That said, be prepared for a wait, especially during peak hours or weekends. They make everything to order, which shows in the quality, but it can mean 20-40 minutes (or more) depending on how busy they are. Trust me, though--it's absolutely worth it. The Pork Spareribs (1 rack) with 2 rice plate (for two people) was juicy and full of flavorful smoke and Thai influences. The Three Smoked Meat rice plate was also delicious. The smoking and Bbq are done using wood. No charcoal or gas. You can really taste the natural wood smoke flavor in every bite.
