoy the boba teas and the shrimp appetizer. We will unfortunately not be coming back. I think the bad service was simply a language barrier complication. read more

Best pho I've ever had. I go about twice a week because I go to school at UTA. I can't eat at another pho restaurant, I've spoiled my tastebuds! All my Vietnamese friends say pho pasteur and pho palace are the best pho places around here. I haven't tried out pho palace but I can tell you pho pasteur is delicious. I get a large and I always finish the broth because it's so tasty :) Like any place, they do have "off" days where the broth is not at it's best (but still good) so give them a second chance if you didn't like it the first time! read more
