The PT and RN staff did more talking and joking around rather than actually doing any work. Several times they came and just sat with my dad and talked to him instead of exercising or walking him. It was a complete joke. Now my parents (in their 90s) both have huge bills and it was for absolutely nothing. Shame on you.

This is a very difficult patient living in a difficult location, and R & R has gone to great lengths to handle all the, ever changing home and health care needs, my friend has required. Just recently I reported that my home healthcare worker that was in the employee was using cocaine, falling asleep at the wheel and putting my life in danger. When I brought this to their attention to the owner, Linda's attention to Sammi who's a manager and Matt who I don't even know what his role is anyway they all gave me a hard time. Created an environment like I was thinking of Kewan like I was in the wrong for reporting her dangerous behavior. And all they've done is give me a difficult time make interacting with them difficult they have been rude. They have not treated me as a valued client or customer. I do not recommend this business -10 stars. I just reported them to Adult Protection. Also, Foothills Gateway is reporting them to the state for putting me and their other clients in danger. And Foothills gave away is going to report this company to Adult protection services as well. Do not accept any Long-term Care workers from this business. They will not value you. They will not listen to you. And they will not appreciate you. They will put you in danger. With their unsafe hiring practices.

The cost is similar/slightly better than other companies and far more cost effective than full time care. Once we understood how beneficial the service was, it was a clear economical and lifestyle choice. We have used other services and this one is the most compassionate. The staff listens and works to match the right care giver to the person. My dad appreciates all the care for his daily needs/hygiene/meals while My mom wants companionship, support and household issues taken care of. Somehow they balance it all. They go above and beyond! I'm writing this from the Greeley Alzheimer's walk where I am so pleased to see home instead supporting this organization. Mostly I just want to say thank you to all of these amazing folks- Bruce, Lisa and everyone ... without these care givers our family would not stay afloat!
