I ordered a pair of sandals and a bag online from Kurt Geiger. There was a discount code given to…read moreme by Kurt Geiger which I could've used for the non-sale item which was the bag. Upon checking out, I realized that the discount code was not applied to the bag which was the eligible item for the discount. I called customer service and was told that in order to receive the discount on the bag, I would've had to make 2 separate orders!! So 2 separate orders and 2 shipping fees. Why couldn't the discount just be applied to the full price item in one transaction/order? This makes no sense! Why cause the consumer to make multiple orders just because their software is not programmed to apply the discount to non sale items? Be aware when making purchase of sale items and full price items!!

Worst customer service ever. I walked in the store…read more(Roosevelt field mall location) and two ladies was standing around. I asked the lady who was closer to the register for help with lockets. I had to repeat my self twice before she point in a direction I'm assuming the lockets was. The 2nd employee just walked away while saying "if they need help they will ask us".
