They have an incredible selection and inventory for dog items including leashes, beds, treats, and toys. It was a very surprising morning to stumble upon these departments within this Outdoors Shop. Both Allan and Nicholas helped me out from my initial call to measuring my vehicle for the correct sizing for the seat protectors. I am a HUGE fan of this shop and will be a frequent customer due to their fantastic customer service and selection of product. The prices may be higher than shops within the same plaza but this is forgotten when you have an experience like I just had this morning. Keep up the good work, Orvis!

Everyone working was extremely nice and offered help and encouragement! For a first time now owner this was a huge plus! Bathrooms were nice and clean. I wish they had 3d targets but I'm excited to go back! Thank you! **REVISION** This is a top notch facility with the best team possible! I figured, why not at least take a minute to see if they even have what we need. My teenager and I were on the hunt for a spf arm guard sleeve. We walk in and are immediately greeted and asked if we were shopping for something specific. The lady walks is back to and starts handing us various guards to try. We were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and got exactly what we needed! Great service! Next time we are in need of sports equipment, I'll try here first!

I love that they carry some of our favorite brands like Vuori, Patagonia, North Face, Hoka, New Balance and Birkenstock. They also have a limited selection of energy fuel (ie: gu, gummies, etc...) + sunscreen, lip balm and small sporting accessories. The prices are not cheap, however... unless you luck out and find your size and style on a sale rack. On a recent visit with my daughter, we purchased 3 pairs of shorts. One on sale and the others pretty expensive. Hopefully they will last a long time!

She clearly knows her snowboard equipment and handled a super busy snowboard section like a pro--helping multiple customers, keeping things organized, and even supporting her teammates when they were overwhelmed. All of that while staying friendly and positive. She's the reason I'll be coming back when it's time to upgrade my gear. Ski Pro management--Maddie is a gem. Don't take her for granted.
