Still well-prepared and hearty, just more intense than expected. Service was fast and efficient, and the food came out quickly. I always go in with open honest mind, and hope it still just a as good as the former. So I am a creative habit so I normally start with "Goi Cuon" fresh shrimp & pork roll. You get 2 of them, but couldn't resist in digging in. Lol I loved the pork, shrimp, lettuceand rice wrap, but their was to much rice noodle filling for my taste. Finally got to check this place out after years of wanting to do so. My daughter joined me and upon entering, took a deep breath and said, "You know this place is gonna be good!" She wasn't wrong. I added cilantro, mint, white onions, extra lime, and jalepenos. It was delicious. I noted, the fresh herbs and lime they gave me was fresh and free from blemishes. I visited while on crutches and it was easy for me to get around. I would like to mention that the older lady that works there was extremely comforting and helpful. I'd say it only took 5-6 minutes from ordering to get my food. I typically order the #4, which is the pho with various cuts of meat, and put in the basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, and lime juice. The broth is a little sweeter than I'm accustomed to but it's still super good. I tilt my bowl and scoop out every drop! Hence, why I don't have a photo for this meal.
