If you find yourself in Hermiston, this Pho restaurant is magnificent. We had the spring rolls for an appetizer. They are so beautifully displayed in the rice paper wrapper, with the peanut sauce on the side. My husband got the teriyaki chicken, the rice came with a fried egg on top and there were nice fresh shredded carrots and a couple slices of cucumber on the side. He also got a cup of chicken pho broth. I got the pork Bahn mi. I have never had a better one. The pork is spiced so well and they get their bread from Seattle. The service was quick and ambiance was nice being in an old home from the early 1900's. It is definitely worth driving from Tr-Cities to get this magnificent food. I used to live in Hermiston and Pho Quan was a favorite. The pho and vermicelli bowls are top of the list. When I am in town, or even driving through, I always go to stop to eat here. read more

I come here once a month, only descent Vietnamese place in the area. I had the S1, never had it before the waitress recommended and it was actually pretty tasty, I had that along with the chicken spring rolls. They are both wonderful. The service is excellent too. The pho here is excellent--truly some of the best I have had. I placed an order for two different sizes for pickup but was mistakenly given the smaller size for both and was charged for two different sizes. When I called to address the issue, the staff was extremely polite and understanding. They immediately offered to provide a replacement the same day. I chose to request a refund instead, and management handled it professionally to made things right without hesitation. Driving back to Washington led to a pit stop in Hermiston and I was looking for a lunch spot. I was surprised to find a Vietnamese restaurant in this city that was unknown to me and after being tired of eating American food for so long I was intrigued. I ordered the P1 pho quan special ($13.95 for a regular, $16.95 for a large) which contains all the different typical pho inclusions: eye round steak, fatty brisket, tripe, soft tendons, and meatballs. Like other Vietnamese restaurants there are also the typical sides like bean sprouts, lime, and mint. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. It was a good bowl of pho and I definitely cleaned the bowl, broth and all. The servers were very friendly and the service was great. It was a breath of fresh air to see good Vietnamese food in a place where you wouldn't expect. read more

Love this place. Love the staff. Like the prices but a bit on the spend-y side. The Pho is awesome and all the meat was tender and flavorful. Get the side of broth with the sandwich or you will regret it. The spring rolls with tomato and avocado were excellent! This is a local fave personally. Hot pho is consistently delicious. When you order it to go they carefully prepare it for you to essentially cook yourself upon getting home (think of a pho kit you would assemble). I appreciate how carefully put together everything is, seems like there's a lot of attention to detail and quality food coming out of that kitchen every time. We've had many bahn mi sandwiches while living in San Diego and Vegas. We happened to find this place on Yelp while looking for food along I-84, and thought we'd give it a try even though it was a bit of a drive from the freeway. Wife had the pork bahn mi and I had the Nem Nuong bahn mi (described to me as honey marinated Vietnamese bacon). It was amazing! Worth the side trip. Hermiston is blessed to have this place. Setting up a restaurant in an old house living room, with hard wood floors and little to no décor doesn't help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waitress was very prompt and helpful up front. The food was sub-par, and overly priced. I asked for sauces for the cold white rice, and was told I would have to pay extra! Really? Absolutely no condiments or seasonings on the table, and then to have to pay extra for something that normally would have been available in most restaurants is a little bizarre. A real diamond in the rough! True Vietnamese flavors! I'm Vietnamese from Westminster California where the heart of Vietnamese people are! And I really love my Pho here. I even tried ordering a banh mi Vietnamese Sandwiches. The pork was marinated to perfection! Hermiston is really lucky to have a true authentic Vietnamese restaurant like this. Got a pho tai chin gan, special vermicelli bowl, and fresh spring rolls. Rolls good but I would advise against chicken since it was dry. Bun bowl and pho were great and filling. Got Dinner from here on my Birthday. Had Pho, Quan's Specialty noodles, Ban Nam and Boba Tea.Great food

I wanted to give 3 stars but I don't want to hurt their business. Reason is, why charge extra for chili oil as it's an essential condiment for a pho spot. I was flabbergasted when I requested for chili oil and told it's an additional $1. I understand it's homemade but really... you should be proud of it. It's like charging for ketchup when you order fries. If I hadn't order and knew of it I wouldn't have ate here. I just can't respect a place that nickel-and-dime you. I didn't really enjoy my meal afterwards because it felt like I got punched in the gut. Maybe they'll change maybe not. read more
