To start I want to say we saw multiple reviews that were very bad and the owner clapping back on the reviews with very poorly worded and unprofessional responses but she seemed to be nice on the phone of course. We showed up for a full-day dirtbike rental at 10am instead of 7am and nothing was ready for us and multiple bikes were not working so they gave us different bikes, which were all cheap old early 2000s carbureted Hondas. The lady seemed fine and told me her husband just died which made me feel terrible but regardless we left and loaded our stuff up to ride. once we got out to trails and unloaded, multiple bikes had issues and all besides one of the smaller bikes. Took us almost 30 min to get them bikes running so they wouldn't shut off from carb and fuel issues. Once we got them running we found the big bike had a flat tire. by the time we tried getting all of the bikes fixed up and going we wastes hours and couldn't ride 2 of the bikes with a group of 5 of us. we filled all of the bikes up with gas and didn't get to use any of it. we brought the bikes back and asked for a refund but she still charged us $900 for 3 working bikes. I told the lady I run a business and I understand how everything works, we filled bikes up and didn't damage anything, asked to help make the customers happy and told us to F off because we could have came earlier and had more time to try and fix these bikes on the trail or have them drive an hour to our trail to fx for us or bring us more broken bikes. We were not looking to get stranded on bikes anymore but she was not willing to give a refund, seemed to be a greedy business owner. I would highly recommend to keep looking for new spots and if this is the only place then to find a new activity. we ended up paying for bikes we couldn't ride, gassed them all up for free since they came empty, and still had to pay for our trailer rental all day as well but we paid and moved on to some very fun disc golfing which saved our day. Definitely listen to the reviews for this place, we didn't and ended up paying for it... Rented 5 bikes from here, 10min into riding we notice two of the bikes had a leaking valve stem and filled them up a couple times and just become flat with 5 min. So we called it a day and tried to see if they would help us out with bring the price down cause didn't have the bikes long at all. Lady at desk was super difficult, saying "if we had been there earlier to pick up the bikes we wouldn't have had problems" which makes no sense cause if we came earlier the bikes still wouldn't of been ready for us. Bottom line just seems they knew about the issues with the bikes ahead a time and wanted to charge us for the repairs it would take for the bikes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

Called them up asking for a rental and they had lots of options available at the time. Renting from this place was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. Bill and his wife and staff were super helpful. We needed 3 RZR vehicles for our families, and they hooked us up with all the gear. They told us exactly where to go to ride and were super accommodating. After seeing the prices that other places charge for two hours of a guided tour, I'm telling you, THIS is the way to go if you don't mind pulling your vehicles on a trailer. (Which was provided!) Had everything reserved for our ATV rental, show up the morning of and the shop is locked, won't answer the phone or text. We tried to wait outside for 45 min with still no reply. Terrible way to run your business, too late to book anything else day of and we had family in town we were trying to show a good time! Would not recommend booking here. read more

I wanted to go back and write a review from the wonderful experience we had from last Sunday! We have friends that we are visiting here that own a Polaris RZR and they mentioned we could rent one and all go out. I can't explain how much fun we had. We were able to stay out all day with it. Trailer was included in the price. These guys rent out some nice stuff. The one I got was brand new with 1500 miles on it. Everything looked to be in great condition there whether your looking for 2 or 4 seater rzr or atv etc. We went riding near black canyon mountain between there and lake pleasant. If your looking for something fun to do while in Arizona I highly recommend stopping by here and renting some incredible fun for a day! read more

We rent jet skis a few times a year. I would never go anywhere else. Bill allowed me to pick up the night before which was so nice. He had a drop hitch he allowed me to use so I wouldn't have to take my spare tire off the Jeep to hook the trailer on. Our tires are pretty big. Jet skis worked well as always. For a nominal fee you can keep them over night and bring back the next day. Makes it nice so you don't have to stress or rush off the lake to get back there by 5:30. No place else that I've ever rented from will do this for you. I would higher recommend this place. read more

Owner bill is rude has no customer service and will screw you over on anything jetSkis weren't working not great trailer was broken was suck at the lake for a couple hours called him he was no help told up to strap it down the best we could and return at 7 am there will be no late charge that was a lie I wouldn't let any of my friends or family rent from this douche bag his employees look like they're all on drugs if I could I wouldn't give him a 1 star it's more like 0 star for everything read more

Customer service is no where to be found. Forklifts operators are not qualified for sure. The owner always seems grumpy.

Rented 4 jetskis from here to take to lake havasu and all of them were janky. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody!

Had a great experience with Bill this last weekend. He is easy to work with and accommodating. I stopped in some time back to take a look at the skis because I wanted skis that were big enough for my size. Bill showed me the available skis and which ones he recommended. He said to text him when I was ready to reserve. So I texted him to reserve about 10 days before I needed the skis and he told me to let him know 60 min before I arrived the day of. Last Saturday I let Bill know only about 30 min before I arrived but the skis were ready to go -- no problem. Bill and his staff are friendly and thorough with their safety and liability processes. I'd had a rough morning getting ready for the lake and camping, so when I experienced a blow out on the ski trailer on my way out to Lake Pleasant it was nice when Bill sent his guy up to Dove Valley and I17 to change the tire. The skis worked great, my son and his friends had a blast -- so all was good. I will definitely go back in the spring. read more

I have gone here a few times now for my jet-ski rentals and each time becomes a better experience. After the first visit the owner was treating me like family. After my second visit I had a tire blow out, on my personal vehicle, in their parking lot, and the team was more than wiling to help me out with the tools they had on hand. They got the tire repaired and I was on my way! The prices are extremely fair for what they rent to you and I wouldn't rent from anyone else. I am a customer for life! read more

Bill sure treated us right all I can say. Went back again the next weekend actually. They take a video of the jet skis to record any previous damage and this protects both parties. He was very accommodating to our group and waited for me when I was returning them late. That was nice of him. read more
