Even though we accidentally booked for Saturday, they were very accommodating and set us up for a Friday rental instead. Everyone involved in the service was very friendly and provided clear directions throughout the experience. We were shown the map inside and instructed on where to go to perfectly meet our 4-hour window. The same map was displayed on the Polaris while we drove which was great and fairly easy to follow. The Polaris RZR was clean although a little wet. The added benefit of the cooler with some cold water in the back was much appreciated. Thank you to the personnel who helped make sure the helmets and seat belts were all securely fastened before we took off. The trail had some smoother spots but was very rocky throughout. Nothing the Polaris couldn't handle though! All in all, we had some great views and saw a few animals including burros, birds, cows, and a jackrabbit. Would recommend this experience! Thanks!

The owner, Jim, worked with us to get the right vehicle and made sure we had what we needed to get up and back in a day-- which is what we wanted to do. We had trail maps, trail GPS, and the perfect vehicle to adventure in. The Rubicon was flawless and handled the trail easily. It was decked out with pod lighting, compressor, first aid kit, cables, cb, winch, and a cooler-- among other things. But really it comes back to Jim. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the adventure we wanted and was flexible in making sure we got it. It was a perfect day, and Red Rock Adventure Rentals made it possible. We tackled some short hills nicely. How do you know you can take on these hills? Well there would be tire paths which means its been done before. I had never gone ATV riding before, but now I'm obsessed and want to go again. Spencer was very informative about how to turn on our vehicle, helmet and goggle placement, scarf placement (he provided the scarves for us to keep) to prevent as much dust from entering your mouth while driving, and ultimately how to drive the the ATV safely. Periodically he would make stops to describe the history of different cacti or different overlooks for photo opportunities. I had so much fun and left very dusty but very happy lols definitely check them out if you're in the Scottsdale or Phoenix area!
