The restaurant itself features pleasant décor and a comfortable atmosphere. There were a few families dining at the time, which created a relaxed and inviting environment. The host took our drink order promptly and brought the beverages out before our server came to take our food order. We ordered the special vermicelli plate, fresh spring rolls, and the ribeye pho. All of the dishes arrived at the same time. The vermicelli bowl, unfortunately, was not as flavorful as we had hoped; the sauce could have benefited from a bit more depth and seasoning. The pho was satisfactory, though we may simply be accustomed to a more robust, authentic flavor profile. During the meal, our server checked on us several times. We did need to mention an issue with the shrimp in the vermicelli plate, and he handled it professionally by removing the item from our bill, which we appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous. It's possible that because we visited closer to closing time, the broth and proteins may not have been at their peak freshness. Despite our mixed feelings about the food, the quality of service and welcoming atmosphere left a positive impression. We would consider returning, hopeful for a stronger culinary experience next time. So we can revise our review.

We enjoy beers on the patio with dinner, typically, and life is good. Minus one star for styrofoam, which I hate. When I dine in, I should NOT be eating out of styrofoam. It smelled like a typical Vietnamese restaurant, but with a more rustic look. I liked the wooden interior of the restaurant, which made it feel very homey. I got the BBH Vietnamese style (with the pig's feet and blood cubes). They also offer an "American style" for those who are not as accustomed to the traditional BBH fix-ins. The bowl was huge so you are definitely getting a bang for your buck here and the broth was super flavorful and spicy. Out of all my friends who got noodle dishes mine was definitely the best. Also, they do not skimp on the meat here! I loved the generous amount of brisket in my bowl. They also had the shredded red cabbage and lime on the side, and I requested a side of chili oil as well which I'd recommend to all my spice lovers. (8.8/10) The service was fast and efficient even for a large party. The only reason I gave this place a 4/5 was because the other dishes that I tried with my friends were not on par with the BBH.
