We've been here quite a few times because my husband always wants Pho and it's only about 15 minutes from home. Also he loves the Pho! He always gets the same order the K1- Shrimp and Pork Egg Rolls to start and the P1- Pho Way Combo which has Oxtail, Raw Steak, flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe. The egg rolls are very small here, I don't think I have ever seen smaller. They are pretty much the size of Filipino lumpia. They are tasty but not worth the cost $5.95 for 4 little pieces. As far as the Pho he enjoys it. I don't particularly like to eat Pho so I always find something else to order. Here I always get a Vermicelli rice noodle bowl. On this day I got the B6- which has Grilled pork, Grilled shrimp, and Egg rolls. It was just ok for me. The pork was very thin and was dry, I prefer pork to be a thicker cut so it's a little fatty and juicy. I tried to doctor it up with some hoisin sauce but I still didn't like it so I just ate the few shrimp and egg rolls and then asked for a to go box. I figured I could make something of it at home. Can't go to a pho place without trying the pho! The pho meat was good but the broth could have used more flavor. The banh mi was not your typical flavor with some sort of mayo and instead seemed to use more of a liquid style sauce which made the bread wet when it normally isn't. I ordered the P4, which was good, but I was a little disappointed in the ratio of the meats. I typically order a small bowl w/ a good bit of everything. While there was a lot of flank pieces here, there were only two pieces of tripe and tendon. I also couldn't adjust the sweetness level of my iced coffee because the condensed milk was already mixed in w/ the coffee. Update: The owner response to my last review further proves my point. I did not ask for a refund for the spilled drink. When I requested a new drink for my toddler your staff did not make me aware that I will be charged for a new drink till after the new drink was brought to the table. Once I was told that I was being charged for the refill I gave the drink back to the server. My son did not touch or drink the refill. When I requested that the refill be taken off of the bill your staff refused even though the drink was untouched and the continued to be rude. Cleaning up is there job so I'm not understanding why that's being brought up like they did us a favor it's call customer service. Furthermore your staff stated that last call was 7:45pm which is when we were seated, your establishment closes at 8:00pm of course we would be there past closing time. Your staff was very racist & began speaking a different language while I'm requesting the extra drink to be take on the bill. With that attitude as an owner your business won't last long.
