The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. No one wants flavorless and greasy broth, and it's awkward to ask for salt, but LET ME TELL YOU GIRLLLLLL THE BROTH (fantastic give me 14 of em) it is sooooo perfectly seasoned, it is perfectly salty and gives you that beautiful completed flavor of meat and veggies. The ambiance is nice, lots of lighting, clean interior and spacious set up. Overall: 10/10 would recommend. After my last review, I refused to eat here for a solid year. But, the food was always good, my wife /really/ liked their pork banh mi, and the third or fourth time I heard her remark to someone that she liked Four Sisters but that we couldn't go because I refused, I considered the "Happy wife, happy life" aphorism and told her that if she wanted me to, I'd give them another chance. The next time I went there went well, and I've been back a couple of times since. A woman who is an owner (I think) or trusted and empowered manager is now regularly there and keeping the service pretty good. They faltered for awhile, but they've done the work to correct it. Their food, service, and value are all back to good, and I will be back and can once again wholeheartedly recommend them.
