This is a family owned business, and the workers here are friendly. They are located on a large shopping plaza. Parking is sometimes hard to come by if you come here on a busy day, and other times its a breeze. Their work is great, my passport photos always come out looking well. The quick turnaround times and decent pricing make this an excellent option for photos. I wish the DMV would learn from them.

After leaving and thinking about it more, I decided I did want the camera and called the store back to ask about getting on the waitlist. Unfortunately, the employee (older man) who answered the phone gave me a completely different experience. He told me they didn't have any, didn't know when they would receive them, or what colors they would get. I completely understand that, especially considering how difficult this camera is to find right now. What bothered me was that he then expressed how frustrating the situation is, "especially these phone calls." I was honestly taken aback. As I wasn't calling to pressure anyone about when the camera would be available I was calling because an employee at their store had offered me a waitlist earlier that same day, and after thinking about it, I wanted to join it. I understand employees probably receive a lot of calls about this camera, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience for politely asking about a product they're interested in purchasing. I got off the phone feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable for even calling. I had genuinely planned on purchasing the camera here, but the interaction unfortunately made me reconsider whether I want to spend my money at this store.
