The service was perfect! Friendly and attentive. The meal came quick and piping hot. I tried the Natalee noodles because it's named after the restaurant, so it must be a signature dish. Basically, it's their version of Pad Thai. It was really good and fresh. The peanut sauce had a strong coconut flavor, much stronger than I'm used to, but it was delicious. Excellent all around! We were visiting for business and received a referral to this restaurant. The dining room was very well kept. The decor was nice and everything was very clean. We were greeted and seated right away. The seating was nice as well. We love spring rolls and ordered them. They came out very fast. They were so good! They also serve many sauces on the plate as well as 4 more on the table. My husband ordered the Pad Thai, I ordered the orange chicken, and our daughter ordered the chicken chow mein. I'm not over exaggerating when I tell you that the orange chicken was so delicious with a lightly breaded and fried crispy outside. Their ingredients are top notch. All of our dishes had very large helpings. There was enough on each of our plates left over for another meal. The service was also impeccable and our drinks never were empty. The food also came right out and I think we may have been in and out in 30 minutes, fed, and on our way back to the hotel. My husband and I agree this might be one of the best Thai places we have ever been to. This wonderful food, and the helpings are priced great for a dinner out. My brother, my nephew and I just finished a whitewater kayaking and camping trip along the Klamath River. On our way back to civilization we stopped by Natalee Thai based on other reviews and our love of Thai Food. Natalee's was exceptional!! Food, service, atmosphere and hospitality were the best. I ordered crab fried rice and it is real crab in it and very delicious. Also had the duck curry which was amazing. Chicken satay also great and Pad See Mao which was a perfect balance of flavor and not too sweet or greasy. On another visit eating in the restaurant we tried spicy duck which was our absolute favorite. Also had the wonton soup once and the vegetable soup another time. The decor in the new location is fun and it feels like you're visiting another world when you're inside. Very good spot. Stayed in the hotel next to the restaurant. I had heard the food was good so I ordered take out. When I picked up my order my first impression was that this place is cherry clean. Simple decor but very tasteful. I was immediately impressed. Upon returning to my room I enjoyed all freshly prepared dishes and every dish did not disappoint. A delightful surprise. We were looking for food while road-tripping, and wandered into this place because even bad Thai food is usually okay. I eat here all the time and usually love it but this time I specified I wanted lots of Thai flavor in whatever I ordered. Waitress went and talked with the chef recommending the Natalie noodles. It's super bland and very very sugary. No offer was made for refund or replacement just brought me some hot sauce. I'm giving them four stars anyway because it's usually a great place to eat. Just don't order those Natalie noodles unless sugar is what you're looking for. read more

After many hours of driving I was excited for a Thai dinner. We ordered the Pad See ew, Stir Fried Garlic with Tofu, and a side of vegetables. The food was fine - but extremely bland. When I eat Thai food, the LAST thing I expect is bland. The Pad See ew was made with noodles a little wider than fettucini, not the extra wide (which isn't a big deal), but it was a little soupy (it should be on the dry side) and there was no char flavor from frying the noodles and dark soy sauce .... and this is a key flavor for Pad See ew. Generally, it just tasted like noodles with a little watery sauce. The Stir Fried Garlic and tofu was just stir fried veggies and tofu over rice with a watered down soy flavor. The side of veggies was simply steamed veggies; the lady said she would put some salt and pepper and soy sauce on them for me, but I didn't taste anything and there was no brown color of soy sauce. In general, the veggies in our meals were fresh and good and the quantity was fine ..... just overall lacking flavor and very disappointing if you're looking for Thai. read more

What a great find after a long drive. Walking distance from our hotel. The good was some of the best we've had in a long while. Wife had the Pho and I had the red curry chicken. Both were phenomenal! Maybe this is the best Thai restaurant in Yreka since choices are limited here. Drove into this town for dinner on our way home. It's like there is nothing here. It's cold outside and believe this would be the best option since none of us wants burger. Ordered the spring roll which had cream cheese in it and yes that was hot and delicious. I got the red curry chicken. Well I told the server to make it mild and her response was we can't make it mild it can be less spicy. Not sure what's the difference so thinking it's the same, I went ahead. I have to say the red curry was super spicy for me. . It burned. This is a genuine Thai place with Thai people in the kitchen and Thai music in the background. The food is a bit pricy compared to Thai restaurants elsewhere but again less competitor in the area.
