Went today with my husband for lunch and it was so good food with large servings! Very authentic and the waiter was so kind and attentive.

Decided to try Pho Sang's after reading a few reviews. Unfortunately when we got there, they did not allow us to sit and eat in the restaurant. They stated they needed to close early to clean due to staffing issues, but the guy who took our order, gave us free drinks and apologized. I really appreciated his customer service. The food is tasty, well seasoned and good proportions. The seafood rolls were just "ok," as I have had better. The prices are a little on the expensive side as well. I did also notice it is an older restaurant so if you don't mind that and the prices, then you should definitely try Pho Sang's. read more

I wish there was a way to give like a 3.5. I can't speak for other reviewers, but our experience wasn't bad. Cons: -A bit over priced for quality -Weird combinations Pros: -Well packaged- everything we needed was provided -great portion sizes, almost too much -everything looked good, nothing was burnt or under cooked So with all of that being said, we had a really pleasant experience, the staff was nice and the food was quickly made ready for take out. We have had Pho all over the US and some places out of the country. We have had better and we have had worse. I feel like this business could be so much better with just a few tweaks. For example: onion crisp pieces on top of green onions and white onion pieces was just a lot of onion and they got soggy so it was a weird texture and taste for us, but we liked the chicken(however it had a slight freezer burnt taste) in our bowls as well as the pork cooked rolls and crab Rangoons. We have been here multiple times over the past year or so. All of us (me, wife, and two young kids) love everything we've ever ordered! The food is excellent! The staff is very friendly and perfectly balances checking in on you and letting you eat--Tea is the best! And the prices are pretty reasonable. The four of us can eat for around $50-$60. Ordered through door dash. The driver realized the broth was missing when they got to the house so they drove back to get it. The restaurant refused to give it to them insisting the order was complete. The order was also missing the pot stickers. My husband had to drive up there to retrieve our items. I went in to order two weeks ago, after being warned years ago when the new owners took over. I was desperately craving Asian cuisine. My husband can make Pho, so I decided to order Nan Tok and Goi Com (spring roll). I was served nasty sweet beef with a teeny piece of cabbage (you would think there was a shortage somewhere) and I had to had for fish sauce and Thai chili peppers. You would have thought that it was a new concept that I made up. I had to explain that it normally comes served with the dish in every restaurant. So they explained that they only have chili paste. I explained that I was not paying for a dish that is not prepared the correct way - not to mention that the beef was cooked correctly either ( sweet, not spicy). I wanted a refund. I didn't even touch the dish it was still in the to go bag. They refunded my payment. Which was generous of them. Was looking for a lunch spot my daughter and I could agree on and decided on this place. First time visiting. She ordered steak pho and I had wonton soup. We both really enjoyed it. Very flavorful and service was quick. I liked the wonton soup so much, I ordered one to go for my husband. He also enjoyed it. Our portions were great and the prices were reasonable. THE best pho place I've been to 10/10 recommend. everything is good. i come here all the time. other than that though, i can tell they're very racist. my step sister an i go often, she's half asian i'm white. i can tell when we get treated better than african american customers. they will also sit at a table and talk and be on the phone and not pay attention. we usually get one medium and ask for 2 small bowls to split it up because we like different sauce. they make it feel uncomfortable to ask for anything. the staff is kind of rude and expect a tip. i leave one because i understand restaurant business. i also understand asian culture but even then you never ignore your customers. read more

Order from this place before and it was great. Today my wife ordered food at at 6:30 and picked up around 7:30 because of traffic we live about 9 miles away. I get home at 8:45 getting ready to eat and food taste like shit. No flavor. So i called Pho Sangs and asked if they changed cooks and he said no. I told the guy on the phone food tastes like crap and and i bitched at them to make it right and at first they said he could give me 5% off with free drinks on next order. I told him hell no i dont want free drinks and you are only giving 5%. The food was crap and said this is bull shit after spending $91.00 of food i am about to throw away. Then he finally said we have a new cook and we will tell him. Then a lady got on the phone said the best we can do is give me10% off I said thats bull shit then she said she could give me $30 back and i would have to bring back all the food and I would only get $30 and take a loss of $61.00 and I am not about to drive to the restaurant after working all day and getting home at 8:45. I told them i would bring it tomorrow and they said the food will be no good. So if I brought it back tonight would they serve it to someone else because that is gross. All i wanted was for them to make it right. I would bring all the food back tomorrow and they give me replacement food but they didn't want to lose money. I was pissed and swearing at them on the phone because they were not willing to listen. This place was my go-to for pho when the main lobby server was a very friendly man; now the main lobby is ran by a women that is very BIASED, not only does she ASK for a tip, if she feels as she won't tip don't even expect genuine service. She doesn't even bother to ask what you'd like to drink she's just going to bring you water.. Not to mention she'll sit there and pamper caucasians because she knows she can bribe a tip out of them. I miss the old I love pho days before they change it to pho sangs. Their pho soups doesn't taste amazing any more. Just bland and sad. The chicken taste cheap now and the noodles are not tasty anymore. Strange because they are all Vietnamese Cooks. I been going here since 2015 and now it's finished. I couldn't finish my pho because it was depressing. You can tell it's not a real pho spot because I never see any Asian customers on the regular. Not everything here is the best, but it good. The Bún is fantastic although they are a little light on the vegetables, but it's one of my favorite things to order here. I wouldn't say that they are worthy of 4 stars right now, but they are certainly worth more than two! Check them out. read more

I along with two other patrons came in on yesterday. First. The waitress sat us at a table, she never offered us anything to drink. But, brought three glasses of water. 2. The man that came in nearly 10 minutes after we arrived was seated, offered a drink and his order was taken. He then received his food. 3. We had to ask for our order to be taken, we were still never offered a drink. 4. We had to ask for the check. The other two patrons paid with their card, I paid with cash. There was a younger gentleman who took my check and money to get change. He came to the table as the waitress who had not been to our table the entire time of dining there except when we called her or at that moment to question if I wasn't going to leave a tip for the waiter. I stated no. And I didn't leave a tip. We have been there before and have enjoyed the food with the exception of yesterday. My food was good for the 5 minutes that I was allowed to enjoy it. Having to bring to work and then take something home that was by then no good was both a waste of my time and money. If I could give it a 0, I would!!!! Let's start by the fact that no one greeted me as I entered. The lady working pointed to a booth for me to sit. Quickly asked what I wanted to drink and asked what I wanted to order at the same time. I want to add that the two people working in the front were also eating at a table and it seemed like her and the young man were continuously rushing to get back to sit down. Very unprofessional to me. As i finished, I asked to order Boba as well. She brought it back and I paid. As I signed the receipt, she hovered over me and watched if I was leaving a tip. I left the tip empty and wrote the total and signed. She was looking at me and pointing in the tip area, so I put a simple "--." She instantly became upset screaming "NO TIP? WOW, WOW" So at first I continued to walk out but then I realized like wait, what's wrong with this lady? I saw her throwing down the receipt into the bowl as she angrily began to clean the table. So then I said "Is there an issue? It's not a must I tip you" She began flashing me saying "Just go, just go." In the moment I felt very disrespected and offended that I spent my money in the first place. Nooooo customer service skills. Saying this to say, I WILL NOT be back!
