Excellent customer service!! I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I had an issue with my iPhone and I brought it in for repair. We were not sure what the problem was but with trial and error the problem was fixed! Although I had to bring it in three times, I was okay with that, because it was not something that could be fixed the first time. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They refused to charge me until the phone was completely fixed! I was surprised, to hear that and I know if I need anything done on my phone, I will come here! Was in town for business and decided to get screen fixed. They were not able to get to it until next morning which was fine. Picked up right before my flight and a a quarter of the screen was not working as well as 4 discolored lines running through the screen. I immediately called and they said next time you are in town bring it in and we will fix it. Fast forward two weeks, watching tv falls of couch the corner of the screen gets a minor crack. The quality of there screens are VERY POOR! I would recommend any one that needs iPhone repair drive a half a mile down the street to the apple store where the will fix if for thirty dollars less at actual iPhone quality. My problems do not end there i bring it back in and am told that because of the cracked screen there is absolutely nothing that can be done except pay another 130 for a low quality screen. This place is terrible everything about it is awful, next time do me a favor and drop it off at the apple store that doesn't void your warranty! read more

I wet my iphone and the screen stopped working, the touch function wouldn't work but everything else did, my screen came on I could get calls, etc.. I took it to Phoenix iphone repairs because my daughter had hers fixed and it was quick and cheap. unfortunately that was not my experience. I dropped off the phone and told them to call me if there were any issues or if the cost would increase. they played games with me for three days. I kept calling and either "the Guy was out" or "they would call me back". They finally told me to come down, I go down and they say its not ready. the guy brings me an iphone and says look we fixed it and then says wait a minute it's not your phone. he goes back a couple of minutes later he brings "my iphone" it's dead and nothing works. The battery didn't work. I thought that was strange because it worked before. he still charged me 20 dollars. I have fixed iphones before so I opened it up thinking that I could see whats not working and fix it myself. to my amazement there were parts missing. now the parts missing were protective shields but who does a half baked job like this. From looking at my main board it looks like there is some damage on it. I went to Phoenix iphone repairs because of their good yelp reviews but was unpleasantly surprised. from looking at prior yelp entries I guess if you have a quick and easy repair they could probably help but given my experience I would say stay as far away as you can read more

My iphone6+ became unresponsive; I had to hard boot it once or twice a day, and often turn it off and back on to complete entering a phone number or typing a text. After a couple of months, it had a complete breakdown, opening apps, dialing phone numbers, typing at length, all unprompted and without any input from me. When it had become unbearable and unreliable, I made an appointment at the help bar at Apple biltmore (I refuse to call it a Genius Bar). The very personable young man told me I was 48 days out of warranty, and proposed two solutions -- repair/replace the screen-display assembly for $150 or so, or $359 trade in toward a new $850 phone. I told him that was unacceptable since the problems started while the phone was still under warranty (and I had a Verizon service call to prove it). I asked to speak to a manager, who made the same offer (and acknowledged the trade in was the same as if my phone had fallen in the toilet). I went to Phoenix iPhone Repairs, where the gentleman offered a replacement screen-display assembly for $150; even though the price was close to the Apple Store, I agreed. When he took my phone apart, he saw the contacts were dirty, cleaned them, and returned my working phone to me, without any charge. I tipped him $20. I saw this place once when I was at Starbucks. At the time, I didn't think too much about having my battery replaced. Once it got to the point where my battery was dropping 30% battery just like that, I decided there wasn't a point to having an iPhone if it was always wired to a charger just to use. I saw the amazing reviews on Yelp for this place and knew that I would take my phone here if I ever needed to. I walked in and was immediately greeted. They asked me what was wrong with my phone and I explained the issue with the battery. They quoted me a price for the battery which was much less than what I expected. So I handed it over and they went to work right away at replacing the battery. I didn't even have time to go to Starbucks because they were done in less than 10 minutes. He was so courteous and explained to me what I could do to preserve battery life. I was so impressed with this place and I look forward to not having to carry around my charger and having to look for outlets wherever I go. read more
