Worst possible service I've received at a T-mobile. I've been a long time customer before switching to Mint Mobile. I came in about a month ago to look into switching back because I enjoyed T-mobile's service range. Well I walk in and there are two employees chatting with each other. I'm walking around and I overhear this employee, who I later find out is called Luis, cussing openly about who knows what. I'm looking through my options, but still no one stops to ask me if I need any help. I get fed up with the personal talk and as I'm walking towards the door Luis finally turns towards me to greet me, but I wave him off. After this interaction I decided to stay with Mint Mobile. I come into a brick and mortar for quality customer service versus the online shopping. I hope this store reevaluates what it means when a customer walks through the door and leaves the dirty talk for the restroom. They both could do well with extra coaching and Luis by monitoring his language. read more

I went in on 04/09/2026. The employee named Miranda asked if I scanned the que r code to check in... was VERY RUDE! I answered her and said yes. Her: What's your number? Me:Giving her my number. Her: I don't see u? Me: I scanned it, and when I was trying to explain to her! She cut me off and told me ha NO! So she said to me... I have to go now! Me: WOW!!! Another employee named valerie helped me, and she was very welcoming and heard my concerns. She was dismissive and made me feel like I was interrupting her time while she was more welcoming and friendly and to other customers. It felt like she was singling me out for poor treatment. I usually don't leave one star reviews, but I really felt like I had to share this experience. This isn't directed at the workers themselves. I used to work at Metro by T Mobile, so I know how tough it can be in stores like this. That said, this was honestly the worst experience I've had at a T Mobile location. The store had just been remodeled, and while it looked great, it felt like they weren't fully prepared to handle customers yet. When we walked in, no one greeted us or gave us any kind of wait time. We just stood around until we eventually sat down, and only later someone told us we were "up next" and check us in. What we didn't realize was that "up next" actually meant a 45 minute wait. All we wanted was a simple screen replacement. After waiting all that time, we were told they didn't even have the part in stock. That could have been avoided with a quick inventory check at the very beginning. I understand the store can get busy, but a little communication goes a long way. Even something as simple as a wait time display on a screen would make the customer experience so much better. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Hopefully, this review helps the store improve because no one wants to spend almost an hour waiting for something that could have been cleared up in minutes. read more

I usually do not like to write reviews but in the case, i think i should. As we all know, now a days it is IMPOSSIBLE to be without a cell phone. My family & I have been with T-Mobile for about 15 years at least, as long as they basically been around. I usually have gone to the Fontana location on Sierra Lakes Pkwy, but i live closer to the North rialto one. the bottom half of my phone / sensor broke.. i could not call out or text.. i walked into the N. rialto and 2 customers were already upset that they had been waiting for about an hour to even be recognized. The 3 employees that were there would randomly disappear all together to "look for a phone" why does it take 3 employees ? the male worker that finally helped me was NOT helpful at all.. all he could say is " yup your phone is broken.. nothing we can do " did not give me any suggestions on how to resolve this, did not try and sell me a new phone, did not anything. Bottom line is, if you do not want to help people then you should NOT be in customer service field. DO NOT go to the N. Rialto location as it will be a waste of your time. they are not helpful and have no customer service skills and also have no stock on most phones. Went to the Sierra Lakes one in Fontana.. i was immediately greeted and had AMAZING customer service. I wish i would of got her name. She made suggestions and answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. read more

I had a bunch of issues with my sons broken screen (Android). I couldn't navigate the phone/transfer the smart switch app & all seemed hopeless in regards to a data transfer. Great customer service! We were helped out by Yvette, who was absolutely amazing with us. We switched from Verizon and she was helpful, informative, and very patient with us throughout the whole process. She recommended a local spot for us to eat at, since we had been in the store for quite some time, and even offered to BRING THE PHONES TO US inside the restaurant so we wouldn't have to go back to the T-Mobile store to pick them up from her. The restaurant she recommended is within walking distance from the T-Mobile store, so we decided to take her word for it and grab a bite while she finished setting up our phones. And sure enough, as we were waiting on our order, she dropped off our phones all set up and ready to go. I've got to say that Eli is a really good salesperson and an asset to the store. When we got there, I told him what I was looking for. He showed me what absolutely fit my needs and budget and didn't try to up-sell at all. He was able to tell me the details I wanted to know about storage space and battery life, megapixels, the whole thing, comparing a few different phones I was considering. I felt great going with his first recommendation. It wasn't a huge sale for him, because I was the only one in the family upgrading today. I called looking to get a price on a iPad and asked for a refurbished one. The gentleman indicated they didn't sell them at all. I had to correct him and inform the gentleman that they did sell them but online. He agreed and again reiterated they didn't sell them. I then said I was looking for a basic one new if necessary and asked him for some prices. He said he couldn't give me prices because he needed to look into my account for unknown reasons. He seemed irritated and rushed and kept saying ok ok almost hanging up on me. I'm just wondering if there is different prices for different customers?!? I'm sure there could be different offers depending on factors but he was very hesitant to try to explain anyways I will not be buying from you for the mere reason of poor customer service. Came in a couple weekends ago and Manual Cruz was awesome with switching my plan and SIM card from the prepaid to the rebellion plan in about 20 mins or less. It was fast and easy. I didn't have to wait hours for my same phone to kick in. Once he was done switching the plans I was on my way to do the rest of my errands. read more

Francisco was extremely helpful. He explained everything and he was extremely patient. The other gentleman john was my initial helper and was impatient and didn't want to calculate or work to hard to actually answer my questions. When I asked if another representative could help me out this woman(manager) walked up defensively and stood to the side in the back as if I said something wrong. I believe she was the manager, she did not apologize for the initial representative Who was not helpful. She acted like the questions I was asking like (price & monthly fees) were in a different language. When she realized that Francisco was doing a good job she finally left and me and Francisco finished the transaction flawlessly. He made me feel like my business was appreciated. This is my favorite TMobile store. Ryan the Manager, Noe and Eli have impeccable customer service. Ryan keeps the store running smooth, especially when he is there. Ryan and Noe are very knowledgeable in every area having to do with plans, products and services. Ryan and Eli both have calm demeanors but not too calm where it comes across as nonchalant. I feel in an atmosphere where I have seen it get so hectic and full of people a calm demeanor is a plus. Noe has a an upbeat personality and I absolutely admire that because he always makes me smile with the positivity that exudes from him. Each time I have had an issue whatever it may be one of these 3 employees have helped me and resolved the issue and I honestly attest that to having great management and great team skills. I have gone to other TMobile stores and as soon as I walk in it reeks of arrogance and rudeness. The workers don't speak and just stare as if they are waiting for me to make the first move. That is never the case at this store. As soon as you walk in someone speaks. I was thoroughly impressed the other day when I was there to handle an issue with my XR. The store got so bombarded and Ryan was able to multitask without offending any customers. Noe was quick and helpful and they both cleared the store out in a matter of mins. Because of their service the people waiting were not even mad or frustrated. There were two other associates one young lady and another guy but they were kind of slow and really didn't assist in helping move the people along. They would have been what I consider dead weight on my team and as I observed I thought that was pretty sad that two people had to clear a store full of people out when there was 4 or 5 people there. So there are a few associates there I'd never want to work with because they have come off rude or uninterested and have an air about them like they think they are too good to help and when management is not in the room it's worst. I just avoid those few people. So this TMobile store would be the one I recommend in Rialto and the surrounding areas. It's the best by far. Even though Ryan is a Manager he doesn't just dictate, he is right there with the team. So if you go here Ryan, Noe and Eli are the go to's. I'm sure others can help but with either one of these guys you won't be disappointed, disrespected or disregarded. read more

He was so helpful and understanding of my situation. He did everything he could and went out of his way to try and help me.
