And just in a few days (3-4) I have received a call from them to come in and watch them test everything and it was fantastic! My PS5 works now! Customer service was also amazing! How do you tell the person that got screwed over, paid 75 for a service, that they have to drive for an hour to pick up their SIM card that the EMPLOYEE CARELESSLY didn't put back into the phone, "oh my fault" AND GIVE THEM A RANDOM SIM CARD WHEN THEY COME TO THE STORE PREVENTING THEM FROM HAVING SERVICE. Now, having to pay additional money to drive to their service providers store to pay for another SIM card.. The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. Staples is very reliable, and when you need a copy or to send a fax quickly this is the place to…read morego. The layout is organized and easy to understand once you arrive at Staples. You can upload anything you need printed and send it to the Staples email and then convert this from their actual copy machine. You can also fax a document or a document from the same location. Now you could go to the library and save some money on a copy if that's all you need and you can download a free trial of a fax app but there are many hoops to go through when you do that. I just needed a quick copy and fax and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. You also pay at the copy machine now which eliminates you going to the checkout. I appreciated this convenience.
