We have been sewing our RV here for several years now and they have been very good to work with. Not only is your RV stored inside, the building is swamp cool so your coach never gets to a terribly hot temperature. They have a very efficient web site system where you schedule When you want to pick up your RV and they perform a list of checks, fill your water tank and turn your refrigerator and freezer on so by the time you pick it up, everything is good to go. It will be parked in the parking lot with electricity and you can Load up and head out. It is gated and secure as well. When you get back from your trip you park it, plug it in and empty your stuff and you're good to go! read more

Beware, beyond bad experience.... Live in Oregon, store RV in Arizona for 6 months a year. Decided to try this "concierge" type storage for our Newmar and trailer. Was really hoping that they would come through with a refund promise after the terrible experience we had. Have never paid that much ($900+ a month) to be treated that badly to store our beautiful RV and trailer with ATV's. Not going to get lengthy in story ~ here's the short version without going into detail (it was worse) Broke our steps first week there (they take control and park RV's in storage spots) Accidents happen, they let us know immediately ~ told going to fix ASAP. Nope.... Didn't fix quickly and actually messed up something else while fixing steps, but weren't completely communicative about it until we called to get it pulled out to use. Three trips to use our RV were disrupted by something caused by National Indoor RV not fixing what they damaged (the steps and that led to the mechanism for the slide outs) Ready to pull out of storage to head home to OR ~ due to the damage they caused (that caused the use of our RV to be hampered) we were promised to not be charged the month our RV was in there for 9 days. Arranged for a Sunday pick up to leave ~ RV was out of storage in pick up area, they didn't leave keys in RV. Nobody in office.... We were charged a month we weren't there (well, 9 days our RV was there) we were then promised a refund of that charge. Ghosted by the person that promised.... Then told by the manager of the Surprise, AZ site they would handle..... nope. Guess what ~ just took RV in for service in Oregon. Steps weren't fixed properly. Really thought they would come through with promises they made. Fix steps they broke, refund month we weren't there. read more

Our A/C in our Nova 20C was not working. We drove from Deming NM back to Phoenix after talking to Eric Lamont from Las Vegas NIRV who was a GREAT help. We overnighted at the Phoenix lot and were attended by Monty Diaz for an unscheduled service that morning who was a great help in solving our problem. He was able to address and solve our problem by noon THE SAME DAY and we were on our way. VERY HELPFUL and GREAT SERVICE Monty and ERIC! I will Never bring my rv back here, (NIRVC) in Surprise, so much went wrong, they over charged, I mean really overcharged the quote we were given, they did work without consent & charged us, my rv is filthy inside & out! They had it for 2 weeks & verbally said they would make it right, so we left it another 2 weeks, & they double charged what they verbally quoted my husband, they treated my rv poorly, I had high hopes to bring my rv for all my rv needs, including friends & family referrals as well, but never again. This is the best motorhome dealership hands down! We live in Santa Maria California and drive between 570 miles to 620 miles to get there and it is worth it. We wouldn't trust any place else to work on our coach. I could talk about the 2 coaches we have purchased from them but I will save that for another time. First, you make an appointment for service. When you walk in the front door you enter a lobby, but you can keep on walking and head left to go meet your service adviser. On the way, you might bump into Maria. We look forward to Maria's smile and always welcoming words. For us, she is the face of NIRVC. When we see her, we feel at home. She will be there cleaning the office area or maybe cleaning a coach. It is not her job to deal with customers or even know our names but she does! So, after driving out to Surprise for service, Maria is whom we most look forward to seeing. On to the more serious stuff. The general manager, Tino, has his office downstairs with a window facing the service area. Tino does a great job running a great dealership. He is always open to hear your concerns. Once your coach is inside in a service bay, you might get a chance to meet your service technician. If we have a choice, we always request Kohl. When met Kohl back in 2020 when we purchased our first motorhome from NIRVC. Kohl is the best! He treats our coach like it is his own. Anyway, we just had some recalls taken care of and some regular service stuff done and again, 5 STARS! Kohl rocks! read more

Willing to spend more for indoor storage and concierge services. Since we fly from Alaska and get in at night, we need to Uber to the site after hours. We were told that they have many customers that do this and all we needed to do was let them know more than 24 hours before we arrived and they'd have tires checked and water filled and the RV waiting in the outside parking lot to pick up any time. Being nervous about the late night pick up I confirmed twice. Was assured this was standard practice for them. Luckily, as it turned out, we didn't go the night we got to Phoenix. Arrived the next day. No RV in the lot. It took them 45 minutes to find our RV (in a different storage unit across the street). No tire check. No water. No refrigerator turned on. The ramifications if we'd arrived late at night were serious. A big safety issue. If our travel plans hadn't changed, we could have been dropped off in an industrial area, in the middle of the night, with three 50 pound bags, two dogs, and cell phones without full power. I was assured by the customer experience person that she had no idea how this could have happened. Immediately received an apology and offered a free wash and detail. I was mollified--she didn't have a time machine to fix what happened, but she did what she could to show she wanted our business and wanted us to feel better, and that she'd get to the bottom of how they'd almost put us in a dangerous situation. In the middle of our trip we needed to park our RV for 5 days before picking it up again. We again would be coming in at night so needed to be able to pick up the RV in the parking lot using the gate code. I emailed and spoke to the customer experience person (who is very nice and who, let me be clear, I am not angry with). I was assured that I was doing everything that I needed to do and that everything was arranged for our late night arrival. Once again, our travel was changed and we did not go to pick up our RV until the next morning. AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. No RV in the lot, no tire check, no water, and no fridge turned on. I talked to someone new because the customer experience person was on vacation. I was told that she would be back from vacation in two days and would call me to figure out how to make things right, AGAIN. I have not heard from anyone from the company for two weeks. At this point I feel like I need to have someone send me photos of where my RV is to make sure that it is indoors when it is supposed to be, and in the parking lot when we are coming in after hours. We chose NIRVC because of the "concierge options" that were touted as working for people who come from Europe and other countries. Coming from Alaska, it hasn't worked for us. We are paying a premium price and not only are not receiving what we were told we would, but without air travel disruption, we would have been put in potential danger. If you don't need to ever pick up your RV after hours, this may work just fine, but make sure you confirm that they are prepping your RV as they say will. Very disappointed over two highly stressful situations and no response from the company about the repeated issues. I wanted this to work. read more

Mark worked tirelessly in resolving each of the various issues he was presented with. And we observed Brian on more than one occasion assisting Mark. Now that's a Shop Foreman. Emailed NIRVC Phoenix the 3rd week of June 2025. I was inquiring about consignment on my 2019 American Coach. After a day or 2 I hadn't received a call or email so I called. Spoke to someone who told me their consignment guy was tied up, so they offered to transfer the call to his voicemail. I left a message with Ryan Kline the Consignment Specialist. He called back later that afternoon and asked for the details on my Coach. I was at 70k miles on this Coach and Ryan quickly became very disinterested and explained that they normally don't take consignments on vehicles over 70k miles, but he would check and try and get approval as this was over by just 200 miles. He asked that I send interior/exterior photos and the VIN #. Ok, no big deal, if they can't take it on consignment. Sent everything that he requested and then waited. I received no response so I followed up with another email asking if they were going to be interested or do I need to look elsewhere. No phone call, no email. I have zero issue with NIRVC if they chose to not consign my Coach. I do expect professional communication and in a timely fashion. It takes less than 1 minute of your time. This whole scenario turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we decided to sell the Coach ourselves and had a buyer on day 8 after placing it on RV Trader. This Coach despite having higher mileage, was in perfect shape and the quick sale confirmed this. The bigger loss for NIRVC is that because of this poor performance by Ryan, we have now moved ahead and purchased our new American Coach from another dealer. Snooze you lose! read more

Verified purchaser of a class C Forest River RV... Luckily did not pay the $8000 for an extended warranty as I had it in for routine warranty work and was disastrous... I cannot get into the details here but I would not trust these people with my RV for any reason And for many reasons... Warranty work failed immediately ..I end up doing all the work myself... Completely incompetent repair facility in every respect, including communication, timing, warranty approvals, level of work performance, etc. Complete failure of an organization in every way... Please do not trust your RV with these people... I endured significant physical damage to my RV under their care and control..including subcontracting to contractors that just did a joke of a job... I started taking my RV to this facility a couple of years ago and they were thee best RV repair place I have ever been to in 30 years of RVing! I thought, finally, a place that does good work and doesn't hold your RV hostage for 2 months. They were great...until they weren't. About 8 months ago, it was like a switch flipped and it seemed like NIRV came under new management or was bought out. My favorite service advisor leaving was the first clue and then came mistake after mistake and bad repair jobs. They even backed my $half-million RV into a pole and had to be repaired. From their receptionist who lets you wait for a half hour when you are dropping off to only discover that your service advisor isn't here today, to clueless service advisors who basically commit fraud and overcharge you for services, to a Service Manager who promises to make it right and refund the overcharge, and then doesn't refund the amount agreed on. They sub out tire changes to Southern Tire, another horrible company. I replaced all 8 tires on my RV and they charged me $2,500 just to mount them! When I questioned the service advisor about such a high charge, he told me that's what it is. Took the RV on the first trip after and one tire went completely flat. NIRV told me to just take it to Southern Tire to fix since they are the ones who installed. Did so and found out it was a loose valve stem. While there, I asked the manager what my tire installation should have cost. They charge $99 an hour, door to door to go out to NIRV to do a tire job. Installation is about half hour per tire and max round trip was 2 hours with retrieving tires. If you're good at math, that is 6 hours, 7 at the most x $100. I understand a little markup by NIRV, but charging $2,500 for maybe a $700 job?!? Service manager agreed to make the charge $1,000 but then only refunded my credit card $1,317.53 instead of $1,500. Not to mention, I was charged tax on the amount they overcharged. Oh, and then on my second trip after tire install, one of my wheels came loose on the hub and almost fell off because they hadn't torqued them down correctly! Another $1,700 to a mobile RV to fix on the road. NIRV did reimburse me that full amount. Prior to the tire fiasco, had my annual service done which is supposed to include the air filter. They didn't change the air filter and first trip out, ended up stuck in Nowhere, TX because in this RV a dirty air filter limits you to about 50% power. Had to pay a mobile RV guy $800 just to install a new air filter, after I found and bought the filter. I have so many other stories about them. Every single time I have gone there in the past 8 months, it is something else. I am used to bad RV repair shops, but this place is incompetent. Not only do they do crappy work and trash the interior of your RV, they sub out tire work to another crappy company. They purposefully grossly overcharge you hoping you won't catch it, agree to pay it back when you call them out, and then screw you again with an underpayment refund. I have owned every type of RV over the past 30 years and this place has repetitively provided the worst RV service I have ever experienced. Never again. Stay away from this dump. read more

Upon a recommendation, we called National Indoor RV center in Surprise, AZ on a Saturday. We discovered while cleaning our roof and the AC units, on our 2018 Entegra Aspire, that a bracket was pulling loose from the roof on our Girard awning. Xavier Carrillo, service advisor, said he could get us in on the following Tuesday. We had an awesome experience with the repair job, plus they discovered a bracket was pulling loose on our other awning! Thank goodness because we were leaving AZ to head back to OH- thru some possible wet & rough weather. Xavier and Katie the front desk person was not only extremely cordial, but helpful and detailed. Good people! We stayed overnight in our rig because the second awning would be repaired on Wednesday. We left the rig @7:30 the next morning but came back @8 to get something and the tech, Steve Whitmeyer was already on the roof working! He came down off the roof and not only explained what he did, showed us what was broke, but took time to answer all our questions. I cannot describe how satisfied, and happy with my wife and I were with NIRVC. Let me start this with we bought our 2019 Jayco from Indoor. The sales people were outstanding, the service was the best, I recommend them to everyone. This year it all changed, Managment changed, service people left in droves and response time is months instead of days. I had a service problem that I call 3 times just to be told it would be three months just to have them look at it. I found a dealer who fix the problem including ordering parts in less than a week. I will not be a customer of Indoor RV anymore. read more

We purchased a 2021 Jayco Alante, class A motor home from National Indoor RV, Suprise Arizona and we have had nothing but problems with their service department. Our back up camera has not worked since day one and for some reason they have not been able to fix it. They have replaced it twice, put in a new module and it is still not working. The latest excuse was that it was a Ford issue not a manufacturing issue. It was taken to the Ford dealership and they found that it was not a Ford issue but a Jayco issue. The motorhome has sat at National Indoor RV collectively for over a year without resolution on this matter. We have owned it for three years and it has been in the shop for more than twelve months cumulatively. We have gone through four service advisors and we are finally dealing with the Service Manager Andrew Pringle and we are still not getting resolution. We are beyond frustrated with their level of service. We have been told only excuses...ex. COVID caused equipment delays, labor issues, unqualified employees, it just goes on. If I had to do it all over again, I would never use their service department. Our warranty is now up and we are still battling a back up camera that has never worked. Just to get this out: The only indoor part of this RV center is the service center. So when its a nice toasty 110 degrees and you came over to look at RV's; it will be an adventure. Visit/Service: We were unaware that an appointment was required to see some of the units, as we are new to the process. Our idea was to get a sense of what would suit our needs: C+, B, A? Unfortunately none of that happened. As we walked in without an appointment, seems not a single salesperson wanted to earn the relationship or our business, even if it didnt happen that day! We were pawned off on a newbie employee that was absolutely clueless. One of the salespeople dropped off a few stock #s and said she can show us those. OK, where??? This newbie proceeded to walk us behind the center, as she tried to find the coaches listed. So back and forth we all went across gravel trying to them. Outdoors. In 110+ heat and burning sun. Finally she came across one coach that was open, We walked in. It turned out to be a 4+ y/o unit. Plugged in, no AC. So it was maybe 130 inside. At this point, I was ready to get the heck out of here, but seems the 1.5 hr drive would have been a total waste. We went back inside. She managed to get a key to one of the coaches out front. Again, no AC, so hot as F. We walked in and got out. Thanked her and left the center. BTW she never did locate those units... Selection: Non existent. Just a small handful of units and whether you call ahead or not, there is not much they can show you. So if you have storage or service needs, maybe this place is ok. IF you want to shop for a coach, find somewhere else. We are in the process of looking elsewhere. read more

First of all, I'm not a newbie to RVing. I've had multiple rigs from travel trailers to bus conversions since the early 80's. My present coach is a Newmar Mountain Aire. I have a winter home in southern California and have heard about NIRVC for several years now. Being a Newmar owner I decided my next repairs would be done at their Phoenix location which is 5 hours from my home. I scheduled my appointment a couple months in advance due to all that I wanted done. I found NIRVC in Phoenix to be without a doubt one if not the best service facility I have ever been to. I had multiple items I needed done from new Tires on the front with Retrobands installed to some paint work and much more. I was told up front that I would be working with two different departments and managers. I was anxious as always arriving on a Sunday for an 8 a.m. appointment the next day. On Monday, right on time, Xavier my service advisor was at my front door ready for the coach. At the end of the day my coach was returned to the parking area right on schedule. Each day afterwards the same scenario was repeated on time. On Wednesday the coach was ready for the body shop and once again Andre the body shop manager was at my front door at 8 a.m. ready to take the coach in. Both him and Xavier bent over backwards to make sure I could stay in the coach as many nights as possible and I only ended up 1 night in a hotel. I was at NIRVC for 1-week total. The facility is immaculate and customer lounge areas are fantastic. The RV customer overnight park could use some improvements as it's crowded with gravel and few spaces but hopefully seems to be progressing in that direction. On my last day Tino the General Manager stopped by the customer lounge area and introduced himself. Again, I was so impressed with the manor he projected to the customer. Bottom line, my work was done professionally, on-time, on budget and I was kept well informed along the way as to my progress. We've all been to service facilities where you leave your coach in the morning just to see it parked somewhere with no work being done on it. This is NOT the case at NIRVC. In the future I will gladly drive the 5 hours to NIRVC in Phoenix to have my work done with the confidence all will go smoothly and professionally. read more

We recently purchased a Coachmen Nova class B van from this business. I kept expecting the typical "car sales experience" but everything was actually very transparent and straightforward. National Indoor honored the agreement as presented to us, and took care of a few cosmetic issues that we noticed in our new van. Another important detail is that they didn't keep us waiting around needlessly (we were out of state buyers) . They were also well organized and efficient. National Indoor did some extensive system tests to ensure everything works before we drove down to pick up the van. THIS was a big deal for me, imagine the frustration of trying to learn newer technology that doesn't function properly. Anyway, overall a very good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again. read more

We are so fortunate to have found NIRVC in Surprise AZ to perform our warranty service on our new motorhome. We bought our new Jayco Precept in southern Cal and needed warranty items corrected but their service department was horrible. After moving to the Phoenix area and living in our RV for nearly 2 months we called NIRVC in Surprise and was treated like gold by their service staff. Not only did they resolve the issues we had but also took care of new issues, scheduling us within 3 days and resolving them all to our satisfaction. I can't say enough about Ritchie & Lannie and their earnest desire to meet our needs in a timely manner. Even the receptionist makes us feel welcome when entering the lobby of their state of the art facility. Whatever your RV needs may be, whether it's service, sales, indoor storage, etc I can't say enough about NIRVC in Surprise AZ. They've earned my business for years to come. The best part was Jason who sold us our new RV named "Turtle". He was very helpful and Never tried to push us into something we did not want! Then when it was time to take ownership of our "Turtle" we were turned over to Cameron. She was also absolutely wonderful. She show us every little thing that we needed to know on the "Turtle". My Rv broke down in Las Vegas driving from Denver to San Diego, called National because I enjoyed their YouTube channel what I read, and a past Rv business owner. The service shop informed me they were busy as I understand, however indicated they could help me out with my broken leaf spring. I actually found the part at Spartan Chassis, ordered to be delivered to National to save time, however when I drove my RV in today with my leaf spring strapped up to the axial I was informed me they couldn't help me for at least a week or longer. Even though I was told by Friday they could install the part. Needing to desperately get home to San Diego I proceeded to call other shops to help me with my emergency. Luckily I found a great little shop that stopped everything to fix my Rv. Bottom line don't count on them if you have an emergency! read more

I've been a customer of NIRVC Phoenix since the fall of 2020 when I bought an Entegra Motorhome from them. Overall I have to say that the service experience has been more than a little...uneven. The fault for lot of the less than great experiences can be laid at the feet of the RV manufacturing and service industry as a whole. The industry is hyper centered around getting RVs sold with little to no interest in the customer experience after the sale. Shoddy assembly, poor quality components, lackadaisical support, etc. But even acknowledging all that as a given, my number one complaint is the nearly nonexistent communication from the Service managers. That's not to say that NIRVC isn't better than most or that the Service employees don't care. They are and they do, but knowing it could be worse doesn't help when it's your (very expensive...like a matching set of his & her Rolls-Royce's expensive, like beach house expensive...get it? real expensive OK) Motorhome that's out of commission for weeks or months with practically no communication from the Service Dept, no idea when parts might show up, no idea when you might resume your interrupted trip. You get the idea. However, recently one of the members of the Sales Advisors group named Eric Nevada decided to take personal ownership of my most current problem. I would not normally name someone on the internet but this guy promised that he would manage my issue and he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. He communicated at least once or twice a week with me even if it was just to cc me on his emails with the manufacturers as he monitored the order. If he needed approval for anything he would contact whoever could approve whatever. At the end of the day did any of that get my problem solved any faster? Maybe, but probably not. The point is that just knowing for certain (with the receipts) that someone was working on the issues and communicating exactly where in the process we were, relieved all my worry, anger and frustration. This was so foreign to my experiences that I was frankly kind of surprised the first time or two that I got an unsolicited status report. This young man, Eric Nevada at NIRVC Phoenix deserves as much recognition as can be given by the manager and /or owner of NIRVC. He's the kind of employee you want representing your business to your customers. We just bought a brand new American Tradition coach. There were SO many things wrong with it. We were there for nine days while they fixed it. Driving home now there is a sharp noise and air coming from the door. It is not sealed. I cannot even sit in the front seat. I wanted to wait to sign papers until everything was fixed. They pressured my husband and he signed. The service was great until the papers were signed. I would not recommend NIRV Center to anyone buying a new coach. I feel like we bought a lemon! Amazing Buying Experience - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Call T Cunningham for your next RV. We just bought our first RV from the NIRVC team in PHX. I am a firm believer in celebrating positive customer service experiences having spent my career working for some of the top luxury service brands leading sales and marketing teams. Like many people this summer we felt the urge look into buying an RV and, in our research, found the NIRVC YouTube channel. After watching a bunch of their very detailed Angie lead videos we called their PHX location and had a facetime call with T Cunningham. He is knowledgeable, friendly, honestly, and our call with him whet our appetite to see your inventory in person. Fast forward to ATL to meet with Will (also a great sales asset) and were able to see the Entegra product in person, we knew we wanted to buy from NIRVC team and an Entegra Coach. We flew to PHX this past week to pickup our "new to us" 2019 Entegra Anthem and are driving home to PA now. I wanted to give special attention to Kohl, Ken, Jerry, Derick, and of course, T. Kohl spent so much time helping us try to figure out the best location for our mobile internet antenna and walked through the step by step directions of the install. Ken spent hours with us walking through every feature of the coach and answered every one of my questions. As first-time RV owners, this was really helpful for both of us, especially me because he was patient and did I mention I had lots of questions! Jerry drove us to CA to notarize our coach and make it officially ours. We both loved talking to him and hearing about his previous life working as a coach driver for Globus and Cosmos tours. Brad was so kind to give us a bottle of Happy Camper wine as a housewarming gift and Derick worked some magic to get us the best terms on the financing. NIRVC installed a Demco Air Force One braking system in my 2018 Fleetwood diesel pusher and 2004 Jeep Wrangler toad this past week. The engagement was a pleasant one from I first contacted Skip Beeswy, my Service Advisor, to the systems completion and explanation by Preston, the RV Tech installer. Both Preston and Skip treated me as "important" by being responsive to all of my questions, and providing clear instructions on using the Air Force One system. The system's installation in my DP and Jeep looks like it is OEM. I have used many RV repair facilities over the past 3 decades and am happy I found NIRVC to handle my coach's technical installations and repairs. read more

Here's the revised text with corrected spelling and grammatical errors: I purchased a 2020 Entegra Vision 27A used from National Indoor RV Center (NIRVC) in late January of 2024. At the initial walkthrough of the coach, the rear secondary slide could not extend. The salesman, Allen, said they were aware of the issue and that the coach had just not made it through the service center yet. I was unsure that it would be corrected prior to picking up the coach, and I made sure to reiterate to them that I would not purchase it if it were not corrected. A week later, I was told that the service technician had gone through and corrected the issue and that the coach was now ready to be picked up and papers signed to purchase it. The delivery date was established, and my wife and I took the day off from work because they only conduct the delivery inspections and walkthroughs during the middle of the day. After arranging childcare, RV storage, time off from work, and NIRVC's availability, we went to the location to pick up the coach. We conducted the walkthrough, and guess what? The slide did not work and appeared to have the exact same issue as the two previous times that we saw the coach. Of course, at this point, everyone was apologetic, including the sales manager, and promised to correct the slide issues. Not 20 minutes after leaving the dealership, after seeing the slide fail a third time, the service department called, saying that they had once again "corrected the issue." I declined to turn around and asked that they keep the coach overnight to confirm that everything was functional. We returned the next day, again taking time off from both jobs, to find Sales Manager John and General Manager Tino at my coach, ready to demonstrate a functional slide. At that time, it did appear that all was functional, and we proceeded to purchase the coach. During the sale, we expressed our concern with the slide, and John was receptive and said they would stand behind their work with a document called a 'We Owe' that outlined 30 additional days of warranty on their work. A bit later into our ownership, following our own repairs of a large leak in the roof, a toilet with a bad ball valve, and a partially functional radio, we took the coach out for its first trip for my wife's birthday. This trip was scheduled for three weeks after we bought our 100-thousand-dollar motorhome. The initial drive went well, and we parked at our spot and set up camp with no issues. The next day, Saturday, we went to pack up and guess what happens? The slide that had all this work done and validated by multiple technicians again does not work. This time, though, instead of being at a dealership with the technicians in the next room, we were 3 hours away from our home with a slide stuck completely out. We immediately contacted NIRVC, but there was limited personnel at work that day, and I was told that when someone freed up, they would try to reach out to assist. About an hour later, and after we had been reaching out to mobile RV technician companies, a worker called and attempted to walk us through some basic troubleshooting steps. None of the steps worked, and I was told they would continue to find any resources they could offer, as well as get a service manager to reach out for additional troubleshooting. None of the follow-up occurred from NIRVC, and we were left to fend for ourselves. Luckily, I am fairly handy and was able to borrow a ladder from a neighboring camper and remove the motor to then manually retract the slide. We had to cancel the remaining three days of our vacation and bring the "fixed" coach back to service for the fourth time. Again, everyone was apologetic, and we were assured that it would be fixed and all covered under the "We Owe" that was signed by the Sales Manager at purchase. We were told that it would be handled by their lead technician and the service manager would be involved to ensure everything was correct. The coach sat at the service center for two weeks, and again it was relayed that everything had been corrected. We again picked up the coach, but no one was there this time to demonstrate the 'fix,' so we were forced to believe that everything was corrected. Sounding like a broken record at this point, we took the coach home, and again the slide would not extend. Spirit broken and at a loss for words, we again called the store to tell them what happened. We again brought the coach into service for the fifth time to show the dysfunctional slide to the service advisor to show them we were not just complaining for complaining's sake. This time, though, our 30-day "We Owe" was on its last few days because the coach had been at service for nearly 3 weeks of its life with us. The quality control when purchasing a new RV was very bad. After I purchased my RV one week later I had to take it back for repairs for major issues with the coach. After getting it back the entrance door is worse than it was when I took it in. The entrance door is about ready to fall off. I now have to find somewhere that can fix this. The other issue was the stereo/back up camera. It freezes in the camera mode. It worked for a couple days and now it's back to the same problem. If quality control would have done its job from the beginning this all should of been taken care of before delivery of a brand new coach. read more

Sorry to say, we were not impressed and actually let down when we made a special trip up to Suprise this past Saturday to look at some Class Bs and Cs that you had. The selection was good and we liked that all the units were open on the most part, some out front were locked. But the reason for the 1 star and this review is that no one seemed to care about us as we ended up looking at all the units on our own. Not once did anyone come up to us and ask if we need any assistance. The receptionist inside was equally as helpful saying "the units are outside", not "can I get you someone", "have you been here before ??" WE came around 1pm, plenty of people around the food though!! Usually, salespeople are at our door before we turn off the engine, Saturday was the opposite response. Almost seems that they ran in the other direction. Came all the way up from Eloy too. Pretty sad!! read more
