    #38. Pad Se - Ew

I really liked their Pad Se Ew, quite yummy. Service was nice and the ambiance was alright too. Nothing mind blowing sock throwing but chill

placed a to-go order over the phone, and they estimated about 20 minutes for it to be ready. When I arrived exactly 20 minutes later, the food was waiting for me, which I appreciated. As for the meal itself, it tasted decent, though the flavors were a little plain for our liking and my brother thinks the portion of his pad kee mow was kinda small. - Shrimp pad Thai 4/5 - chicken pad kee mow 5/5 - chicken mango fried rice 5/5 - mango sticky rice 5/5

We came here for the first time as we were looking for a dinner. The place was crowded, but we were lucky that we were there early enough to get a table. We ordered chicken pumpkin curry and beef pad see ew. They both were very nice, would be better if the chicken were more tender. The place was spacious and not loud. The service was friendly and quick.

#Pumpkin Curry w/ Tofu. Tofu was a bit hard. I'd probably recommend pork or chicken. Doesn't come with rice!

You'll always seem to find some gems that continues to deliver on classics. Champa hits close to home when it comes to Thai food. While the food is good, the service was great! We ordered the Thai Fried Rice (with Chicken), the Pad Thai (with Beef), and Pumpkin Curry (with Tofu). All good, but only miss was on the Pad Thai. It felt too one-dimensional. Flavor was sweet on top of sweet. Lacked the peanuts, lacked the complexity of the eggs and other textures you'd expect. The other two were good! Their dishes do not come with rice! You'll need to order a side of rice. Service was very impressive. We were checked up on regularly and water filled consistently. The restaurant itself is sizable and has plenty of seating. Reminds me of a Thai restaurant. But it does fill up quickly! Good and solid experience!

Pad see ew is good, i'll probably remind them to put less sauce in there next time but overall I really like it, the best thai food in redding!

This was a great find in Medford, Oregon! I live in the Bay Area and was super amazed to find great Asian food in Medford. I'm originally from Oregon (left for work 48 years ago ..) and have an apparently antiquated view of what's happening in Medford today. This Thai is absolutely on par with anything I've had in the Bay Area. My wife found the restaurant here on Yelp, and we were curious to check this outpost in the traditional land of the White Peoplem meat and potatoes. Our fellow Yelpers were spot on and did not disappoint. Quick pro tip - eat early and you can get seated and served quickly. This place is super popular among the locals of all shades and fills up before 6pm. We at at 5:20 and had super fast everything. Our dishes were: 1. Pad Thai- Very good. Large helping and tasty sauce. 2. Fried Eggplant - Excellent! Big eggplant slices fried to perfection in a light batter (think excellent tempura style) and covered in a super tasty sauce with stir fried veggies. Yum! 3. Khow Poon soup - Super! Vermicelli's noodles in a Lao coconut and tomato-like broth with chicken and bean sprouts, among other things. Really liked this. Portions are big, even if you get medium vs. large size. The two of us senior citizens had to take a lot of this home due to capacity (not desire!). So, when in Medford, you gotta check this out. Not hard to get to. Great service and the restaurant itself is clean and pleasant, located in a western themed strip mall.

Wonderful variety of selections to choose from. Pho was good. Spring rolls were good. Loved that they gave you both the peanut butter and fish sauce options. The Khao poon was too salty for me personally. Family vibes. Friendly service. Thanks!

Delicious! My first visit with a friend who has been before and loves their food. It's a cute spot with booths. I was greeted and seated right away and given a menu. I arrived before my friend which worked out so I could look over the menu and figure out what I wanted to eat. I ordered something on their specials menu. I can't remember what it's called but it's ground chicken stir fried with basil, green beans, onions, very thin sliced carrots and probably other yummy things I can't think of right now. I ordered a side of sticky rice and used half of what came in my dish. My dish also came with a scallion pancake cut into maybe 8 little slices. All of this was AMAZING. So much flavor. My friend got the Khao Poon - Laos Vermicelli which is a "chicken based coconut curry soup with noodles, dark chicken, bean sprouts and cabbage" and a very mild spice. I tasted it and loved it. Service was awesome. We were checked on multiple times. They close at 330 to clean up and get ready for their dinner service but let us hang out and chat for another half hour. Can't wait to go back!

My husband & I have been coming to Champa Garden in Redding every time we drive by Redding. Whether it is 110 degree outside or less, we never miss dining at Champa Garden. It's worth anyone's drive to taste Champa's Thai and Lao flavors. Every time we visit, We've been treated with wonderful Thai and Lao dishes. I highly recommended the Thai tea and Thai iced coffee, angel wings, pineapple or mango curry, ginger fish, chicken curry, duck red curry, and anything with green curry. The ambiance is busy but nicely decorated with Asian / Thai themes. The service is attentive and accommodating. Come to Champa Garden again and again.

Nice Thai place. The food was excellent -- I ordered the green curry with brown rice. All my friends loved their dishes as well. One of our Asian friends mentioned it tasted like authentic Thai-Lao cuisine

This is one of the better Thai restaurant in town! I'd come back again for the pineapple rice and sticky mango rice.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about Gluten Free dishes. Chicken Pad Thai (without tofu, not GF) was really good.

Is this restaurant open on Memorial Day? And, do they actually make their own noodles from scratch?!?

Do they have gluten free options?

Yes, we can make most of our items on the menu gluten sensitive. All of our noodles are rice noodles, with the exception of the chow mien noodle. We can use our gluten-free sauces in place of our regular soy sauce in any of our stir fries. If you do…

Does Champa restaurants use delivery services as Uber Eats, Grub Hub, or Door Dash? If yes, which delivery service?

Sorry, we do not offer any delivery service. However, during shelter in place order, we are offering curbside pick up. When your pick up order is ready, we will bring it to your car. Please make your pick up over the phone. We do not offer online…

We happened to sat at the table next to the window. And the lady greeted us, gave us the menu, and wiped our table. But then when I glanced at the window, it was full of noodle splashes. I understand maybe they are understaff since it's a small family business, but it did affect the whole dining experience. I had the boat noodle, broth is rich with good flavor. My husband had pho, he liked it. The lemon pepper wings were lemony, I wish it would be more peppery. I thought it would be the dry lemon pepper seasoning. The wings were fried very well, really crispy.

She remembered all the orders without writing them down which was honestly impressive! We did wait a while for drinks as well as for food, but it was worth it! The appetizers were great (the shrimp more than the chicken wings because they were really sweet), and then we got a Shrimp boil :) Fantastic, I would go again! I saw that you can order online, so maybe that would skip the wait a little bit?
