I started taking my RV to this facility a couple of years ago and they were thee best RV repair place I have ever been to in 30 years of RVing! I thought, finally, a place that does good work and doesn't hold your RV hostage for 2 months. They were great...until they weren't. About 8 months ago, it was like a switch flipped and it seemed like NIRV came under new management or was bought out. My favorite service advisor leaving was the first clue and then came mistake after mistake and bad repair jobs. They even backed my $half-million RV into a pole and had to be repaired. From their receptionist who lets you wait for a half hour when you are dropping off to only discover that your service advisor isn't here today, to clueless service advisors who basically commit fraud and overcharge you for services, to a Service Manager who promises to make it right and refund the overcharge, and then doesn't refund the amount agreed on. They sub out tire changes to Southern Tire, another horrible company. I replaced all 8 tires on my RV and they charged me $2,500 just to mount them! When I questioned the service advisor about such a high charge, he told me that's what it is. Took the RV on the first trip after and one tire went completely flat. NIRV told me to just take it to Southern Tire to fix since they are the ones who installed. Did so and found out it was a loose valve stem. While there, I asked the manager what my tire installation should have cost. They charge $99 an hour, door to door to go out to NIRV to do a tire job. Installation is about half hour per tire and max round trip was 2 hours with retrieving tires. If you're good at math, that is 6 hours, 7 at the most x $100. I understand a little markup by NIRV, but charging $2,500 for maybe a $700 job?!? Service manager agreed to make the charge $1,000 but then only refunded my credit card $1,317.53 instead of $1,500. Not to mention, I was charged tax on the amount they overcharged. Oh, and then on my second trip after tire install, one of my wheels came loose on the hub and almost fell off because they hadn't torqued them down correctly! Another $1,700 to a mobile RV to fix on the road. NIRV did reimburse me that full amount. Prior to the tire fiasco, had my annual service done which is supposed to include the air filter. They didn't change the air filter and first trip out, ended up stuck in Nowhere, TX because in this RV a dirty air filter limits you to about 50% power. Had to pay a mobile RV guy $800 just to install a new air filter, after I found and bought the filter. I have so many other stories about them. Every single time I have gone there in the past 8 months, it is something else. I am used to bad RV repair shops, but this place is incompetent. Not only do they do crappy work and trash the interior of your RV, they sub out tire work to another crappy company. They purposefully grossly overcharge you hoping you won't catch it, agree to pay it back when you call them out, and then screw you again with an underpayment refund. I have owned every type of RV over the past 30 years and this place has repetitively provided the worst RV service I have ever experienced. Never again. Stay away from this dump.

Within two minutes we got a call and he chatted with my husband about possible solutions in case hubby wanted to try those first. They put high voltage unprotected live wires through the sharp metal frame of the motorhome above my gas tank. Super dangerous!! See photo below! No fuses for the DC to DC charger or solar charger. Insufficient breakers No emergency shut off. Multiple equipment and parts shorted within 2 days of install including the Victron 2000va inverter. This happened as I was leaving to New York for a contracted nursing job. When I discussed this with them and asked for a partial or full refund, Eric the owner said I was being a "pain in their ass." But he eventually offered to remedy the situation by paying for repairs and the install of new parts. Eric said he wouldn't do a full refund but promised to give some financial reimbursement to me for the inconveniences. They referred me to a specialist 5 hours out of my way across the country That Specialist was astonished by the gross negligence of the original install. When he brought up his safety concerns to RV Master Techs attention they ridiculed him for being "unprofessional" for telling me the true extent of their dangerous install. It took 20 hours of work to fix the damages they did and re-install a working safe system. I ended up missing my first day of work because of it. Repairs costed $4800 and they are now refusing to pay the full bill. It has fallen on me to pay it. They also have never given me any financial reimbursement as promised. To add insult to injury, when rv master techs did the solar install, I had them repair my furnace at that time too. They charged me $560 for the furnace which stopped working 2 weeks after their "diagnosing and repair"

UPDATE - AUGUST 2026 - FORMAL ATTORNEY GENERAL CASE AND BANK COMPLIANCE INVESTIGATION OPENED --…read more I purchased a used 2015 RV from Sun City RV in February 2026, and it has been an absolute nightmare. This dealership engages in deceptive trade practices, including predatory fee packing, and lacks transparency. After verbally agreeing on a purchase price for the vehicle, Sun City slipped a massive, unagreed-upon $2,995 "Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) fee onto the final contract without my explicit consent. To make matters worse, despite forcing me to pay nearly $3,000 for an "inspection and safety prep" fee, they delivered the RV completely uncleaned and riddled with immediate, major pre-existing defects totaling over $4000. Most alarming are the severe, undisclosed electrical safety hazards. The main AC compressor immediately trips the breaker, creating an active fire risk, and the dash climate control module was entirely defective and had to be replaced just to get basic ventilation working. When a dealer charges a $2,995 inspection fee, they assume an affirmative duty to ensure the vehicle is safe. Sun City RV either completely falsified their inspection or intentionally concealed life-safety electrical hazards from me before delivery, using an "As-Is" form to evade accountability. I have already escalated this matter to the highest levels. A formal consumer fraud case has been opened with the Arizona Attorney General's Office (Case CIC# 26-012615), and complaints have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Furthermore, my lienholder, America First Credit Union, has officially launched an internal compliance, collateral risk, and fraud investigation into this contract. Through my investigation, I have also discovered that this is a systemic pattern of behavior for Sun City RV, as other consumers (such as Benjamin McKee in January 2026) have filed similar state and federal complaints against them for identical undisclosed defects and misrepresentations. Sun City RV has actively provided false statements and misrepresentations to state investigators regarding my case. Do not trust their verbal promises, do not trust their advertised prices, and do not let them slip thousands of dollars in hidden fees into your paperwork. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
