We had never been here, we wanted to try for so long. Had a great experience at this restaurant! Bella was our server and she provided such amazing service. She was very attentive, kind, and made us feel really welcome the entire time. Everything was handled professionally and with a great attitude. Thank you, Bella, for making our visit even better!

Fresh & delicious food with excellent service. The first time I went was 10 years ago, and the last time I went was a month ago. I really appreciate the consistency with quality food and service over the years. The fish is brought in fresh daily. The menu has plenty to offer for everyone. Lots of seating options as well. There's regular dining areas and a hookah lounge area. My husband and I arrived with our three children on a random weekday and were seated immediately for dinner outside. The weather was nice, and the music was upbeat and beachy, made me feel like I was at a beach club in Tulum or Ibiza. All I can say is the food is a party in your mouth. Will go again. Visited again recently and I still love their food. Very authentic to Lebanese culture. Looks like they have made some changes with a nice lounge area and really good hookah. I see most complaints are about the lack of service but I had a good experience-no complaints. Sure they aren't overly bubbly but also no one was rude.

One of the best Lebanese Armenian restaurant in Glendale. Food is amazing and the service is outstanding. Went to celebrate my wifes birthday with the family. We ordered their amazing meza plates and grilled kebabs. Mmm so good. Thank you for Sako at the restaurant for the amazing help.

Honestly I'm very surprised by the reviews of this place. Before coming I was very very reluctant after seeing all the reviews but I believe they're a bit harsh. The food was really good and the hookah was probably the best one I've had at a lounge. The service was amazing and looking around, it appeared that others were receiving similar/same type of experience I was. I would definitely come back.

I was here for a new years dinner with work. The food was amazing and the environment was beautiful. I'm glad we went on the 30th on a Monday because I could see this is the type of place that gets full and for good reason! Like I said, the food was delicious. The only reason for the low stars is our server was so rude to no one except myself. There were multiple incidents so much that my coworkers also noticed it. I didn't do anything that I could think of. He also wouldn't check up on us or bring us water, we had to keep flagging him down. All the other staff was was lovely. Our server was an older gentleman who was bald and had the nastiest attitude. I had asked if he had prosecco and he said they had champagne but champagne is only from france and most places do not carry it. But if they did have it, I wouldn't order it since it's usually a very high priced ticket. He also wouldn't bring me a drink menu and when he changed my drink he didn't tell me. I mentioned it and he said, don't worry this is more expensive in a condescending tone, which was very rude. I hope he gets spoken to. Like I said the place is lovely, the food was delicious and it was an overall great experience aside from our servers indiscretions.

We met friends last night at Phoenicia for Friendsgiving dinner. It was my first time here but everyone else has been here many times. First of all let me tell you why three stars..... customer service .. From the moment we walked in til we left I was shocked how bad the service was. How unfriendly and uncaring everyone was. Our waitress wouldn't even check on us after she took our order. We had to chase someone passing by to attend us Unbelievable. Slow ... unprofessional ...I can go on and on. As far as food we really enjoyed our dinner. The mezze platters were good. Fresh, flavorful and delicious. The hot dishes we got were well prepared. The fish was good and so were the kebabs ... we finished our dinner with an order of ashta and Armenian coffee...sooo good. The previous reviews are also about poor customer service. I didn't read them til I was writing my review.

She was quite knowledgeable about the menu items and great at helping me choose something suitable for my palate. Ani has a sweet personality and was very patient with me. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Polo, who is amazing. He is kind and genuinely concerned that his customers are happy with the food and service. Polo made a great suggestion to try the knafeh dessert, which nearly melted in my mouth. It was yummy and will definitely be ordered by me, again. Polo goes above and beyond and brightened my day with a precious sketch and other treats. Just getting out of the hospital and reeling in pain, he brightened my evening by including sweet and thoughtful surprises with my order. It was the kindest thing I have experienced in a long time. The Brandy is a premiere restaurant offering great selections on the menu, as well as live music, and hookah. It's my new favorite and I plan to try as many menus items as possible. This establishment is definitely not 'pedestrian' and I would highly recommend it to any and everyone. I can hardly wait to come in for an enjoyable evening and delectable edibles. I have already suggested the restaurant to many people. It would make a great choice for a date night or for friends and/or family times. I would have no hesitation in going alone, as I know I would have a good time while consuming food that is upper tier. Thanks Polo and Ani! I will see you, soon!

Hookah was on the spot and smoked very well for over hour and a half. The kebob plate my buddy and I got was the recommended beef kebob plate. They have salmon, chicken, and lamb as the other options. I'll just say this. It's not the cheapest place in town. Between two cocktail drinks, two kebob plates, and appetizer trio and hookah the bill ran to like 180 with tip. But I enjoyed the nearly 2 hours i was there. And i'll just say the reason I have this at 5 stars is because it was undeniably the best beef kebob plate i've every had. The guy Paolo wasn't joking. When he said the beef kebob plate was their best, he was right and it was the best in town. I've been to Raffis, Shamshiri, Shiraz, you name it. This was absolutely the best beef kebob in town. So great place to unwind. Catch a game. Have some hookah and a nice drink.

The DJ on the main floor, however, didn't seem to be mixing much and mostly replayed the same songs after about 30 minutes. The service was spectacular. We ordered three bottles, which came with a pitcher of juice and four hookahs. You could choose to add mint flavor to the hookah or leave it out, though it still had a slight hint of mint even without it. Everyone also ordered individual drinks, which were about $25 each, and the wine bottle was $85. Anything we needed was brought to us quickly. We didn't get the private belly dancers, I guess they didn't come to work. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again for a special event.
