Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was able to drop off my phone without an appointment. Judging by good reviews on here and the fact that I can get $10 for $20 really sealed the deal. My iPhone 6s screen was shattered and I'd been waiting as long as I possibly could to get it repaired. To give you an idea of just how bad it was, I had to use tape to keep my home button from flapping around. Not only was my phone banged up, but it was super dirty, haha. I was greeted at the front desk by Nathan. After a quick chat, he told me to come back in 30 minutes. This a great place to drop off your phone because if you're new to the neighborhood and rely on your phone for navigation there's a lot of things for you to do in the plaza. Lunch? Grocery shopping? Hardware store? Just want to sit, read, and enjoy a coffee? All that can be found here. Before I knew it, 30 minutes had passed by and I made my way back to Phone Tech where they had my phone waiting for me. I paid $138.40 total for a replacement screen and a tempered glass screen protector. Nathan let me know that if the tempered glass ever gets shattered, they'd replace it free of charge. This is great for accident-prone people like me! Anway, I definitely recommend Phone Tech for your screen replacement needs. I recently had to revert to an old IPhone 5s that I had in a drawer after losing my 6s. The problem was that I previously had a bad experience getting the cracked screen replaced on the 5s. I originally went to a mall kiosk and they never got it quite right. The 5s never really worked right, even after three tries. I ended up upgrading to that 6s, which is now lost. So, pay $200 for a replacement now or wait until September for the new models. What to do. Enter Nathan at Phone Tech in the Toco Hills shopping center. He replaced the entire screen (LCD and glass) in about 20 minutes for a great price. Nathan answered all of my questions and then some. Phone looks and works like new. I was up sold a tempered glass and a case with a warranty that if I dropped it and it broke he would replace it. I went back to show him that the glass broke and I was told that I could not get it replaced as, Nathan the owner promised. I would say be careful in dealing with this company don't trust anything said make sure you have it in writing and even then I'm not sure they would honor it. The crazy part is The screen he replace cracked while the screen protector did not which leads me to believe the screen is quite inferior. I called the owner to say I was coming in a show up and his employees there, his employee says that he is not been there. Because the owner answered the phone of the shop when I called an hour before I arrived and now miraculously he's with his family unreachable... I hope this person is not that Shiesty, to hide behind an employee and tell the employee to lie about his whereabouts. AMAZING service! I called at 7:30 PM (30 minutes before they close), 15 minutes away, in a panic. My phone and LED screen decided to completely stop working: calling random people, couldn't get into the phone, nothing was working and I have to have my phone for work. I was able to get a hold of them and explain I was 15 minutes away, if they could please at least take my phone tonight so I could pick up in the morning. He went above and beyond! Great, fairly quick service. I brought my phone here about a week ago for a cracked screen repair. I requested an online quote and quickly received a reply. Simon met me at the counter upon entry. He looked up my quote and took my phone to repair. About 30min later I returned to receive my phone w/ a brand new screen. Simon performed checks before and after of certain functions. Well after leaving, my screen was not responding to touch, for several days. I brought it back a week later to have them check it out. Simon was here again, pleasantly willing to help. I tried to recreate the issue but of course all was working properly. He performed another set of checks to see if he could recreate the problem and determine the issue. Nothing! BUT, because of the warranty he gave me the option of obtaining another replacement screen. I took it and the repair was made free of charge. He told me they honor and stand behind their warranty. Simon was very knowledgeable and nice. Halfway through the 2nd repair he came out to show me the checks being done and explained what the problem could be if this new screen doesn't fix it.
