As I near my one year anniversary with Track Club, I have to say this is one of the best gyms I…read morehave been to. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

This local…read morefitness chain has several locations, including Desert Ridge, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and more. After parking in their complimentary lot without any issues, I checked in at the front desk. You can work out in a bunch of different ways at the Village: standard fitness equipment, classes, basketball, swimming, racquetball, and more. With that being said, they're known for tennis. While I don't know exactly how many courts they have, I'd venture to guess over 20. They're all outside... I don't understand why they don't have at least one or two inside given how hot it is in Phoenix. Which is why we decided to play at 8 p.m. When you're playing, you have the Papago mountains in the background which makes for a picturesque experience. The courts are well maintained, there are shaded seats, wet towels, and water jugs. All of this is a nice touch. You can also rent ball machines if you're practicing solo. The courts weren't busy since it was a Sunday, late, and it was during the summer, but if the weather is nice and it's a weekend, expect the courts to be packed. You can reserve a court to be safe. After working out, I showered at the facility. I was impressed here too. The showers are a good size, you have saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and an area to chill with comfortable seating. You don't have to bring toiletries because they basically have everything you would need: soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, after shave, shaving cream, combs, q-tips, etc. Talk about convenience. For all of the amenities, you are going to pay a premium. More expensive than places like Mountainside Fitness. At least in my mind, it's only work it if you go several times a week. Or if you're interested in tennis especially. You can also take lessons for an additional charge. The staff I interacted with, though limited, was pleasant.

Kathy listened to my needs and catered to my comfort to an amazing degree! I mentioned that my severe TMJ had been flaring up & bothering me and she displayed her expert training on that and my pain completely dissipated after no more than a couple minutes her pressure point therapy! I was amazed as it was way more effective and the results were more quickly achieved than any Physical Therapist I've seen for my TMJ issues! Kathy was respectful and professional yet warm and friendly. She may look tiny but she is mighty and has a ton of strength in those hands! I highly recommend visiting this spa and requesting this gal! The spa itself was a bit difficult to pinpoint within the resort so definitely call ahead to get the directions on where to park or you'll waste time driving around trying to find it and you don't want to miss any precious minutes of massage time lol. The spa itself was very nice with a clean and calm atmosphere. The massage table was the most comfortable one (or equivalent to) that I have laid on and did come with the option to be heated. However, the room was comfortable enough without it. They provide you a white robe and flip flops to change into with a locker and (for the particular couples massage we got with the Groupon my sister in law gifted me) we were also given our choice of sparkling water or champagne following the massage. The champagne was a fantastic way to end the experience! Just make sure you hydrate first so the bubbly doesn't give you a headache after.

I've played NDO open gym and league for more than 2 years and I've made a ton of new friends. During my time I've seen the league grow from just 6 teams all the way up to 12 teams. There are new people joining every day. The NDO owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They are very professional when it comes to running the league. Both the owners and the refs are great at keeping the games running smoothly and calling out anyone who tries to cheat.
