Staff can't help if you can't access T-Life. No more buying in person anymore. Everything has to be done online first. Want a new phone? Order online and set in store pickup to get the same day. Giving it 1 star because there's no point for a store if you can't buy what you need instantly. Old experience was much easier and faster. Go in, buy phone in full or show ID to finance a new phone. Especially when you're like my cousins that don't know much English. Took my cousin and he can't log into T-Life on his phone bc his phone screen is broken so they can't help him at all. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at T-Mobile. I switched 10 lines to T-Mobile only because I was explicitly told I would receive $1,100 in credit per line for trading in 10 iPhones (13 Pro Max and newer), and that these credits could be used toward getting the iPhone 17 Pro Max models. This information was given to me directly by a T-Mobile representative named Anthony. Anthony clearly stated that this promotion was valid and that the credits would apply as promised if I switched all lines over. That assurance is the only reason I committed to moving my entire account. After switching, I was told that this was not true, and that the credits either do not apply the way Anthony explained or are not available at all. This feels incredibly misleading and unethical. Customers should not be pressured into major decisions based on incorrect or false information. T-Mobile needs to take responsibility for the statements made by its representatives. Either honor what was promised by Anthony, or make sure employees stop giving inaccurate information to close sales. I expected better transparency and honesty. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in T-Mobile. read more

I just wanted the holiday cups honestly for my parents and I , but the lady with the bow on her hair was being territorial about them acting like t-mobile is actually checking each checkins with the cups . My parents can't walk and parked outside, I have 3 phones on me that I had for 9 years on my acct and she wanted to bring them in or see them like she is going to walk out the store . Came into this store hoping I would be received with patience, kindness and friendly staff, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was met with an employee named Anthony who was one of THE rudest people I have ever encountered. Not only was Anthony clearly showing his impatience through his body language and temperament, he had the audacity to insistently ask me, "So what are we doing here? Do I need to help you because I have other customers coming in." I patiently replied with, "I understand that, but I'm getting the info I need from my husband to switch over to T-Mobile." I was then a bit flustered with how rude and impatient Anthony was with me, but I gave him benefit of the doubt and continued to stay with his service hoping he'd turn his attitude around and be more understanding of the situation I was in. Regardless, I kindly asked if I could put my husband on speaker to explain our phone situation. Anthony then became aggressive and progressively more rude and was backing away from my phone acting like it was some sort of kryptonite that he couldn't touch. I was so thrown off by his attitude and told him kindly, "this is my husband on speaker and we're on the same account." Instead of simply getting the information that was needed from me and seeking to understand what our situation was, Anthony proceeded to belittle me and tell me, "Dear, I don't know who's on the phone and blah blah blah security purposes." I immediately ended my time with him and told him, "You don't need to call me 'dear' and I am also done talking to you, but I would like your card." My husband even heard in his voice how rude Anthony was being. It was starting to cause a scene in the store with him being aggressive towards me and telling me, "go ahead and take my card! Take my manager's card too!" Anyways, service recovery was met with one of the assistant store managers named Jennifer who was able to help me out. So to Anthony, I hope this review finds you well and I hope the next time you help out a customer, just remember the next time you ever need help with something you're unfamiliar with that you don't receive the treatment you gave to me. I understand y'all are busy but two other customers already left since I came for not being acknowledged also. I came last night cause I want to upgrade, real simple transaction and profit for them. They were busy but at least they acknowledged me so after 15 I left and I have today off so I. Said I'll come in the morning. I still haven't been acknowledged and they've looked at me multiple times while they're clients are on the phone or doing something else... Called this store and asked if they could help me with my phone. From what I described, they said to bring it in and they would try to trouble shoot it. I arrived and waited about 10-15 min to be waited on. After barely looking at my phone they started the "you need to buy a better phone". I realize when you buy a phone now it's like buying a car, it loses value as soon as you leave the store. I still think a phone should last for 2 years at least though! He continued to try to sell me a phone, until I finally just left. Very poor customer service. They wouldnt even replace my screen that I paid to have replaced fir the lifetime of the phone. my first visit i went in and a guy named christian greeted me, i asked him a few questions and he made me feel like i was wasting his time and then asked for some info and was going to try and run my credit without explaining first the procedure so i declined, he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. i decided to give the location another try and this time i worked with MANNY and he was the best, answered all my questions, explained all the features on my new phone i purchased with him and gave me the best service i've ever experienced while purchasing a phone. great guy, and awesome personality and attitude! thanks manny! read more
