I often make a quick homemade PHO and use Campbell's Pho broth that comes in a tetra-pak and it is a THOUSAND times better than the garbage that we were served. PHO broth is the key to the dish and is cooked for 48 hours with browned beef-bones, aromatics, lots of cinnamon sticks and other secret ingredients. Finally a teriyaki place where we Didn't have to ask for more sauce, and it was so delicious! I am assuming the owner working by them selves was so nice and I heard him cooking our food fresh! The place is like most teriyaki places in decor but it was clean including the condiment tips and such which is such a huge plus for those of us who have issues with dirty communal condiments!
