Going through legal process of changing my date of birth because the year is wrong! When I went in I did not had 2 ids with me to confirm my LICENSE WAS VALID !! It's none of their business what im going through and this process is already confusing and sometimes I confused myself when I put the correct year vs what's on my ID! The reason the doctor did not wanted to see me because the year that I gave was diff vs what was in my ID. For me is like just take my ID it's not like it's not a valid piece of document and im gonna go to jail for it!! Literally DUMB! read more

Very Very inefficient! It starts efficient with the sign in process. That is suppose to speed up the process. Today i walk in there is tons of staff. But why are we waiting so long to do each process when I'm the only pt here. No matter if im the only one, or 20 people here always here an hour, plus A lot of socializing not enough people doing there job and moving this process right along. The check out is the worst. They are doing too much at front desk.check in sit in the chair. WAIT, finally get in the room to talk to the girl and get weighed, back to WAIT. Maybe see the doctor( if it's your 3 month then you see doctor) then WAIT IN CHAIR, Go to window to go over meds. Sign stuff, WAIT IN CHAIR, finally get called to check out! 1 Don't know why this can't be a faster process with 7-9 staff that I counted today. I was the only person here. We keep having to go sit down in the chairs. Sat in chair 4 times. Streamline this. Doctor I saw was the best part. But she's not in charge of the staff and their efficiency. Used to work for a med spa in Chicago. Largest in area. We had staff directing traffic. Moving one chair over until they saw the person they needed to see. Then windows then check out. Never had to sit back in chairs. Average time was 20 ish mins Entire process. Need to fix this process, of streamlining your money maker. Makes you not want to come back and find another place to go after paying this much for the meds that everyone has now. Again the doctor was the best part of this place. read more

Friends, took the plunge. I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds. I have tried everything, and needed to seek expert consultations. I was nervous. I walked in, super friendly reception. It was very quick electronic check in, all forms completed on your phone!!! They took me back to an exam room, weighed me, checked my vitals, and talked about the different program options. After that, I was seen by a medical doctor who sat with me and performed a very thorough medical history and discussed my weight loss goals, and the different options that they provide. We mutually agreed on the Weekly program, and she discussed the the treatment regimen with me. I quickly checked out, and left. If I noticed that I started to fail to control my weight during the maintenance period , I back straight to the clinic. Better be back at the diet , if you add 5 pounds ....because vacations or you needed a break lol than you wait until 10 pounds or more . I've been coming for years but just recently, I actually noticed they do Botox services. I went in pretty late for my injection and saw they had a sign out, I asked if I could have a consultation (I thought they would tell me no since it was around 20 minutes to closing) but I was able to see Nurse ReAya. For the longest I felt so insecure of my 11s and also thought I needed a little touchup around my crows feet, but was always nervous to actually try Botox. nurse ReAya was spot on with what I needed and how many units, she was super gentle I hardly felt any pain. It was more like a pinch. results have been amazing and I can't believe I went so long without giving this a try. There is a crease that is pretty stubborn and between my eyebrows, but I am waiting for my follow up soon and feel super comfortable and trust that I am in good hands to ask for her recommendation to completely fill in that crease LADIES don't wait so long for what takes a matter of a few minutes and those little things that add to insecurities can be treated. Great place for weight loss and people are very knowledgeable. My only complaint is the gal who puts your meds together is very unfriendly and is always giving people dirty looks. She seems to be having a bad day every time I come in on Thursday at the Glendale location. It's always a "resting b****" face. Too bad! Everyone else is sweet there. Maybe she needs to be working like in a back room because it doesn't look like she is a people person. This is the only downside to my visits. I've utilized services at the Valley Weight Loss Clinic in Phoenix on 24th St on numerous occasion. I chose this clinic simply because it's very near my home. I can literally walk to my appointments. I've participated in several of their weight loss programs, including but not limited to HCG and Semaglutide (Ozempic) injections. I've also purchased many of their anti-aging procedures including but not limited to Botox, fillers, PRP and PDO thread lifts. I'm definitely a loyal and low maintenance customer. I arrive on time and I pay on time. I've sent several customers their way. I've had great results too! Overall, I'm satisfied with the results of my weight loss and anti-aging procedures. That being said, as a healthcare professional who places value in my patient's time, satisfaction, educational needs, communication and money, my overall dissatisfaction with the Valley Weight Loss Clinic in Phoenix comes from the lack of clinical skill and customer service I see in the staff, particularity in their young nurses / medical assistances and front office staff. Most of them seem uninformed and disinterested in the protocols, norms, questions, side effects and science behind the procedures they do and quite frankly, if you inquire about any of the above, most of them are just plain rude. It's stressful being in an exam room with one of these seemingly ignorant young girls, because their energy is so heavy and so negative, you can cut it with a knife. Just the thought of my upcoming appointment at this place gives me anxiety! I simply do not want to go there anymore! And their staff ALWAYS attempts to overcharge me! It's so aggravating! I call them out each time and they always fix it, but I can't help but wonder how many patient's are being ripped off? It's definitely time for me to find a new clinic! And I encourage others to start shopping around as well! Clinics like this are becoming very common and I know, for certain, that the same services are being offered throughout the Valley at a fraction of the cost. No sense paying extra when I'm treated as though I have no value!?! Occasionally, I'll interact with someone competent and pleasant but more often than not, the energy inside Valley Weight Loss in Phoenix on 24th St is, in my opinion, toxic...and it's getting worse, not better.
