First time ordering from Pho Saigon. I got take out and was a little nervous about ordering Pho to go. The broth came in a separate container from the noodles and the veggies. The portion size was great enough for two servings. The crispy egg rolls were delicious. I wish there were more than just the two. The dipping sauce was delicious as well.

Had a pho date with my sis and we really enjoyed this place, it's was not packed just us and one other patron . The waitress was so sweet and kind, I couldn't drink anything cold and they didn't have hot tea when I asked so I opted for nothing to drink telling her I can't have anything cold right now. Then she returns to the table offering me hot water as an alternative and I truly appreciated it cause I was a little under the weather. The pho was oh so good and so were the spring rolls. I got double noodles and will definitely be back!

Came in on a Wednesday during opening hours. Ordered the special pho and side of spring rolls. I thought it was ok, the portion size is big but most of it is filled with pho noodles. The broth was not there, tasted like left over, the aroma of the spices were not there. Also it tasted and looked like they didn't rinse off the noodles after blanching. My bowl was murky after I mixed up the bowl. Looks like the starch bleeded into the bowl, turned the broth hazy. I don't know what people are talking about when they say the broth is rich. What a let down, but I do love how their spring rolls are longer the most and the filling is tasty.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We came in super late and the owner and staff stayed late to accommodate us. It's spotless clean inside the restaurant, with very nice decorations. The owner took time to come talk to us and take us pictures. Now the food: the menu is very diverse. They have everything from Northern, Middle Vietnam, to Southern cuisines. We would definitely come back many times.

Was looking around the area for some good vietnamese food and this spot was a pleasant surprise! First thing that I noticed was how neat, clean, and decorated the place was. Each table had real orchids on them! We tried their summer rolls, pho, and House Special Rice plate. I feel like the rice plate's pork chop could have been a bit bigger for the price, but nothing out of the ordinary for Arlington. Overall we still enjoyed everything and very sweet staff as well!

Food was good and the staff was friendly. Free parking but you have to go to the basement.

Very clean, great customer service and food was amazing. I had my favorite bowl BBH and it didn't fail me. Location was supper convenience only 10mins from DCA airport. Recommend to everyone!

    3. Fresh Summer Rolls with Shrimp - packed with fresh veggies, not just vermicelli, and the peanut sauce is perfect texture
    Rachel M.

Carryout business is always bumping, and I get it! Pros: Summer rolls are stuffed with more veggies than vermicelli (I'm always made happy by how fresh the ingredients taste), and the pho is quality. Dine-in is always quick, and restaurant is always clean. Cons: Wish pho had more white onion, and the vermicelli bowl is more vermicelli than veggies. Carryout may be the better option for you if you find it difficult to sit on hard wooden chairs.

Easy access to the elevator from garage with free parking.

This is our go to place for Pho having eaten the soup in VN. Consistently tasty & fresh. We were a bit concerned about access as we always got there through the grocery store that just closed. Even easier now with plenty of free parking and access to an elevator at the G1 level of the garage.

Knorr Liquid Seasoning, whose main ingredient is mono sodium glutamate or MSG.

Disliked: Sodas are served as a can, no glass, no ice. Water is served in plastic glasses. Directorial seating: Was asked to change my seat to front window area (a technique used to make restaurants look busy). Bottle of MSG on table Fried Spring Rolls were nice and hot, but appeared to be manufactured, not homemade. More like a Chinese egg roll than a Vietnamese roll. Food was fresh and tasted good, but if you're used to the rich, savory broth at other pho places in Northern Virginia, this won't satisfy you. Think of it like pho lite.

    Ameena A.

Food: the pho was good and flavorful, and I thought the portion size was great - I had leftovers for almost another full meal which I always appreciate. Honestly, no complaints Service: took my food to go, but service was just fine! My order was ready when I arrived and the cashier was friendly. Ambiance: Cute and clean from what I saw when I picked up my food!

For $57.99, you get rounds of seafood boils plus three appetizers each round, and the food really does keep coming. The seafood boil was flavorful and coated in fresh garlic, and the Mix-All flavor (Cajun, garlic butter, lemon pepper, and Old Bay combined) was my favorite -- highly recommend getting a side of sauce for dipping. My favorite appetizers were the gumbo, crab balls, and lemon pepper wings. The wings were crispy and well-seasoned, and the gumbo was comforting and full of flavor. They also have great drink options. The margarita flight (Mango, Strawberry, Spicy Cucumber, and Guava) came highly recommended and did not disappoint. If you like something sweet and fruity, definitely try the Pink Paradise cocktail. Overall, Ocean Shack is a fun spot for game day -- plenty of TVs, good vibes, and the food just keeps coming. I wanted to try the salty oysters so I ordered a half a dozen at $3.50 per oyster and those rocked too. I used lemon and hot sauce for my oysters and their homemade hot sauce rocks! It's actually their in-house specialty, and went very well with the seafood items. The spices they used for it bought out the savory taste to the dish. What I enjoyed the most was the combined Cajun-garlic sauce that was used to cook the seafood. Because of the blended sauce, the entire boil was brought to new height of flavors.
