Delicious, authentic Vietnamese in the Blaine area. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the place and its parking lot was packed. Always a good sign. It shares a space as you walk in with a Boba place Mia and More. The servers were quick to take our name and seat us within 10 Mn. Simple menu with everything you would want. My only gripe as a vegetarian that there were limited options. But I asked them to take out fish sauce from my mock duck salad and they quickly understood and asked if I wanted a soy sauce instead. The salad was fresh, and mock duck sautéed well. We also had the Bun Bo Hue, which was told to me as better than the places on Eat Street such as Quang. So good was very good and service was fast. They have a large private parking lot. And longer tables for bigger parties of people. No Apple Pay to tap.
This restaurant is my new favorite Vietnamese place in MN. It is a little ways out from the cities but if you're ever in the area I would urge you to give it a go and to come hungry! The place is clean and modern. The servers are nice and the food comes out pretty quickly. I had ordered the broken rice plate, the sample appetizer plate, and the banh mi. The appetizer plate came out a little messy, but each item was delicious. My favorite from the appetizer plate was the eggroll; crispy and very meaty in the inside. The broken rice plate was comforting and filling. They had each of the components correct on the plate and the grilled pork chop was perfectly sweet and salty. I definitely ordered too much but I had a few bites of the banh mi and that was really delicious as well; the bun is well toasted and the inside is generously filled with meat, sauce, and veggies. My biggest complement about this place are the price and portion size. I would definitely only order one thing next time, as even one dish can be difficult to finish on its own. Also FYI, the servers will hand you your receipt, but you pay at the front counter
I've eaten Bahn Mi at many twin cities locations ( Lu's etc) and I have never had better then Pho 126. Amazing!!!!!!! My wife loves the Pho and the Bahn Mi sandwiches. We order the pork. 10+.
Delicious pho. We had chicken and a beef pho, both were wonderful. So good we had to order an extra chicken pho to go for dinner. See photo of our kids downing the broth. Kids also had the orange chicken which they liked and was plenty for three littles to share. Quick service, clean, busy, fast orders, and a well packed to go order. We can't wait to go back!
I swear this is the best pho place, give them a try seriously you'll love it!! Kim, the owner, is a petite woman with such kind eyes and kind smile. Kim is always working, whether is in the back making her pho broth from 4am or in front of house bringing you your food or cashing you out. Kim always does it with a smile. Now let's talk about food. I seriously get the same thing most times but today I was with my brother so we tried the spring rolls, eggrolls, house lomein, pho #17, broken rice platter with pork chop and shrimp and chicken bahn mi. Way too much food but we ate good. My brother suffered a stroke over 3 years ago and since then he gets out only with his family. So most times I meet up with him, is for lunch or dinner meals. Spring rolls - they are loaded with pork, shrimp, vermicelli noodles, and lettuce. Served with peanut dipping sauce. Eggroll - pork, carrots, vermicelli noodles and onions, served with fish sauce. House Lo Mein - pork and shrimp and cabbage Pho #17- beef and beef meatballs with vermicelli noodles in broth. Add on were offered of bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil and chili flakes. Chicken bahn mi
This vietnamese restaurant is my mom's favorite place for pho. She says the broth is savory and not salty. We were craving hot soup on the coldest day. Parking is always a challenge at this restaurant, we were lucky to find parking this time. Once you enter the building, you come to a lobby or waiting area. Then enter the restaurant through another glass door. Restaurant is nice and big. They were busy that evening with pho on every table. We ordered pho dac biet (special) and Mi thanh (egg noodles and wonton) soup. My daughter favorite is the cream cheese wonton and garlic sauce wings.
Every time I dine in or order out, this place has been delicious. It does get busy during the weekends but worth it. I've had their Bun Bo Hue, Bun Thit Nuong, garlic fish sauce chicken wings and Korean bbq short ribs and it's all been so good. Their prices are fair. This is also my mom's favorite Vietnamese restaurant(that's coming a lot from her since she's a Vietnam immigrant).
Good pho with rich broth and fresh toppings. The portion size is generous--you definitely won't leave hungry. Service was friendly and efficient. A reliable place when you're craving a warm, comforting bowl.
This place just open up another location, and i had to try it out. The bun bu hue was a lot better here. But you can still taste the water down broth a little. It isn't sweet rather more savory. The pho here is good. It wasnt water down and you can taste the beef flavor. The service was good, they refill when needed. The atmosphere here was good. There were a lot of people and it is very spacious compared to their other restaurant.
This is one pho shop that I would give a five star to. The food was good, pho was flavorful slightly little sweet, plenty of different variety of meat, the portion size is perfect and the broth is not overly oily. Just some glycerin of oil bubbly in the broth. The appetizer plater was good. The restaurant itself is very clean and I like the fact that the toilet is outside of therestaurant. The table setting in the restaurant is spacious so it's not too tight and it has good lighting, clean. The customer service was good. The waitresses and waiters are attentive. They tended to any table that needs anything or attention and not just focus on the designated tables that they are assigned. I was looking at the waitress and she walked over, without me asking yet, it seems like she knew what I needed, and she suggested which is chili pepper oil. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The cleaner were quick to clear the table so the waiting Customer doesn't have to wait long to get seated. I went the first time and thought the food and service was very good, so I test it again the next following day (Friday then Sunday). I returned again to test it out (food and customer service) before I gave a final rating. The food, taste, and customer service were consistent.
My wife and I stopped by Pho Viet 126. She had the sample platter and I went with the vermicelli noodles with chicken and shrimp. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The decor was nice, the restaurant was clean, and you could tell the staff took pride in helping customers and keeping the tables cleared and ready. Service was solid the whole time. Even though they were busy, the owner still came over to check on us, which I appreciated. Parking wasn't the easiest, but the food more than made up for it. We don't live close, but this is definitely a place we'll make the drive back to. read more
Finally made it out to Pho 126 in Blaine, and it did not disappoint. The broth is rich, deeply savory, and packed with warm herbal aromatics. They're generous with the meat--every slice was tender and high quality--and the bowl came filled to the brim. The standout, though, was the noodles; perfectly blanched with a distinct, springy chew that held up the entire meal. At $16, the portion and quality make it an incredible value. read more
Guys, check this place out! Located in a tiny strip mall in Blaine with terrible parking, that is the only true negative! Prices are very reasonable and food is very very good. Service was quick and polite and I waited less than 10 minutes for my entire takeout order. There is seating in the restaurant and additional seating just outside their entrance where I waited for my food; the restaurant was bright and clean aestitically and not noisy even though they were busy. I ordered 2 Banh Mi sandwiches, a sampler appetizer, a Btoken Rice dish, Shrimp dumplings, and bun noodles. The banh mi were only $8 each! The shrimp dumplings and appetizer sampler were pretty average, but the stars of the order were definitely the bane mi, broken rice dish (with pork chop and chicken), and the bun noodle dish. I ordered this Togo for $18, and it felt rushed. The portion was small just beef with a few peppers and onions "Literally" which didn't justify the price. I've had Bo Loc Lac many times before, so I know this was a disappointment. I usually love Pho 126, so this was my first letdown from them. :( read more

Pho 126 has done a wonderful job with the remodel! Food 5/5 - Food was delicious and fresh. We received our food within 5-10 minutes of ordering. My favorite were the Spring Rolls and Pho. Service / Ambiance 4/5 - The restaurant is spacious and clean. Staff were helpful choosing popular dishes. read more

My boss is Vietnamese and highly recommends this restaurant. She has brought many dishes from here to work potlucks. She has quickly opened my "picky-eater" eyes to other Asian food options/ flavors. I ordered a variety for take-out lunch so I can see what I like or don't like. Started with sampler platter, but asked for 3 extra wontons. Loved the thickness of the wrapper. Sometimes they're too thin but these were perfect. Also liked the pork egg rolls. Color was golden and wrapper was flaky and crispy. Chicken Báhn Mì.... bread was warm, toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. Good ratio of chicken vs vegt filling. These sandwiches will always be my favorite... love the smell of freshly baked bread. Pork fried rice and House Lo Mein. Being that this was take out, both had cooled by the time of consumption. I liked the rice better but sis liked the noodles. I'll definitely be back and recommend to others. read more

I heard people recommended this place about BBH soup. My favorite food and first time I came here, I ordered beef noodle soup (BBH) . The soup was not hot enough and the pork hock still had a smell and the skin still had dirty on it. So disappointed. I don't recommended people come try it. read more
Service here is not only fast but the staff is very fast on service. I visited with my brother and was seated promptly and given a menu right away. I had never tried pho before, so I followed my brother's recommendation and just got a regular pho with chicken. His had beef. The bowls here are HUGE. There's way more in there than I could eat. The broth is good but i made the mistake of not asking for it without cilantro (I hate it) so there was a ton of cilantro but I won't fault them for that, it was totally my bad. Everything about it was delicious though. Pho was hot and had a ton of chicken pieces in it. I'll definitely go again. read more

Not only is the food (especially the pho) amazing and yummy, but the employees are very attentive and pleasant. The broth alone in the Pho is the best, it smells and tastes amazing! Been here many times with my boyfriend and they seem to remember us every time, seeing I always want a fork to eat with instead of the chopsticks they make sure they bring me one without me even having to ask. I have been to numerous places and tried the Pho. Phoviet 126 is by far the best! I am very picky so this says a lot about Pho coming from me. Always a busy spot but worth the wait if there is one! I highly recommend the Pho! You won't be disappointed! read more
