Emernac Packaging is the worst company we have ever worked with having the absolute worst customer service and customer satisfaction. After going back and forth for weeks on our design we finally ordered our Lip Balm boxes on April 23, 2024, costing a total of $230.00 for 200 boxes. They arrived shortly after and much to our dissatisfaction. The boxes where not shipped flat but bound in bundles with a rubber band and curved making it difficult to assemble the flimsy cardboard used for the boxes. We called and tried to discuss this with our representative. He was not in and someone said he would call back in ten minutes. No call back so the next day we tried again, even sent them a video of the problems with the design of the box, which included a flap on either side making it difficult for the customer to get the lip balm tube out of the box. Also the bottom of the box didn't lay flat which created a problem for the tubes to not fit properly in the box. The flap that closed into the box would tear when filled with the tubes and you tried to open the box. All they would tell us is that we didn't know how to assemble the box which was made of flimsy cardboard. After repeated calls and them telling us someone would call in 10 minutes every time, which they never did, we finally got to talk to someone and he tried to tell us that we didn't know how to properly assemble the box, which even a three-year-old would be able to do. To add insult to injury, he tried to show us in his own video that the box would work while he placed stones in the bottom of the box trying to tell us that the weight would keep the bottom of the box down, which it didn't. Never did anyone say they would make the order right, instead telling us we didn't know how to assemble the box. Not sure if this company has outsourced their orders but noticing the reviews, all of which are old and outdated, the staff we dealt with were not helpful at all. They offered to do the order over for us but wanted an additional 50% of what we originally paid to re-do the boxes. I don't think so!! During another phone call to yet another person in the office, (you never get to talk to the same person twice0 they agreed to give us our money back. So we waited and waited for two weeks and no refund. So we called and they again said someone would call back in 10 minutes. (This is getting old, don't you think?) No call back. Finally we reached someone and they informed us that they never said that and would not return our money back. So this is what is on their website: Emenac Packaging USA - What We Commit, We Deliver. Hmmmmm! I find that commitment difficult to believe. We are not happy buyers and want to make sure you don't get snagged by their irresponsibility and lack of customer service and commitment. I bought some gifts and wanted to send them to my customers but the problem was the boxes, In which type of boxes I should pack them so the gifts look more amazing. I was really worried about it. Then after some search on internet, I came across Emenac Packaging and placed an order after thoroughly checking their website and online presence. Nathan was the super talented guy who suggested me some good gift boxes designs. I selected three designs from which these two Paper bags and Printed boxes are in the image as well. The prices they offered were little bit higher but it worth all the money. When I received the boxes, I decided to kick off them with a five star review to them because they really deserve it. I am happy with the printing and holistic designs of the boxes they produced for me. I would highly recommend them to people who needs beautiful packaging without any hassle. read more

Custom hair extension boxes from Emenac Packaging were just amazing. Being a product's conscious business folk, i was pretty serious about getting the best quality boxes for my hair products. I thoroughly checked out the sites and found Emenac Packaging. After contacting them, received a quick response which was convincing for me. A better customer service. Asked their designing team manager to customize my design and print the given information on the boxes. I urged them to use the best ink for printing. It was just unexpected. The printing was fabulous. My co-business partner really liked it and appreciated their work. Allan Cornell, maybe 5 stars aren't enough, but that's all I'm allowed to grade. I worked with Hector who was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. This was not an easy project, and many companies hate to work with professional artists, but in this case we were able to bounce ideas off of each other and the results was nothing short of outstanding. We have only the display boxes left, but if the results is anything like the shipment I received today, I'm extremely excited to work with them on preliminary drawings. I'd been searching for a company with low minimum quantity order requirements for months. I finally came across Emenac Packaging and was highly impressed with Natasha Hill's professionalism and efficiency in working with my design ideas. We went back and forth several times via email to fix small typographical issues, and I even found that at the last minute, right before my boxes went to production, that there were two errors on my end that I failed to notice. She had them fixed in record timing, and my boxes arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date! I will definitely use them again, as they helped bring my idea to life! read more
