He showed my husband that the PSP turned on so my husband paid Jimmy and took it home. The next day (Tuesday) he went to play the PSP and it no longer turned on. Now Wednesday he went back to Jimmy to figure out what was wrong. Jimmy said he would try and fix it, he said "ill call you when its done so you can come and pick it up". My husband left it with Jimmy again and came back today Thursday because of course, he did not receive a phone call. When my husband arrived, the PSP was not fixed. My husband now, understandably frustrated, informed Jimmy and the staff there that there severe lack of communication, lack of customer service, and continuous forgetfulness was ridiculous. Jimmy then dropped my husband's PSP on the floor. Jimmy then tried to deny that he did, even though my husband and staff all watched him do it. My husband got his money back from Jimmy. But I can assure you that he wont be returning here again.

I brought in two phones for cracked screen repairs, and after they "fixed" them, both phones came back with new problems they didn't have before. Since the repairs: * The volume constantly goes up and down while I'm typing, and I have to wait for the volume indicator to disappear before I can continue using the phone. * The screen brightness randomly changes on its own, forcing me to constantly readjust it. * Neither phone can charge properly while being used. * Both phones overheat whenever they're charging and being used at the same time. When I brought these issues to their attention, they acted confused instead of taking responsibility and even tried to charge me more money to fix problems they caused. To make matters worse, they returned my first phone with rubber bands still wrapped around it and told me to wait three hours before removing them. There was also adhesive residue and other gunk left on the phone that I had to clean off myself. That should have been done before the phone was returned to me. I have zero confidence in the quality of their work and would never trust them with any of my devices again. If I could give this business negative stars, I would.

I have previously had good experiences with UbreakiFix franchise locations, but my recent experience at this new location I tried has left my phone damaged beyond repair and cost me $250. I dropped off my phone to have a cracked screen fixed on my birthday. I noted that the two employees working did not speak English or Spanish fluently, making communication difficult, but I assumed it was a standard repair. Two weeks later, the screen began flickering, and I noticed the bottom external screws were not fully installed. I could not answer my phone or see the new screen they supposedly put in, I returned to the store, and the staff in very broken Endlish informed me the issue was now the battery and offered to replace it-so I agreed - Afterall this is supposed to be a great repair service brand. However, I later discovered they did not replace the battery. When I took my phone to another repair company, they discovered that three internal screws were missing entirely and my battery had been pried lose and not replaced,. I did not do this. Only this location of this franchise did, I gave this location two opportunities to properly repair my phone and communicate clearly, but both attempts failed. Furthermore, during my visits, I witnessed multiple other customers complaining in both English and Spanish about faulty repairs. I myself have not been able to conduct my work and it is affecting my job. Given that my phone is now permanently damaged due to the poor workmanship at this location and false information about work performed, I want to request a full refund of the $250 I paid. However, The staff can't communicate in English or Spanish the two languages I speak -- so it makes it impossible to request from them directly. I hope that the National Team at UBrekIfix see this and can get me a ok a prompt response regarding how this will be resolved. This location needs to be renamed YouBreak WeBreakSomemore!

I've dropped my phone and crack my screen so many times it's not even funny. Probably have replaced my screen 3-4 times a year. This is problem the best work I've seen! The material is high quality and they even guarantee their work for 30 days! Not every repair shop takes the time to reapply the water seal. 10/10 would go again!
