They were very insensitive and would not budge from the $80 late fee. I had used them on several different occasions so it wasn't like I was a new customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. THERE IS A VERY NICE PAWN SHOP AT 103AVE AND OLIVE THAT IS MUCH MORE ACCOMMODATING.

They're conveniently located in the heart of Peoria! There's plenty of ample parking. The entryway and overall store is incredibly clean! We were greeted immediately upon entering and were helped just as quickly. We sold a new in box pistol that I purchased for my wife a couple of years ago.
