My husband and I both go to this location for weekly fat burner shots and their protein bars (which taste way better than any regular store ones I've tried). I have done the RM3 program more than once and am now on their new program (Revolex) for Semaglutide. The office has always been super friendly and clean. I think for those that are upset about the program, depending on what you pick depends on the recommendation. With RM3 you will have an extreme calorie restricted diet, I can confirm it works if you follow it and I can confirm that it is below the recommended standards of 1200 calories a day but varies depending on your current weight. I decided to try the new Revolex plan because I enjoy working out and other healthy stuff I've already incorporated into my life, and this plan allows me to do those (RM3 restricts exercise because of calorie restrictions being so extreme). I am 2 1/2 weeks in on the new plan and have lost 11lbs, but this includes exercising at least 5 times a week, and eating healthy. I am sure I would've lost more but I have gone slightly off the meal plan (which is low carb) because I use oat milk for my coffee and occasionally eat multi-grain toast with breakfast. You also have to be honest with yourself, did the program really NOT work? Or did you not track your foods properly or drink enough fluids/exercise as recommended? Given that I've done two programs and seen results with both, I'd say personal accountability is lacking in some reviews. My husband has also done a different program than the two I did and saw great results (his included carbs btw!). I can't speak to the virtual visits but do agree the wait times for seeing a provider can be a bit long, however, they don't seem any longer than a normal doctor's office and the providers have actually read my chart before entering the room which is a nice change from regular doctor's offices. read more

Don't waste your $600! I went to the Ray Road location for a new patient consultation today. The "medical aide" was as unfriendly as it gets. After an initial weight-in and a few body photos, I was taken to another room to meet with their medical personnel. I waited for 20 minutes, yet no one came. I even went out to ask when someone would be in. They didn't know, and they couldn't care less. Horrible customer service. I wrote down the drugs they intended to give me, and the recommended foods for a 600 calorie diet. I waited 10 more minutes (30 minutes total), and then I left disappointed. Guess what? I purchased the exact same drugs on the Internet for $79. Don't waste $600. You have to starve yourself. No real doctor would recommend a diet of 600 calories. Plus, the people working at this location seem clueless about customer service. Especially for new patients. read more

Update: Jennifer from Red Mountain called me today, in regard to my post. She was very nice and helpful. She didn't try to justify, just apologized and wanted to make things right, which she did. I am going to get what I bought. Which I really wanted. As I said above I was overall just disappointed in a company I trusted. During our conversation today I received the excellent good customer service I've always received and knew Red Mountain for. I have changed the rating from 1 to 5 because they made a good experience Out of a bad one. Thank you. This review is not about this particular location but Red Mountain corporate. I had been very happy with them. I've been going there for almost 3 years. Then I had a problem. Over Covid they closed, but I got numerous emails for specials that would be good when they reopened. So I bought one that was for Botox (40 units for the price of 30) and 25% off filler( 3 types). It was approx $1350. When I got the email confirmation it said 2x. The filler package. I tried to contact them but no answer. I felt they were a reliable company and it would get straighten out when they opened back up. So, I made an appointment at the Mesa (my usual office was closed) when I got there and had the consultation I was told this was only good for 1 type of filller ( which is not one I use) , Botox was full price and I had to use all of it at once ( the 40 unit package of Botox and / or $1360 of fillers). I pulled up the email I bought from but the t&c was not on it and the webpage was down. Current adds did not say you had to use it all at once. The receptionist admitted they did not know what sales went on when they were closed. So in the end I didn't get the filler and I paid full price for the Botox and had to get a refund for the package o had bought 3 months earlier. I wanted the sales I bought so I asked that someone call me. I was told the manager would call, they never did. I called corporate 2x never called back. So I'm not going back. I feel like they just needed cash to float them and had no intention of fulfill the sale promised and that I paid for. read more

I did the HCG diet here about 2 years ago and decided I'd do it again as I had gained the weight back. I called to make an appt during Covid, so they called me back. When she asked if I'd ever been in before I said yes. When I told her it had been almost 2 years, she decided I was now considered a new patient, which would make the hcg program $100 more. Why? I would've done it again had they not tried to gouge me. Not to mention that this was all going to be done via computer, so you're not really getting the full body mass evaluation which usually comes with it. I just feel they nickel and dime you here. If you want any sort of refill on appetite suppressants which cost $50, they require a $75 office visit along with it. So really your appetite suppressants are $125 for a month supply. It was just a turn off. I'm familiar with the program and am not a new patient. You have my records. Poor practice in my opinion, and I work in the healthcare field. read more

I've previously lost 53lbs on another weight loss program that took me something like 18-20 months to do. After a small medical scare, I allowed my weight to creap up & up & up but there was no way I wanted to go back to where I was. I'm an instant gratification type of person & was just not wanting to go through another year & a half to get back to where I need/should be. In comes Red Mountain to help me. I was a pit concerned that I be "sold" to loose more weight than I even wanted thinking that it would be all about the $ for a business that's about lossing weight. To my utter surprise & delight that wasn't the case at all --- the suggested weight loss was based off of sound medical numbers. I went with the RM3 plan & just one week in have already lost 8 lbs!!! Questions I had before my appt was cost of the program. No, it's not cheap. First month was $474. But for an instant gratification person & already down 8 lbs, SO worth it. Other item friends/family/co-workers keep asking: aren't you hungry on that restricted diet? Answer is simple - NO! I've been tracking my calories each day & have stayed under 500 calories each day (except 1 @ 800 calories) & have not been hungry at all. Again, it's week one so we'll see how it continues but I can't see any reason to think it would change. If you're putting off trying RM3, stop & just go do it. Due to the recent pandemic, we were unable to have an office visit, but had a video call instead. (They were even able to squeeze me in a little early from my scheduled appointment time, which helped tremendously.) I received the same great unrushed attention as always, had my questions answered thoroughly and together we decided on the appropriate plan of action for the next month that we were both comfortable with. The doctor and staff were very organized, professional and the whole process was very streamlined and expeditious. Forms were sent out in advance to help with this and were a breeze to fill out and return, which I appreciated. The only problem was the audio on the video call. Our connection both ways kept breaking up and at one time the audio seemed to go out alltogether. We were able to finish my check out on the phone so it worked out well. Thinking maybe another video platform might work better. Not their fault though and did not affect their service in the least. All in all an awesome experience as always. read more

I have recently finished my weight loss journey with Red Mountain Weight Loss. I am so grateful that I heard about them on the radio! The RM3 program is the best weight loss program I have ever done. The staff is so nice and supportive and they spent alot of time going over the program with me. It all starts when you walk in. You are always offered a bottle of water right away. When you sit down, there is relaxing music playing. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for a fat burning shot. The nurse practitioners and medical assistants are so reassuring and encouraging every step of the way. They will sit with you for as long as you need to answer your questions. I even had a question and the nurse practitioner called me on the phone to talk to me about it. Definitly first rate customer service. I also feel like the RM3 program was super individualized to me based on my current weight, body fat, labs etc compared with other popular weight loss programs. After the weight loss phase, there is a three week stabilization phase and then you can go on lifetime maintanence. I was given a food plan for all three phases. I always knew what to eat and how much. I dropped 35 pounds, 4 inches from my waist, went from a size 14 to a size 6, and my blood pressure is at 110/80 which is the best BP I have ever had. I am still going to get a weekly fat burning shot and continue to buy supplements from them as they are high quality. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Loving my experience with red mountain. The receptionist is very friendly always knows everyone's name & has a bottle of water ready for you on those hot days. The atmosphere is peaceful. The service friendly & prompt if needed. The best thing of all is from April 25 2015 to July 2 2015 I have lost 66 pounds. Follow the program with light exercise & it's easy. The first 2 weeks were hard after that it's a breeze. I highly recommend it for anyone trying to lose weight, even if it's just that stubborn 15 pounds that's been hanging on for awhile that you can't lose. They will give you the extra push or advantage you need. Plus if your like me and have a lot more to lose this is a great way to get you back on track. I have been to red mountain twice for cool Sculpting. I saw Jackie both times, she is very informative and did a great job going over options with me and explaining procedures and results as well. I felt very comfortable there. I also know a few other people who have had services at Red mountain and enjoyed their experiences.
