Reviews said this was some of the best Vietnamese food in the area so how could I pass up giving their pho a try? Got there around 5pm and saw they had a happy hour which was cool that included both apps and drinks. I was immediately seated and my server poured fresh ice water and gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. I went with my usual - spring rolls and beef pho...both were tasty! The peanut sauce for the spring rolls and the pho broth were the stars of the meal! If I were ever in town again I would totally visit again and try a rice dish.

Friday 12:30pm 6/7/24 Met a friend here for lunch. Nice quiet place, clean and family friendly. I already looked at the menu the day before and decided on the "sampler". It had 3 small Crab Rangoons, 3 fried dumplings, 2 fried shrimp and 1 crispy spring roll, 1 soft spring roll. It also came with 3 dipping sauces. In taste, the sampler was average. The customer service was excellent. They made you feel like you were right at home. Check em out!

I came here on a Wednesday night and got a bowl of pho #11 ($14) and it had steak, brisket and meatball. When the waiter brought out our water there was a fruit fly in it. They immediately got us new waters. After about 6 minutes the pho came out. The broth was savory with just the right saltiness. A fair amount of meat was given. Service was quick and staff was average. Overall one of the better pho in RVA, however because of that fly in water incident it did sour the experience. Food: 8.6 Staff/service: 6.0 Value: 8.5 Overall: 5.9/10 (-2 point for the fly incident)

Shaking beef pho. Thank me now. Then thank me again later. The beef pho flavor is unmatched. The veggies are perfectly cooked and they give you perfectly steamed broccoli, mushrooms, & carrots, not just the leftover boiled veggies from veggie broth like some other places. The ambience is great for a casual lunch or night out. Service is decent...they'll get you in & get you out. It's my fave go-to takeout and once the ladies learn who you are they'll make sure your order is always done right.

I ordered takeout from this place l and was really excited for my oxtail pho. However I was disappointed to find a piece of hair in my oxtail pho. Oxtail pho - I tried a bite of it before I noticed the hair. The broth was light and the noodles were good. The oxtail wasn't super tender. Cha Gio - the egg rolls were crispy and the filling was flavorful.

Popped in for late lunch on dreary rainy Saturday. We were seated right away, they were not overly busy there were always people coming and going. Our server/host brought waters and took our orders, I have to say they're very efficient! Place is clean, nicely decorated, painted muted green with Asian accents on walls. I ordered short rib pho special and it was amazing and really hit the spot on cold day. Huge chunks of tender meat, tasty broth and veggies - what more can you ask for. Price wasn't listed or poss I didn't noticed it but it was well worth it for 20$. Portion was huge and I was able to eat about half and rest took home. My daughter ordered grilled chicken fried rice her only complaint was there was too much chicken otherwise it was delicious!

We have now been to Pho Saigon twice. The menu is enticing, lots of choices! Both times my dining partner has ordered the Yello pancake as her main. No lie, it is truly the best in the area. Full of savory notes and attentively cooked. The pho, unfortunately, is a mixed bag. The broths were both excellent. But for whatever reason the noodles have been all but fall-apart mush. There are many other Vietnamese dishes I like, so I will skip the pho next time and focus on those.

Good pho and very quick attentive service. This is the only Pho spot I've tried in the area, so I can't compare it to the others but it was very good basic Pho at a good portion and price. Recommend adding the chili oil in for spice!

As an example, they currently have several seasonal lobster dishes. I chose the Organic Bison Huevos Rancheros. Everyone wanted a bite, and everyone agreed it was delicious. I would go back just for that, but there were more good things on the menu to try as well. All the staff were friendly, and our server did an excellent job. It was also clean, pleasant and busy but not uncomfortably so. We'll definitely be back when we're in town again.

A party of two ate well and was satisfied with the amount and quality of our meals. The first meal was steak and eggs. Without prompting I heard how well seasoned the flatiron steak was. The other meal was calf's liver with mushrooms and onions. Two large pieces of bacon was across the dish. It was very good served with a full orders of corn, potatoes and gravy, and veggies. I switched the mixed vegetables for spinach and garlic. Good choice. The spinach was fresh and sauteed with onions. Didn't care for the gravy on potatoes. Can't tell whether the off flavor was the gravy or the potatoes. My surprise was the appetizer. I chose turkey chilli that was so good. It was full body flavor with cooked beans and chopped veggies, which didn't take away from the chilli flavor. It was very good. I could have this for my main meal. So good. The server was adequate, but nothing exceptional.

I had this place in my bookmark for some time now, and I was very pleased with almost everything! I was very satisfied with our meal overall, I would say the mac n cheese while well seasoned, was slightly over cooked, there were some hardened pieces of noodles in the mix. Now the customer service was great, I didn't catch the gentlemen's name who was working alone, but he was very friendly and attentive! Unfortunately the cleanliness can be better we had to wipe down our own sitting area and the floors were kinda sticky. Granted there was only one person working, so maybe that could be the reason? This place is located in a shopping center as a standalone location. Parking is plentiful as well as the interior seating. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ordering is done through a kiosk at the counter and if you need to customize anything after ordering speaking to the staff is not a problem. I ordered the chicken tenders that come with a side. The meal which came with five tenders and I got the crinkle cut fries. For sauce, I got the honey mustard, mambo sauce, and the hot honey. The food came out hot. The chicken tenders were crispy and well seasoned. The fries were hot and crispy. Of the sauces, I liked the honey mustard the best, but that's usually my go to when I get chicken tenders. If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely stop by this location. Highly recommend.

We walked in not expecting much, and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency of the staff. This place seems like a happening place for the night crowd, lots of young men and women congregating at the bar. Our server was shy and quiet, but she was quick and efficient at her job. We ordered the Thai Iced Tea (quite literally the best I have ever had in my life) and the Drunken Noodles. I am a pad kee mao aficionado, and theirs were fantastic. The atmosphere was interesting, eclectic if I had to sum it up in a word. There were multiple seating genres, if that makes sense. We sat at the small four-top in the lower area, and the view of the whole restaurant was great for people watching if you're into that sort of thing. We came here with no expectations, and we were blown away. What a hidden gem; we certainly got our money's worth. Whole-hearted recommendation from both of us. The vegetable gyoza should be skipped if you want it steamed (flavorless and rather lifeless that way, so opt for fried). Main dishes were quite large and we both doggie bagged our entrees. If you're a picky eater they have the old standbys but if you want to try something new, the menu is large. Parking is easy. Seating is both inside and out. Food all tasted fresh.
