First and foremost, every female I came across here is absolutely the worst. If you don't like your job, quit. The receptionist was already giving me so much attitude when I came I was already annoyed being there. My agent was even worse. She didn't know how to explain the process properly and kept cutting me off when I tried to talk. I'm not dumb, I can see you looking at your colleague and rolling your eyes at me. I obviously don't work in this business so I don't understand the process and it is your job to explain it to me. Don't get all snotty and raise your voice at me and roll your eyes at me. Seeing that just made me want to get up and leave, but I wanted to just get everything done with so I tolerated with the horrible customer service. If you hate your job so much, quit. I can go elsewhere and receive better service. I'm not going to name names here because I'm more mature than that, but just know I will never recommend this person to anyone... EVER. Another thing that bugged me was while I was waiting, this girl with blue hair was calling out the client's name and she mispronounced it and when he corrected her she just had this disgusted look on her face and totally just ignored him and walked away. I was like "ARE YOU SERIOUS" this is how people treat their clients? You've got to be kidding me. Honestly, I don't even want to come back here because the female employees are all stuck up and think they're better than everyone. The guys seem to be pretty friendly so props to them for having some decent employees there. Probably won't catch myself back here unless I REALLY need to be. Please fix your attitude. Mike is a really irresponsible insurance agent I ever meet. I came to renew my insurance with him the first time, he did it wrong. I came a second time for him to fix it, he is in a rude manner, and claimed on someone updated the wrong information. He updated again, and we asked him to print out a copy of our insurance, and he said that he had to go for lunch, he was not happy to print it out. This time, he updated and it was wrong again. The insurance sent me a surprise bill, double what I expected. Mike asked me to sent the bill to him f to correct, but he did not respond at all in 2 days. We came to the office and asked what was going on? he said that he forgot. That is unacceptable. Hopefully this message can get to the boss to review his work. I would not reccomend him to anyone who wants to buy the insurance at all. read more

This is a great place to get all types of insurance. The broker as well as his staff are honest, prompt, and reliable. They always give advice on how to save money and will honestly let you know if a certain type of insurance is not worth buying in order to save you money. PHP is appointed with hundreds of different insurance carriers and therefore, can give their customers the best products and prices. Whenever I call, I can always get a hold of someone who can patiently answer all my questions and give me the proper advice. Prior to PHP, I was going to other agencies to get insurance. I find out that most other brokers always try to push you to buy insurance you do not need in order to get a higher commission. This is the next email they sent me to show the history to confirm that the lady received the wrong email she didnt take any action or opened that email. But i didnt see any thing to show that she didnt open email , and one more thing: in this photo showed that the time they voided the email they sent wrong was voided but not matching with the first email, in the first email they said they voided right away at 9:28am 7/1/2025, in this photo said voided 9:18pm 7/1/2025 . I contacted them 3 more time but didnt get any reply about that information. They tried to ignore me. They refund me the amendment but the thing is not the money, i want a nice explain, what they say and the proof is not matching. This review is for Kelly. Thank you for helping us sort out the mess that was done by our previous agent. Our old agent singed us up for a home insurance policy that was not needed since we were already insured by the builder. We tried to get it cancelled for the longest time but there was no response from our agent in SF. I went into the PHP office and got help from Kelly. She helped me sorted everything out within 10 mins. She also helped me fine tune my auto insurance policy to better fit my budget. I always liked the idea of having a local broker that I can actually meet and ask questions. Found PHP on yelp and decided to come in for quote since it was close to my house. Saved a lot of money by switching over. They are brokers and have many different companies to choose from. They find me the most competitive deals so I don't have to waste time looking for them myself. I've been here a few times for service already and every time they are very professional and knowledgeable. I was very surprise to find out all the different services they have offered.
