I made sure to remind them that I was not open to seeing Andrea. The manager reached out to me after my last post to follow up. My schedule is very hectic and I haven't had to connect. MIRACULOUS REDUCTION OF PAIN!!!…read more I have been under the excellent care of Dr. Shaw and his team since early June, 2025. I only had a very stubborn 20 lbs to lose, but I was also interested in the potential benefits of GLP-1 medication for my other health issues (pre-diabetes and high colesterol). By far my most challenging health problem for the past 25 years has been serious osteoarthritis (in all my joints), but it never occurred to me that this medicine could help with that. I wasn't aware that GLP-1s can reduce inflammation throughout the body until Dr.Shaw told that to me during our initial consult. The weight is coming off easily. But the most astounding thing about this medication is HOW DRAMATICALLY THE PAIN IN ALL OF MY JOINTS HAS DECREASED!!! I've been told for 25 years that the only thing I can do for the joint pain is take over the counter pain medication, which I'd been downing like candy just to engage in every day activities. Now, I rarely take any at all. Before I started these meds, I could barely walk two city blocks before my knees were excruciatingly painful. Now, I can walk three miles in a day before I notice any discomfort. So far I have lost 15 pounds on a relatively low dose of tirzepatide (5mg per week). I am very happy with this! I've had virtually no side effects (except for itching at the injection site at times) In the next few days I will get the results of my biannual blood work to see if "my numbers" ( A1C and cholesterol) have gone down. I'll update this when I get the results. Dr. Shaw is extremely knowledgeable, and explains how these medications work, and how to maximize the benefits and reduce the potential side effects. He is warm and friendly and not at all condescending (like some doctors are). He is extremely available - I have never waited more than a few hours if I've requested a call because I've had questions. The meds always arrive in plenty of time. I have done the RM3 program more than once and am now on their new program (Revolex) for Semaglutide. The office has always been super friendly and clean. I think for those that are upset about the program, depending on what you pick depends on the recommendation. With RM3 you will have an extreme calorie restricted diet, I can confirm it works if you follow it and I can confirm that it is below the recommended standards of 1200 calories a day but varies depending on your current weight. I decided to try the new Revolex plan because I enjoy working out and other healthy stuff I've already incorporated into my life, and this plan allows me to do those (RM3 restricts exercise because of calorie restrictions being so extreme). I am 2 1/2 weeks in on the new plan and have lost 11lbs, but this includes exercising at least 5 times a week, and eating healthy. I am sure I would've lost more but I have gone slightly off the meal plan (which is low carb) because I use oat milk for my coffee and occasionally eat multi-grain toast with breakfast. You also have to be honest with yourself, did the program really NOT work? Or did you not track your foods properly or drink enough fluids/exercise as recommended? Given that I've done two programs and seen results with both, I'd say personal accountability is lacking in some reviews. My husband has also done a different program than the two I did and saw great results (his included carbs btw!). I can't speak to the virtual visits but do agree the wait times for seeing a provider can be a bit long, however, they don't seem any longer than a normal doctor's office and the providers have actually read my chart before entering the room which is a nice change from regular doctor's offices.

Nick had met with me, Nice enough guy, And we spoke about diet menus, however I was there to see why the B-12 injections didn't work and the Lipo I paid a pretty penny for, Didn't get an answer as to if it's full strength in the injections or not, Finally Marco showed up and was not very receptive after my review, refunded a little money back and said " Account is now closed" He definitely wanted me gone.
