We came here for lunch after reading the awesome reviews. Food: 5/5 - we both had the grilled pork & deep fried spring roll on top of vermicelli. The pork was flavorful & cooked to perfection without tasting dry. The servings are big as we saw other tables with large portions. They offer noodles, pho and other dishes. It's a no brainer to order the large portion for 50 cents more. Plus you'll have tasty leftovers! Service: 5/5 - the servers were efficient and on top of it as things moved along during the peak lunch hour. There was not an empty table at busy times. Those who were waiting in line were given a menu & then they'd take your order based on how long they think you would be waiting. Ambiance: 4/5 - the place was clean. There were tables seating 2 and a couple of tables for 8. I can't wait to return to try their pho. It was worth the drive from Burnaby to try their food. read more

This is our favorite go to for Vietnamese food in Langley. If you go on the weekends be prepared to wait. They have the best deep fried wontons, noodles soup, and the 3-colored drink which has red beans, green jelly and coconut milk. The spring rolls are not one of my favorites here as it has more taro than meat. Parking is very limited here but there is free parking across the street in the strip mall. read more

The food is awesome here and so quick. We come to this restaurant now and again because we just love it. We have my favourite lemongrass chicken on rice, Lemongrass pork chop on rice, hot and sour soup and the prawn salad roll. Delicious always a winner with the family and the portions are huge and very affordable. Make this your regular pho/Chinese place. We've gotten the Chinese dishes, they are awesome. read more

This is a wonderful find. Very busy on a Monday night. From large group of 16 to single persons. Seems like they attract all sorts of people so it must be good. Had a number one Pho and number 69 rice plate. Food and service were very good. We were finished in 30 minutes. read more

My family comes to Canada pretty often and this is one of our favorite restaurants ever! Even if we don't do anything in Langley, we will still drive from BC to Langley just to have their food! It has been over YEARS and the food is still onpoint. They've gotten so busy that sometimes the wait is out the door. Staff members have always been so nice. We actually still see some that have been there for YEARS! Parking is a bit challenging , but park across the street and take a walk. You'll need it after having their food as portions are HUGE! I will say, after visiting them recently, just a few days ago actually, they recently updated their decor and I adore the new colors! I remember, years ago everything was PURPLE! We used to call it the purple restaurant with bomb @ss food! Thank you for still being here! I forgot to take new photos as I was so amazed by the taste of the food exactly as I remembered. Best pho in the city by far! I refuse to go anywhere else after being disappointed. The only time I was disappointed here was when they forgot to put through my side order of fried spring rolls. It's fucking disgusting in this restaurant. There is cockroach in my soup!!!! When I told to server, they even tried to convince me that it was came with customers with opening door. They do not admit that they have health issues with their business! Once you saw a roach, it does mean that there are tons of roaches in the restaurant!!!! read more

Lots of people and a steady flow for couple hours. Good for family with kids too. Big or small groups welcome but not a date spot. Tasty but definitely more catered to western customers so not that authentic. Reasonable prices and good portion. The pork is alright but more port smell and taste. I can handle it but for people that don't usually prefer pork, it's definitely not something you want to order. Other meat and vegetable options are fine though. Not a place I'd personally go back for my I do have a friend that really like it was the price stayed pretty much the same even after covid. Always one of my favourite places for Vietnamese food anywhere. Pho and Bun Bo Hue is always packed with flavours. Service is always quick as well. Been coming here for over a decade. Very affordable as well to help with budget eaters. A large bowl of Pho is just under $14. This is a family run restaurant and you can tell they all take pride in their craft. How ever my order has often been wrong due to the server being unable to hear me over the phone and I have the same problem hearing them. It's very loud inside during dinner rush. Foods great! So always packed at dinner time. On fri/sat there's lines out the door of people picking up food. *****Really wish they had a online site to order pick up***** Dining area feels like a food court. Not the type of place you go for the ambiance. It's the type of place you go for the great food. My personal recommendation is to ask for a few leafs of their fresh Basil herb. The best Vietnamese place in the Vancouver area at least that's what me and all of my family think. We've been going here for 25 yrs now. My kids grew up with this food and even now when we order something for our kids to take home after our meal they know who it's for and make it they why they like. We go there a lot. Yesterday when I ran in to order some takeout for lunch the place was bustling with lots of people...great food and energy all around! I was given such a cheerful welcome as I approached the servers to place my order! Despite the full restaurant my order...#47 BBQ Pork with Vermicelli Noodles and Spring Rolls...is one of my favs...was made fresh, delicious and super fast!! There were many staff on so the customers were all well taken care of in a timely manner! Their Pho is always so good as well...I just love the depth of flavours with all of the fresh toppings...so satisfying and portion sizes are HUGE! I think my very favourite thing is their Vietnamese Iced Coffee! So so good...strong coffee with sweetened condensed milk...perfectly balanced! found myself hungry in langley with a good friend and i told him to take me somewhere good for lunch....he said:" ok, follow me..." so off we went on a convoy of 2 cars... after navigating some roads here and there we finally entered into this little strip mall with various establishments. i immediately saw the Langley Viet cuisinr and thought to myself....viet food in langley? will it be good? anyhow, i placed my trust in my friend and surely it did not disappoint! inside the place was huge and busy with the lunch crowd. despite this, we were promptly seated... after 5 mins of being given the menu, we each ordered a bowl of steaming pho with brisket! i just had to try this classic in order to ascertain the standards and compare it to richmond or vancouver. the smell alone from the steaming hot bowl of pho already prepared me for good things to come. broth looked rich and clear...telling me it was strained and the bones/meat blanched properly. as soon as i tried the broth, BAM! i instantly knew why my friend took me here. it was so good! the broth had a smoky flavour telling me the bones were roasted before being simmered for hours to create a masterpiece. the noodles were al dente and brisket so tender and flavourful. another bonus is there msg levels if any, were so low. i never even had to ask for a glass of water. the tea was enough to tide us over. never felt thirsty after i left...just the usual coffee craving after a meal. lol. next time im in the area, you can bet i will drop by and sample the rice dishes next. price wise, same as vancouver. really good quality pho here! cheers! happy eating! read more

This was my first time at Langley Vietnamese Cuisine. I ordered a small #1, the most popular one I was told. The bean sprouts came first, in a huge portion, had me anticipating for the actual pho to come in a bigger size compared to other places I've been. However, I was slightly disappointed when I saw the size of the meatballs and small portion size of the other contents. The atmosphere was very casual, set up like a classic pho restaurant. Overall I enjoyed my meal, and will potentially stop by again when I'm in the area with good company. (Don't forget to grab a mint ;) read more

A few years ago we went here for seafood pho, Delicious and filled with a large variety of seafood. Last night we ordered again and seafood? About half a dozen large shrimp with rice noodles and broth and something that looked like flat pork rind??? Not what I expected! No more basil either. Too bad. read more

My coworker swore by this place. He said it's the best Pho in Langley so I had to try it. Walking in my first thought was "This place can't decide if its asian, greek, or a dive diner from the 70's." The staff is friendly enough but not over the top awesome, no complaints though. We started with the number 12, a mix of rare beef and well done beef. Fantastic! The broth without adding anything was very tasty. In the picture you can see we got the usual bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime and green chillies. There was also a chilly paste that added a nice flavour. Lots of beef and noodles. Very nice. Based on the quick tip posted by Beau K. I decided to try the Crispy Chow Mein and went with beef. Wow! The sauce is super tasty. And as odd as I thought cabbage might be in a chow mein I was pleasantly surprised. The serving was huge too. Lots of veggies and plenty of beef. Fantastic!! Food was great. I ordered #47 Grilled pork and spring rolls on vermicelli ($10.95). It was ready in no time and the owner was super friendly and kind. As for the food, the portion was very generous and my dish was tasty and satisfying. This place didn't disappoint. Had some salad told to start and they were very fresh. Lots of crunch and extra lettuce makes these great. Went with 17 and 13. Basic rare beef pho and one with brisket. Only complaint was there was some fattiness in the rare beef. Just a bad cut. The ok broth was pho-nominal! Great sides and fresh ingredients. Also awesome prices. I went with a Vietnamese coffee as well and it was nicely done. They actually also made it for you to completion where most places don't. Don't go anywhere else, this is the place. read more

Our go to soup place when we are looking for good food at a great price. I have to admit I only ever order one item at this local place, but it never fails to be consistently good and there is something to be said for that. If I had one complaint, they need to upgradable HVAC in the entire place. When the lovely K and I leave there, our clothes smell of the restaurant which is not our personal choice especially if you have people to meet after lunch. Oh wait...... two - better napkins!
