The salon is clean, and Tommie was very polite & friendly. But unfortunately within a couple of days I noticed lifting at the edges, and hairs were "catching" while washing my hair. I let the salon know right away and Tommy had me come back in a few days later. I was reassured everything was sealed properly and I was good to go. Two weeks later when I had the dip removed at another salon, severe lifting/separation of my natural nail beds was revealed on all ten nails--one of the worst cases the removing tech said she'd seen from a single dip manicure. My nails will take many months to grow out fully healthy again. I'm mostly sharing this because I'm disappointed and a little heartbroken--and I'd hate for anyone else to go through the same lengthy recovery.

I trusted her instantly as I overheard her conversation about a bridal client she helped (who had MULTIPLE hair disasters) before her big day. I had asked for a more defined root to make it look like the balayage I requested from my LAST hair stylist (which she ended up just doing highlights. Not what I asked for. Jessica fixed it for me!) as well as a super blond, high chunk in the front (fiancé is obsessed with Rogue from X-Men, lol). She gave me exactly what I was looking for and I was beyond pleased! I see them clean things with alcohol. The technicians wear masks. The space is well-ventilated and bright. Staff are pleasant and professional - they carry your purse for you so you don't wreak your new manicure. They are very kind to my 92-year-old dad when I bring him for a manicure/pedicure. I got into my car and texted my friend who went there three days ago, got the same thing, I asked what she paid... she paid $53... so I decided to give them a call. I asked if she could explain why it cost $70 and she told me to get dip removed and dip back on it's $53+ $12 if I got a design on every finger. That's $65.... So then she went and talked to my nail tech and came back on the phone and said yeah, so the designs can be $12+ and I said well two minutes ago you told me it was $12... she had no words. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming back here. $70 for DIP with NO TIP PUT ON. Is a SCAM and I was taken advantage of. I have 5-10 friends who come here, called them all to let them know what happened, they will also never be coming back. Very upsetting.
