The first time I came here it felt like a miss. This second time was perfect. The spring rolls were well done and the Hu Tieu / Mi Bo Kho was very good with the egg noodles. Service was good and attentive.

Without a doubt the best Pho i have ever had in my life. I drove 30 minutes specifically for this Pho and it did not disappoint. Broth was perfect and the bone marrow was incredible

The food was so good! Ordered the bone marrow which is very popular but a plus. Huge proportions and quick service.

The service of this place is incredibly fast. Not even five minutes after I ordered, it was ready! A piping hot bowl of fresh, delicious pho. The portions are really generous, with it only being like less than $2 from a small to a large. Really clean and friendly place too. Highly recommend!

Bun rieu here is so good!! I love coming here and trying all their noodles, the staff is also friendly and helpful when you are ordering

I've been coming here since opening, the noodles are so delicious especially the bun rieu and i love ordering the pandan coconut jelly drink!

Authentic Vietnamese food that has that homemade touch! Really enjoyed this restaurant and found the broth to be made well as shown by how many bones they use for their bone marrow dishes. The fresh rice paper rolls are simple but paired with sauces that are super tasty. My favorite was the Bun Rieu that had a great crab and tomato soup base full of flavor that I really enjoyed. The service was pretty quick and nice too. The ambiance is pretty casual and welcoming so good for take out or to grab a table. Would come back when visiting again!

was craving pho during the cold, rainy day after a nice quick 5k training run and this place came up nearby! the reviews looked great and my friend heard great things abt it too so it was perfect timing to try ourselves! when we entered, the owner sat us down asap because she said she saw us coming, which was great to hear how caring haha we took a bit to look over the menu just to figure out all the cuts and meats we wanted. my friend ended up with the DB. SPECIAL PHO / PHO DAC BIET and i went with TAI, NAM. there were loads of people even at 4-5p when we came in and for good reason! everything was super clean and workers were super nice! the food came speedy quick as well, within 10 minutes of ordering! i loved the flavors and how hefty of the portion it came to be! we both ordered large pho, not only the amount of noodles but also the meat! this was a great pho spot, a little farther away from me but definitely worth coming back to try more of their dishes!

First time here. Was in the area and looked for place to get lunch. Pretty busy place! At Saturday lunchtime they keep coming in. They had several 5 and 6 parties... went in a section off to the back. Must be good food and anticipating the vegetable pho coming out soon . I'm getting ready to eat these rolls . In Maryland, I only knew of places that had shrimp, pork or tofu ones. Thai tea not so good. The chicken roll so so as shrimp at Pho Real excellent but I decided not to eat shrimp Amy longer I am spoiled fro Pho Real in Silver Spring Maryland - the best!! I'm taking home the pho as I'm full and will have it for dinner. Everyone here are super nice and place is nice.

I've heard great things about Pho Thien Phat so I decided to go and try it for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked I was greeted by the wonderful staff they took good care of us! Our server was amazing she was kind and attentive and just continuously checking up on us which is always a plus! I ordered myself the special pho they sell and I enjoyed my pho so much from the flavorful broth to the meats that came with the pho and veggies they provided us on the side! The pho at this place is top-tier! I enjoyed everything about Pho Thien Phat will get a visit back from me!

Yum! Finally found a good pho restaurant in the triangle. The broth was hearty and perfectly flavored. I also liked that it was super oily/greasy like other pho restaurants in the area. It came out piping hot and super quick too. Excellent service and yummy pho. Will definitely be bringing my folks here when they come visit.

As someone who really enjoys big, spicy flavors in Chinese food, I find Q Noodles to be on the tamer side. This isn't necessarily the worst thing, my grandparents prefer these flavors a lot more. However, the style of food does not make up for some the unknown of a high or low experience. Q Noodles is one of the few places in the area that serves soup dumplings. Unfortunately, during my last visit the soup dumplings had no soup in them. The flavor of the meat inside was decent, but the lack of soup was disappointing! It makes the dish what it is. I also don't particularly fancy their rice bowls, and that says a lot coming from someone who eats an unholy amount of rice. I eat a lot of Taiwanese braised pork rice, so when I saw it on the menu I certainly had some expectations. I didn't get the Taiwanese version, rather, a more mild version where the pork was leaner and definitely overcooked. Their pork chop rice bowl is decent. While there are some misses, there are also some highlights. The popcorn chicken with the spicy powder rocks, the spicy braised beef noodle soup is packed with heat and delicious flavors, and their braised chicken is tender, juicy and kind of like a great Bourbon chicken. It pairs well with a rice bowl. Q Noodles certainly won't be my #1 choice when it comes to Chinese food, given the amount of options in the area. However, there are some really solid options that I think still give it some charm. I just hope that next time, my soup dumpling has some soup!

Noodle Blvd is located in a spot that you could easily miss, but it's easy to get back on track. I pulled into the gas station parking lot beside the restaurant, then just turned right into the restaurant parking lot. The parking lot is fairly small, so be warned about that. My friend was there when I arrived, and he sat at the bar. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and waves. It was very inviting, which is fitting for a ramen restaurant. My friend ordered us Lychee Margaritas, and oh my goodness, it was so good! We decided to visit right at opening on a Saturday, so the bartender was still preparing some of the ingredients needed for the margarita. The bartender informed us that it's usually better once a key ingredient sits for a while, but I loved the drink regardless. I ordered edamame for an appetizer, which came quickly and was good! Since I've never had ramen before, I asked our server what he recommended, and he told me about some of their most popular dishes. He told me the N9. Chicken Curry Ramen was a favorite of his and the patrons, so I decided to order that. It came quickly, and I was immediately in HEAVEN upon my first bite. I loved every bite after! I decided to play it safe with the spice and got level 2, but I can definitely go up a level or 2 since I love spicy. Highly recommend, and I will be back! Worth the drive from Clayton, where I live.

The delicious smells wafting through the restaurant immediately let me know that I was in the right place. I ordered the Fatty Beef Szechuan Hotpot Yunnan Rice Noodle & Fried Dumplings. Both arrived in no time, and were piping hot on a cold winter's day. The fried dumplings were crispy, not at all greasy, and filled with very flavorful filling, coupled with a perfectly paired dipping sauce. The hotpot... oh, the hotpot, was filled with pillowy fried tofu, fatty and tender beef, cabbage, wood ear mushroom shreds, seaweed, bean sprouts, and a ton of noodles. All of this was swimming in some of the most amazing Szechuan peppercorn broth that was spicy, but not numbing and not overpowering. It was the perfect broth to wrap each ingredient in flavor. After I finished all of the delicious beef and veggies, I went for the noodles. I never really new what "bouncy" meant when describing noodles until today. They were truly bouncy in with every bite, silky smooth, tender but with a little bit of bite to them. I ate every morsel that I could fit in my stomach and not explode... this was the perfect winter dish for this South Florida eater.

The quail egg was the heart of it. Got the bone broth this time. While the broth is good, it's not great to the point I'd crave for this. I'm honestly not a big fan of the rice noodles but they went well with the broth. My girl got the noodle dish with the beef tripe, and we also ordered beef tripe for appetizer and milky rice cake for dessert. The beef tripe is one of our favorite appetizers, and it's perfect with Japanese beer. The noodles are a bit spicy but the spice level was adjusted low to my girl's liking. The rice cakes were good but not the best we've tried. It's something we'd order again though. For 2 people, we ended up spending around $50, including tips, so reasonably priced but not as satisfying as a dim sum dinner. | Overall Score: | Overall Score: 4.1/5

The employee described the mutton soak buns dish as a soup soaked pancake which is pretty accurate. It reminds me of a rice porridge but with chopped dough instead of rice. The restroom is in the back through the kitchen which is kinda cool because you can see them rolling out all the round flat bread that they use for the dishes. I'm guessing it's what they use for the rougamo (I've seen it at other Chinese restaurants described as a Chinese hamburger) and the shaanxi soak buns. It almost has a gnocchi type of consistency. It isn't your average fried rice and stir fry type of Chinese restaurant so if you're looking for something like that it might not meet your expectations. I would definitely come back to try other menu items. Also, get the plum juice. It's delicious!
