Good peanut sauce too, 5/5 Fried Calamari: probably would have been better to dine in but 4/5 overall. The venue is nice/clean and service was ok. Never saw any of them smile. Imagine our shock and horror when we tried out this place and the freaking PHO was ABYSMAL!! It wasn't even just OK it was dishwater with a few pieces of days-old, shoe-leather, Brisket!! I often make a quick homemade PHO and use Campbell's Pho broth that comes in a tetra-pak and it is a THOUSAND times better than the garbage that we were served. PHO broth is the key to the dish and is cooked for 48 hours with browned beef-bones, aromatics, lots of cinnamon sticks and other secret ingredients. I thought how is this disgusting piss-swill even POSSIBLE? So I peeked into the kitchen. Oh there you have it. There isn't a Vietnamese person to be found anywhere. It's all East Indians and it is a travesty!!! I'd call it garbage but at least garbage has some flavor!! Abhorrent!!

They were also really accommodating as we had a pretty large party of 13 people, although they have a fixed gratuity for large parties, which is completely fair. Food was decent although perhaps over priced? I had the Henry Special which includes a various selection of meats, prawn, and spring rolls on top of a bed of vermicelli noodles and shredded vegetables. Although everything tasted great, I do feel as if the portion size for the meat could've been larger considering the price.

We shared an order of Chile chicken wings and a bowl called Henry special. The wings were oily and overcooked and Henry special also was not good. The special was vermicelli noodles with prawns, grilled pork, grilled pork patties and spring rolls with cucumbers and bean sprouts. It was served with peanuts and a very sparse serving of house made fish sauce. I think the pork was off because it had a funny taste and texture to it. It was not very good. The service was very good but it was very disappointing compared to our last experience.

The wife thought we should and i was going to try to push it till hope. But i told her if she could find some thing right away we would stop. She found this place with just enough time to hitbthe exit. It must have been fate. When we walled in the place was full with a few open spots. Good sign. And the smell was amazing! I'm always on the lookout for a good beef noodle soup and I was not disappointed. I had the "house" version (there were a few varieties to chose from with different meats) with meatballs, rare beef, tripe and tendon. Sounded super authentic so i whent for it. Tripe is good tendon is chewy... probably would get them to leave the tendon out next time but it was only a cupple chunks so easy to avoid. The broth is what makes or brakes it everytime. Thier broth was amazing. Full of flavor and so savory. Plus those little droplets of fat shimmering on top. Life doesn't get better then that.

I haven't seen any other Vietnamese places in this area so I was looking to what they had to offer. It's a really nice, clean spot with a few places to sit inside. We were served by who I think was probably the owner and he was friendly and attentive. I ordered the pho dac biet (#10). The hubby ordered a banh mi. My sister-in-law ordered spring rolls. My nephew got the fried chicken wings. We also ordered egg rolls as an appetizer for all to share. The food came relatively quickly. My bowl of pho was huge! It was loaded with fresh meats & noodles. I added my usual dose of hoisin & Sriracha, loaded up the basil, lime, & bean sprouts, & went to town. I'm used to pho places that have little dipping trays for the sauces to dip my meats in but they didn't have any, so I pretty much hoarded the sauces for my meal. The broth flavor was decent. I did find myself adding more hoisin sauce than I normally would and it felt like no matter how much Sriracha I added, I couldn't taste any kick, unfortunately. The meatballs were my favorite. Oh, and the tendon ( love me some good tendon). Hubby's banh mi was a little on the dry side. He threw some hoisin on that to help with the dryness & I guess that helped a little. Hubby tasted some of the fried chicken & it was decent as well. All in all, it's great that there's a pho place in this area & the food is decent. Service was good. Ambiance is nice. The name of the place is adorable and clever. I overheard that they have been open for about a month and a half, so I hope they continue to draw business. Good selection of food on the menu so I'll happily try something else if we come back!

Called ahead to place my to go order, and it was ready by the time I got there. I had Pho Tofu, and my husband Pho Veggie. They seemed to be identical, other than mine having an addition of 4 cubes of fried tofu. The Pho included corn, broccoli (over cooked), onion, bamboo shoots, carrots, and a few other veggies. It was a pretty decent amount of veggies in a Pho. 2 kinds of sauces were provided: One was similar to hoisin, the other was a fairly spicy (hot) sauce. The broth was tasty, but after adding in the 2 sauces, it seemed to be very salty (it might've been one or both of the sauces, as I didn't taste the broth before adding the sauces). It was a perfectly ok bowl of Pho.

The place is like most teriyaki places in decor but it was clean including the condiment tips and such which is such a huge plus for those of us who have issues with dirty communal condiments! Absolutely will be coming back to enjoy the T2!
