We stopped by for lunch after swim classes. We were seated right away. Water and tea dropped off shortly after being seated. We ordered a pho and deep fried spring roll combo, vermicelli bowl and iced coffee. Food tasted great. The pho broth was flavourful without being too greasy. There was a decent amount of noodles and beef toppings. The spring rolls were nicely fried and filling was seasoned well. My only complaint is I wished the spring rolls were made with rice wrapper instead of the wheat wrapper. Everything arrived after a short wait. Restaurant is child friendly. Staff dropped off bowls, forks and a pair of scissors. They know what parents need to feed the kids. Ambiance is a hole in a wall and dated. Restrooms were clean. However, prices were reasonable to make up for the ambiance.

Went to try this pho place dont know why as i am very happy with Langley Vietnamese cuisine but i want to try every pho restaurant in B.C. Anyway i ordered pho tai the bowl came and it looked like a small at other restaurants 14.95 plus tax After trying the soup it tasted like the worst pho broth i have ever eaten in 20 years the chilli seed oil tasted like fish ..Some The beef was chewy and i had to spit it out And the ginger sauce was horrible If you want the best pho and ginger sauce go to langley Vietnamese cuisine next block over. Dont waste your time you gas or money coming to pho tam. I wish i would have walked out and not eaten or payed

One of the best pho I've ever tried! Broth is very rich and delicious! It is not oily at all. Salad rolls & Spring rolls were average, nothing special. But this place is a must for pho!!!

If you live in Surrey, you know Pho Tam is quite popular. I personally do not see the hype, so I'm not sure why I bothered to order from the Langley Location through UberEats. Their version of Bun Bo Hue (Hue's style beef with pork and vermicelli in spicy soup) was too sweet and the broth was too thick. It was almost like a satay broth. The spring rolls were surprisingly big, but it lacked crunch in each bite. Almost chewy in the middle before hitting the meat filling - too much spring roll wrapper vs meat stuffing as well. It looked hallow inside instead of being dense with meat. What saved the spring roll was the dipping sauce, I didn't mind the flavour of their nuoc mam (fish sauce). My sister had their vermicelli noodle with pork steak and grilled chicken, no complaints. Her food probably looked the best. My partner ordered the shredded pork with pork skin and grilled pork steak on steam rice, it did the job. Everything was edible, but I would not order from here again.

Just like their first location in Surrey but in a slightly better location in Langley. Portions are big and filling with lots of meat compared to any competitors in Langley. Combo A is any large pho with a spring roll for only $12. Very friendly and clean restaurant. Kid friendly with high chairs and boosters. Ambiance resembles probably a former Chinese restaurant with the green walls and dark carpet. Parking is easy compared to Surrey.

I ordered delivery from Pho Tam. My delivery app showed they took less than 5 minutes to complete preparing the food, which was a little weird. My order just said "medium rare meat," so I thought I would be receiving the medium rare meat for my pho noodle soup. What arrived was COMPLETELY RARE, BLOOD-DRIPPING RED MEAT along for my pho. Even though the order arrived quickly and I opened the container asap as it arrived, the broth was not hot enough to turn the bloody meat into medium rare meat. The blood changed the broth colour into reddish. I felt unsafe to eat this, so I called the restaurant. The staff member, without any apology, said this is how they pack their food and I should contact Uber to request a refund. She said the broth is "microwaved," so it should be able to cook the meat. Now, I know the reason why they took less than 5 minutes to prepare the food. I've ordered pho many times from different restaurants, and this was my first time ordering pho noodle soup from Pho Tam. I never had pho arrive in such a condition until I ordered from Pho Tam. Absolutely disappointing.

    So tasty with huge portions!

The staff are very friendly, nice quiet ambiance. The food is okay but the menu is extensive and allows for different sizes and options.

I love the Pho at Pho Tam at the Surrey location so my husband and I decided to try out their new location in Langley across from Andreas.

There were some slices of Vietnamese ham and a side of shredded lettuce and bean sprouts served alongside the rice rolls. The meal was filling and I am glad to find a restaurant serving rice rolls in Langley. I also saw a number of Vietnamese diners here so I can tell this restaurant is good. Service was fast and efficient. This is a hole in the wall type of restaurant where the quality of the food shines, but the interior is a bit dated with menu item photos plastered on the walls. There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant. Credit card payment accepted.

The parking lot out front is quite tiny so I imagine it gets filled up quickly. Apparently there is rear parking but I don't see it. The place is clean. Typical Vietnamese restaurant. The place was quiet when we were there and the tv was on to entertain diners. Cash or debit card only. I had the house special medium size. Only two sizes - medium or large. The bowl did look small but it had lots of ingredients so I was full. Pretty tasty. My friend was disappointed with the seafood pho. It came with crab sticks (imitation), some balls and a couple of shrimps. Another friend ordered the wonton soup and it was pork wontons. Not shrimp. So she was disappointed too. The condiments were great. Their chili made in house was good. I liked that they actually put saucers (sauce dish) there. Very rare to see that now. Service was quite non existent. I would not make my way out here for pho but if you live in the area, it is decent food. Just choose wisely.

Ordering was super easy and the food came out fast. I ordered two #8 banh mi which is the classic banh mi that comes with 2 viet ham and pate. This is more of the traditional banh mi you see. I liked that Obanhmi also has a variety of other flavors including chicken lemongrass, beef sate, etc. Within the shop, there is a little bit of seating if you choose to sit inside and eat. The overall ambiance is cute for this small shop. I really like the newspaper wallpaper that incorporates the history of the banh mi. The banh mi itself was delicious. The toppings on top (cilantro, pickled vegetables, etc.) helped to add a nice crunch and helped to balance the whole entire sandwich. It was a good ratio of vegetables to meat to bread. Obanhmi is definitely is a solid option if you're in the area to get a banh mi!

They have different options for banh mi than I've seen before; honey garlic chicken + beef sate. Just the right amount of sauce. The Vietnamese coffee was pre made mixture, which tasted okay but fresh would be better. I get it though it's a fast food style place. They don't give you a plate so when you sit down it's in a paper bag cover and all your French breadcrumbs will fall on the table. It's very small inside but has a few tables to sit in and eat. The service is friendly and while I was their the customers steadily trickled in. Will definitely go back!!

It looked pretty but didn't had a weird after taste. I was also disappointed by the papaya salad. We can tell that it wasn't prepared the traditional way and short cuts were taken. The curries, and stir fry, although tasted good, barely had any protein. I really enjoyed the stuffed chicken wings though. The ribs were mostly just bones but the sauce it came with was good. For these reasons, I had to deduct 2 stars . Service: It was really good. We felt they were attentive and we felt well looked after. This place is more of a 3 1/2 stars but because it's so far from us, we won't be returning. It wasn't good enough to warrant going back, even if it was half the distance from us. There's better Thai in Vancouver.
