First of all, Id like to Thank Eric & Adrian for all their hard work for getting me into my Jetta. I'm not quite sure what these other guys are talking about here, but these guys have given me the best service Ive ever experienced at a car lot. I understand that they are smaller, and deal with a lot of customers with EXTREMELY BAD CREDIT. Meaning they deal with customer who have a consistent history of not paying ANY of their bills. So kudos to these guys and I salute them for their hard work. I've seen 1st hand some of the customers they had in front of me and I commend Eric for his poise and patience. First I love my Jetta. I too experienced some credit challenges, but Eric the sales manager, actually helped me with even splitting up my down payment to assist me with my car. I understand that my interest rate was beyond his control and was a result of some challenges I had on my credit. Eric actually directed me to a company that can help with repairing my credit. However I was still able to get my payment where it was comfortable for me. 2nd, I love their set up at the lot. It's very homely. Almost feels like I'm in a small home. These guys made me very welcome and comfortable from the very moment I stepped on the lot. 3rd, I totally thank them and will recommend them to anybody we by from. If you are a reader of Yelp reviews, please don't be discouraged by another post. I'm sure it's a disgruntled customer in some regard , and even moreso I'm sure that Eric, Phil, and Adrian helped them or assisted them by going completely going out of there way for them. At first impression, the gentlemen here seem like great guys. There's still a big part of me that wants to say they're good guys, because they're very good at putting up that facade. The problem here is that they sold me a car that I happily bought, and had no doubts about, because they seemed like such gentlemen. Two days later, the check engine light comes on and they say they'll fix it. They then blamed it on me driving it too 'heavily' and, over the course of 3 days when they had the car, ran the mileage up 200 more so that it was no longer covered under the Arizona Lemon Law. I was also tricked into signing a document that had FALSIFIED miles on it, so that I would be outside of the Lemon Law. I told them to take their car back, and they could take whatever for the repair, just as long as I got my $3000 deposit back. Long story short, they claimed I had 'breached contract' and REFUSED to give me a DIME of my money back. I'm a student at ASU, $3000 is no small sum, it took me a year to save that, and they took it in the flash of an eye, and had no regrets. They've since threatened to sue me, which again I have no money for, if I attempt to contact them further. All in all, they are BAD people who will make you feel good, but will ultimately try to pull a fast one on you. It's sad this place is so close to ASU, because they'll undoubtedly take advantage of another poor student like myself. Just purchased a Honda Odyssey from Phil and Eric here, and honestly I have no idea what that other review is about.. from the minute I walked in I was treated with outstanding service from both phil and eric. They worked with me on the price and payments which was great but what made my experience truly one of a kind when it comes to used car dealers was how I was treated after I left. The day after I left with the odyssey we found out there was some issues with the cars A/C relay and battery. When I called them and told them about it, even though I had no warranty, they told me to bring it in .They then took the car over to a honda dealer to get repaired, meanwhile they set me up with a rental car for a few days while the car was done! Honda repaired the car and they dropped it off at my house and took the rental car so I didn't have to drive back to the dealer, all completely free! I have bought plenty of used cars but never have I dealt with a dealer that cared that much for costumer satisfaction and offered to repair a used car without warranty after I had bought it. I guarantee you won't find that kind of service from any other car dealer around. I have told family and friends about them and I highly recommend them when looking for a used car. read more

So I recently bought a pre-owned Audi from these guys. First off, I have to admit I didn't have the best of credit, so I was a little leary if I'd be able to get approved in the first place. After working with Eric, I was totally satisfied to find out not only was I able to get approved, but I was able to get an affordable monthly payment as well. These guys have a very nice family feel about their lobby as well. Looks just like a living room. Very courteous group of guys. They are a small family owned business, but they definitely are the best kept secret in Tempe. They sold me the Car for $3,000 less than the blue book value, and even through in a 1 year warranty as well. These Guys Were Great! I love the fact that they are all Veterans that run the place and they really worked with me and my credit issues. I Just picked up a nice Tahoe SUV from them, and the process wasnt like any other typical dealership. I purchased a car from here at the end of last year. I was in a tight spot and really needed a vehicle. The guys here were helpful and not at all like I expected from car salesmen. The car came with bumper to bumper warranty for a year which was great because I had a small issue that they were more than willing to fix for me.
