I did find myself adding more hoisin sauce than I normally would and it felt like no matter how much Sriracha I added, I couldn't taste any kick, unfortunately. The meatballs were my favorite. We got our water but were never offered anything else or asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We ordered or did, both got the #27 vermicelli special. So much delicious food. This restaurant is known for its sauces, you can buy them in the store and they used to feature them at the table to add to your food, chili oil and sriracha too, but there were no sauces on the table today, or any other table! The waiter never came by again and I had to approach the till to get a box to take home the bosses leftovers and pay the bill. Great food. No sauces. Lack luster service.
