This pho place was just what I needed on a hot summer day. The broth was flavorful and it was piping hot! They had Sriracha, chili oil, hoisin, and another undisclosed sauce to add to your pho as well as bean sprouts, jalapenos, and basil. One of my favorite pho spots in Nashville. It hits the spot every time. I like getting the brisket pho. Very hearty, flavorful, and filling. Literally warms the soul. I've tried the vermicelli noodle bowl as well which is massive & also tasty. It's a great option. The Thai tea is refreshing too. Depending on the day, the small parking lot can be packed. Went here today and was so impressed! The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the rare steak pho and the vermicelli noodle dish--both were excellent. We also enjoyed a Thai tea and a fresh coconut. The facility itself was fine, and honestly easy to overlook because the food and service were so good. The best part was the amazing service. Our server was incredibly attentive--making "cheater" chopsticks for us and even cutting our coconut twice so we could enjoy the pulp. I'm pretty picky with my pho and I can honestly say this is the best bowl of pho I've had in Nashville. Comes out steaming hot, rich authentic broth, and flavor that doesn't stop. The Pho had too much pepper on it. You could see the black pepper sitting on the meat when it was brought out. This gave it an odd spicy taste. Tried to eat a few bites but it was just too spicy with pepper. Have eaten there before so I know this is not how it usually tastes. When paying for the meal, they charged for the dish stating that even though it might have been unbeatable they had combed through the dish and determined that too much of the meat was gone. I always kind of joked saying I don't want soup for dinner or just broth with a few noodles and it's so much more. Very flavorful and generous portions. Pho T&N is located next to a U Haul rental and across the street from an Extra Space Storage. Pho T&N shares a parking lot with Little Saigon Market. My husband decided for us to come here for dinner on a Sunday evening. We came 40 minutes before they closed. When we came in, we were greeted and seated at a booth in the corner. I was surprised that it was pretty busy and there wasn't as much seating left. After we looked over the menu, we ended up ordering: Spring Rolls, (Goi Cuon) $6 prior to tax- This order of 2 spring rolls comes with shrimp and pork inside, noodles, cucumber slices and lettuce. This is served with a small side of peanut sauce. I liked the rolls and was glad that it was tightly rolled (I hate it when spring rolls or sushi rolls are not tightly rolled and falls apart when you first bite into it). Price wise is a little higher than the Vietnamese restaurants back at home in Los Angeles. It seems like a lot of the Asian scene out in Nashville is a lot more expensive than back at home for some reason. Vietnamese Beef Stew (Bo Kho), served with Baguette, $11.95 prior to tax- My husband ordered this. The beef stew was delicious and very flavorful. I was just surprised that the size was on the smaller side than what I was expecting. My husband really enjoyed this. Tomato Crab Based Noodle Soup (Bun Rieu), $14.50 prior to tax- I decided to order this because I just love bun rieu. This tomato based broth was flavorful and I liked the tofu, crab, egg and pork. The noodles had a nice chew. Portion size is pretty large and perfect for 2 to share (or one very hungry person). I ended up taking leftovers home and my husband ate it for breakfast the next morning. ------------------------ (Total= $34.36 after tax, prior to tip) Service was friendly and our water glasses were refilled during our meal. We never felt rushed, even though we were still here 30 minutes to closing (we ended up leaving a few minutes to closing actually). Fun surprise to find Vietnamese food in Brentwood! I usually head to Nashville but have this place a try...so glad I did! The place used to be a former Japanese restaurant and you can see the previous sushi bar. Staff was nice and when I went it was pretty quiet. Had the vermicelli with pork and it was delicious and a good portion of it. Also ordered fresh shrimp spring rolls that were just that...fresh and delicious! It is a bit more in cost than other Vietnamese restaurants, but saves from the drive to Nashville, so worth it! read more

Pretty average pho spot. The parking lot was quite small, but we found a spot to park. We started off with apps. I did the T&N platter. It came with egg rolls, crispy rolled shrimps, and spring rolls. The crispy rolled shrimps and eggrolls were fried perfectly. They were not undercooked and they were not over cooked. The spring rolls itself, was pretty average. I felt that they had a pretty good peanut sauce for their shrimp spring rolls. I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce, so I can't really say much about the spring rolls since that's what they were rolled with. As far as the pho goes, the broth came out slightly sweet. It wasn't bad. I felt that they had a good amount of everything in their bowl. My only complaint was that my noodles were sticking together in clunks and breaking apart. I pretty much had short clunks of pho noodles in my pho. Also, the pho here doesn't do tripe. I'm not a fan of tripe, but I wanted to point that out in case anyone is a fan of tripe. My favorite thing here was the Vietnamese coffee. Their coffee was very delicious. I loved it a lot. read more
