The food is delicious! I love the wings. They are sooo good. The Thai tea there is my favorite but they do over do it with the ice. The service is horrible. Shitty service. They'd lose me as a customer but they're the only good Pho spot in town. The girl was our waitress and she had the most horrible attitude. She didn't give us silverware after she served us our food. I had to go downstairs and find a server. While the male server was flirting with the other customers making everyone feel uncomfortable. He fell and slipped some stuff and made a huge scene making it so awkward. After the girl came to give us silverware she never went back to check on us. Thank God the food was great. Phoenix Noodle House changed my vision of pho . I loved it! My friend was surprised I ordered a medium. She's like dude that's so big! Well I almost finished it. We started out with the pork egg rolls, they were eh. But the PHO! Oh my gosh it is amazing! I got the #6 beef brisket. It was soooooo good! Our service was great! Our server was so nice. We asked for extras and she happily and promptly brought them to our table. We got 2 pho and a order of egg rolls and Thai tea with whip cream, and it was amazing. The wrap was dried out & the roll itself was bland. I also ordered the #8 which is the rare steak & tendon pho. Service was quick but wrong. They forgot the tendon. I waited patiently for a waitress & confirmed that I ordered steak & tendon. She tells me that my tendon is probably at the bottom & walks away. Wrong, it was missing. A few minutes later she says I apologize, I gave u the wrong order, I'll get your tendon. She comes back with a separate bowl of tendon. Reluctantly writing this review as I love the food there but the service from one particular individual there is horrible. I've dined at Phoenix Noodle House on several different occasions and seen the same behavior from this individual each time. A young woman named Megan works there and she has the worst attitude I have ever seen from a server in my entire life. Not only is she rude to her co-workers but she is smug with the patrons as well. Only giving three stars due to the fact that the food there is good. If it wasn't for the food I would give one star based off of her attitude alone. She must be the owner's daughter or something of that nature because if I was a business owner and she acted like that for my business she wouldn't have a job for very long. At first I thought she acted this way only during busy times at the restaurant but I've dined there during slow hours when she's working and it's the same piss-poor attitude. The Phoenix Noodle House never disappoints with their food. I usually order the number 20 which is a combo vermicelli. My wife and I also get our own order of their spring rolls. I love the fact that they have shrimp and pork in them. We've never been disappointed with the food quality and the service. With that said, parking kind of sucks. There are a few spots on the street in front, there are two spots behind the restaurant and there are some 30 minute spots on the side. The other unfortunate downside is that the restaurant is small inside and you could end up sitting next to another couple. read more
