Soy sauce substitute for fish sauce (vegan)
    Loveleen A.

Delicious! Newly opened Vietnamese in Blaine off of 105th and Hwy 65. The best thing was their Tofu Spring rolls. Had the mint and the crunchy things on the inside. So good! Also has the noodle salad bowls. I loved my tofu one. Tofu was not bland and the fried onions on top gave it good flavor. I asked for them to substitute the fish sauce as I am vegan. The soy sauce was a perfect substitute for the salad. We also had the stir fry beef noodle salad. Beef was good. Not overly cooked or hard. Though it's a small space inside , there were plenty of tables for seating. Service was good. We were seated and served right away. Parking is in the shared mall lot. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I tried Pho An for the first time a few days ago and we were seriously impressed. We ordered the beef pho, shrimp fried rice, cream cheese wontons, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. My husband even said it was the best pho he's ever had! The service was excellent as well. Our server was super attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself was also extremely clean and had a great atmosphere. We're excited to have such a great new pho spot in Blaine and will definitely be back! The menu online is a little blurry so I uploaded photos of it. Be sure to check out this new spot!

I've been ordering from this place via DoorDash and trying different things. The food is delicious even for delivery. The broth is still hot. So this time I tried the house fried rice and regular chicken wings; both are delicious. The chicken wings have a nice crispy outer layer. Fried rice was yummy... and look at the size of that takeout box for the fried rice!! Overall, this place is great.

It shares a space as you walk in with a Boba place Mia and More. The servers were quick to take our name and seat us within 10 Mn. Simple menu with everything you would want. My only gripe as a vegetarian that there were limited options. But I asked them to take out fish sauce from my mock duck salad and they quickly understood and asked if I wanted a soy sauce instead. The salad was fresh, and mock duck sautéed well. We also had the Bun Bo Hue, which was told to me as better than the places on Eat Street such as Quang. So good was very good and service was fast. They have a large private parking lot. And longer tables for bigger parties of people. No Apple Pay to tap.

The decor was nice, the restaurant was clean, and you could tell the staff took pride in helping customers and keeping the tables cleared and ready. Service was solid the whole time. Even though they were busy, the owner still came over to check on us, which I appreciated. Parking wasn't the easiest, but the food more than made up for it. We don't live close, but this is definitely a place we'll make the drive back to.

They have limited drink selections found in the fridge. Unfortunately, when we were there, they were out of regular soft drinks and had only diet. The restaurant was small with limited seating, so we felt lucky to have a table. The atmosphere wasn't much, but the food was spot on - very flavorful and quite delicious! We had the special pho, the bun bo hue and oyster chicken wings. Everything was super delicious. We would try this spot again!

The noodle salad was good, lots of chicken but it was missing pickled daikon and carrots it just had lettuce onions and I had to ask for fish sauce dressing because they forgot that as well. Sesame chicken was good but not really a sesame chicken it's more garlicky and salty missing sweetness. My kid ate it but wasn't her favorite, I thought it was really good but maybe they should call it garlicky chicken. The chicken fried rice was really good lots of flavor. The service was really off. We came in and they told us to order up front and sit down anywhere . After we ordered they told us wait until they clear back row mean while there was a whole row of tables open in front. So we stood awkwardly for a while, as they cleaned the back row of the tables it was weird. Otherwise they were nice.

I've been going to Que Viet since I was a young child like 3-4 years old (which is over 30 years)…read more Crazy as it sounds, growing up I ate a lot more than I do now. I used to love the the potatoes in the beef & potatoes, the meaty eggrolls w/ the fish sauce (I miss these so much as I don't eat beef/pork anymore), oyster wings, the best wontons as well as chicken friend rice. My mom loved the egg fu young. I love that over the years the menu has pretty much stayed the same. I've gotten to see a few generations run the place and things have stayed pretty true to what I always remembered growing up. My go to order now that my diet has shifted is wontons & chicken fried rice - add med. spice and no chicken. I know chicken fried rice with no chicken sounds crazy but I don't like the veggies in the veggie rice and I really love the flavor of the chicken fried rice without the chicken. Reheating the rice at times the chicken tends to get a bit rubbery after being reheated so many times and I just don't like it but the flavor is very solid without still. They have some of the best wontons I've ever had. Slight garlic flavor to balance the sweetness of the cream cheese. if I could I would eat an eggroll.. I miss them so much! I mostly order takeout these days but have also dined in a bunch and the staff are very attentive and nice.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Ginormous Egg Rolls! My mouth is literally watering while writing this review…read more The price went up to $11 for 2 but they are absolutely mammoth sized & the best thing you have ever tasted. The sauce they serve with them, HEAVEN SENT (I could drink it, it's that good). Upgrade to the medium size Egg Roll sauce, for sure! Their Cream Cheese Wontons are also huge & so incredibly crunchy. The sweet & sour sauce served with them is DIVINE. We also Love their Pork Fried Rice, Beef Lo Mein and Sweet & Sour Chicken or Pork. If you get anything here for sure, hands down the Egg Rolls are #1 Pick! The restaurant is decorated very cute inside & we love to eat in for lunch or dinner but we mostly order our food to go. They do have lunch specials which is nice. Did I already mention that you should come here and order the Egg Rolls, 100% :)

This place also makes the best grilled pork banh mi. It is the same grilled pork sliced up as you would get in the entrées. The pho here is also spectacular. You can really taste the oriental spices in their beef broth. I normally do not order the pho from here because they do not have tendon on their menu. I usually get any entrée that has the grilled pork. This place also has the best wonton noodle soup or plain wonton soup. They the wine times are Housemade dumplings and they're absolutely delicious. Their fried rice is really good, their pork in the bun cha gio is marinated nicely and tastes flavorful, and I like that they use the rice paper to make their egg rolls. Their nuc mam is close to how my mom makes it too (sweet, sour, and spicy)! The Banh kot is just okay.. it's supposed to have the same batter as banh xeo, but it's not the same. It's thicker, white, and doesn't really have much flavor. I wish the appetizer came with more lettuce too. I want to wrap it all up and dunk it in nuc mam, but I can only do that with 1 piece :( I will go back to try other things and get the bun dac biet again though.
